Who judges Francis? History, the Magisterium and The Denzinger-Bergoglio

It was a few  months ago that I discovered The Denzinger Bergoglio and, shortly thereafter, put a link to this most necessary resource on the blog list, to the left below.

It began as work of Spanish priests and today is the one-year anniversary of its English version.  The writers are a network of diocesan priests, by necessity, anonymous; and, they have the support of their bishops.

I urge you to consult and study the work of Denzinger-Bergoglio. It will be a reference point for years to come.

Let's look at just one post.

Many will accuse bloggers of being against Francis or manipulating what he says, as we report and comment on what he says and does. Where is the proof? of our accusations? Who are you to judge the Pope? they will say and write. Well, who does judge Francis?

Yet, there is a post which is a reference point for all about "Who Judges Francis?"

It is the very Magisterium itself!

https://en.denzingerbergoglio.com/who-judges-francis/

Two thousand years of Holy Scripture, Councils, Saints, Doctors, Synods, Documents...all of it, judges Francis.

Don't blame us.

Blame the Magisterium.

It is an excellent resource, but it is doubtful that these are diocesan Novus Ordo priests. It is just too comprehensive and well-written to come from the type of diocesan clergy we have these days.

Thanks Vox for steering us to this very valuable blog. I have put it on my favorites and now will be hopping over there occasionally as well. Yes, they do have the permission of their Bishop (or Bishops as there is a group of them) and yes, it is necessary for them to be anonymous, so we need to pray for them. I also understand that there is a group of Bishops that are meeting in regards to AL, but in secret, again, a necessity. Time is fast approaching that we will have to 'go underground.'

Wow, where has THIS been. I am going to enjoy reading it and am pretty impressed at how much there is to it. My sincere thanks and admiration goes to these good men who care enough about Jesus Christ and His Church to go to this trouble. God bless you all.

Praying for them, may God continue to bless them as they feed his sheep with the truth. We have no excuse to deny the reality of the most troubling times for the Lord's most HOLY Catholic church which is the beckon of light in this very dark world and getting darer every time C. Jorge opens his mouth!

People are begining to question some of the statements Pope Francis is making, specially with regard to Islam and Christianity .Paul J. Watson's Scathing Rebuke of "Pope" Francis .https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p9ls4o8Rf_w

Pope Paul IV and St Pius V, perpetuity declared null the election of a heretic as pope.

Pope St. Pius V: Motu proprio "Inter multiplices".
Motu proprio, confirming the perpetuity of officio "Cum ex apostolatus" of Pope Paul IV 21 December 1566 declaring invalid and null elevations heretical ecclesiastical authorities. Even if the heretic was chosen by all the cardinals is invalid.
Bergoglio was a heretic and remains a heretic.
Can. 1364 §1 An apostate from the faith, a heretic ... incurs a latae sententiae excommunication, without prejudice to the provision of Can. 194 §1, n. 2; a cleric, moreover, may be punished with the penalties mentioned in Can. 1336 §1, nn. 1, 2 and 3.'
Can. 194 §1. The following are removed from an ecclesiastical office by the law itself:
2/ a person who has publicly defected from the Catholic faith or from the communion of the Church

It would be helpful if the Magisterium could speak out a little more. It's silence is deafening. I guess that is what Denzinger-Bergoglio is all about. Somebody's got to do. But it would be nice to hear some of the prelates who should do it do it.

At least in regard to Islam, during the past several decades, people (not just Catholics) have questioned the manner in which our Popes' have approached Islam. There are Catholic bishops, particularly from the Middle East, who decades ago expressed disagreement with Rome's approach to Islam.

In 1999 A.D., Pope Saint John Paul II treated the issue of Islam via his Apostolic Exhortation that followed the conclusion of the Church in Europe.

Thanks for the heads up on this resource!

Yes Mark, some of our Popes have given Islam much more validity than is warranted, and on the other hand, I believe it was Benedict that got into 'trouble' with some negative statement in regard to Islam......if I remember, he felt he needed to 'apologize'. :( But, indeed with Francis, he is (to use the expression) 'in your face' about the glories of the religion. A little over the top and too much 'cumbaya' and 'we are all brothers', and 'they worship the same god' to even compare in the least to true Christianity.

Please get True or False Pope by John Salza and Robert Siscoe. This is an extremely important book that all Catholics should read.

Here's a taste of D-B:

https://en.denzingerbergoglio.com/it-is-necessary-to-have-a-fraternal-and-attentive-welcome-of-the-baptized-who-have-established-a-new-relationship-of-cohabitation-after-the-failure-of-the-marital-sacrament-in-fact-these-persons-are/#Francis

This condemns AL in toto.

I agree with you, Michael. We need to have faithful prelates speak up. Remember the story of the emperor's new clothes. One boy spoke up when everyone else was afraid to do so.

I heard, when there was a bad pope, only the Church and Our Lord could do anything and he himself had to punish himself, because of being the successor of St. Peter, sure Cardinals and Bishops could go to him as Our Lord said to do about taking an issue to someone. Other than that, what the title said is true.

Bless you Vox! Who knew such a comprehensive website exists? Can't wait to dig in.

My favorite find so far is the picture on the "Francis omits" page -- which I've made the wallpaper on my pc. Priceless! https://en.denzingerbergoglio.com/francis-omits/

Bless you Vox!
