Has Cardinal Kasper just declared Pope Francis, a heretic?

From Edward Pentin:

Meanwhile, Cardinal Walter Kasper, a close confidant of the Holy Father, has said he believes allowing intercommunion with Protestants in cases such as a mixed marriage is “the position of the current Pope.”
In comments made to Italian television, the cardinal said of Holy Communion: “In certain cases, I think yes, if they share the same faith in the Eucharist, this is presupposed, and if they are interiorly disposed, they can refer to their conscience to go to Communion, and this, I think, is also the position of the current Pope.”
If there is a “couple or a family, you cannot divide them in front of the altar,” Cardinal Kasper said.

Here can be no "intercommunion with Protestants." They don't believe. If an individual protestant does, than let him become Catholic.

These "couples" have divided themselves, it is not the Church that divides them.

Where has the legitimate process of annulment gone? This is about those who are in valid marriages. Kasper, Marx, Bergoglio, these are deceitful men who now, thanks to Kasper and the effeminate twins in Malta, have disclosed it all for us to see.

Let Bergoglio deny it.

This whole mess goes back to false ecumenism & VII. Prior to that Catholics had to obtain a dispensation from the Bishop to marry another Christian & were not allowed to marry an infidel in the CC. Holy Communion was only given to the Catholic spouse who also had to confirm they would do all they could to bring up their children as Catholics & the Protestant spouse to agree not to prevent this from happening.

There will never be peace & stability again in the CC until VII & everything that flowed from it is rescinded. It is quite evident that it does not meet with God's approval & it is time for the Hierarchy to collectively realise they answer to God & not to any individual pope or synod/council.

Gee. I thought that was the whole point of AL that what God had joined together in front of HIS altar, Kasper, Danneels, Bergoglio, McCarrick, Marx & all the rest of the merry band of Team B were dividing. So that andy cuomo and sandy lee, adulterer and adulteress (not to mention sodomite and abortion purveyors), can appear in front of GOD's altar not w/their spouses but w/each other (or anyone else--maybe even their dog).

I guess what Kasper et al are saying is that any perverse couple (and the more perverse and sinful the better) is now welcome in front of SATAN's altar. Guess the synod on satanic perverse couplings in front of the altar will be the synod doc after the synod on married sodomite women lesbian priestesses.

I can't recall exactly, but I remember reading several stories about Bergoglio permitting and encouraging inter-communion. Remember his insistence that Celtic/Anglican bishop Tony Palmer would not convert to Catholicism, and - later - receive a burial of a Catholic bishop?

This has all been happening for a while now.

Vox, You are exactly correct on No Women Priests.

"Wherefore, in order that all doubt may be removed regarding a matter of great importance, a matter which pertains to the Church's divine constitution itself, in virtue of Our ministry of confirming the brethren.[3] We declare that the Church has no authority whatsoever to confer priestly ordination on women and that this judgment is to be definitively held by all the Church's faithful. (Declaramus Ecclesiam facultatem nullatenus habere ordinationem sacerdotalem mulieribus conferendi, hancque sententiam ab omnibus Ecclesiae fidelibus esse definitive tenendam.)
Ordinatio Sacerdotalis was not issued under the extraordinary papal magisterium as an ex cathedra statement, and so is not considered infallible in itself. Its contents are, however, considered infallible under the ordinary magisterium, as this doctrine has been held consistently by the Church. In a responsum ad dubium (reply to a doubt) explicitly approved by Pope John Paul II and dated October 1995, the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith stated that the teaching of Ordinatio Sacerdotalis had been "set forth infallibly by the ordinary and universal Magisterium" and accordingly was "to be held definitively, as belonging to the deposit of faith".[4][5]"
