Congratulations to LifeSiteNews, Church Militant and Father Z - James Martin, S.J. says it's all your fault

Little Jimmy Martin of the homosexualist infiltrated Society of Jesus is having a hissy-fit. Jimmy is lashing out irrationally at the good folks at LifeSiteNews, Michael Voris and the team at Church Militant, and of all people, Father John Zuhlsdorf.

Perhaps Jim ought to see in this that his dissent and diabolical embrace of sodomy as a "differently ordered" act of God, is what has caused Catholics to rise up and say to this errant priest and those who would give him a platform, "enough.!"

The two recent examples of cancellations have shown us that we cannot stop in our opposition to the rampant and vicious actions of these malefactors and their hatred of Christ and His Church.

This is not the time to let up, but the time to "double-down."

As for this errant priest, he needs to seclude himself in a monastery for a life of repentance, prayer and reparation for the souls he has aided in their descent to Hell and to save His own from being there.

Dear friends: Theologica College, the seminary at The Catholic University of America, in Washington, DC, today cancelled a talk I was to give on Alumni Day, on Oct. 4, thanks to a campaign by Church Militant, the priest known as "Father Z" and Lifesite News.
That campaign caused a storm of phone calls, emails and messages to Theological College, which included, I was told, people screaming at the receptionists who answered the phone. In the end, they felt that the expected protests and negative publicity would distract from Alumni Day.
This follows the cancellation of another lecture at the Annual Investiture Dinner of the Order of the Holy Sepulchre in New York City, scheduled on Oct. 21. The organizers told me that they had received angry emails and calls from several members of the Order, most of whom, they believed, were encouraged to protest thanks to another campaign initiated by Church Militant, which you can see here: https://www.churchmilitant.com/…/episode/vortex-unbelievable
As an aside, a few years ago I was invited to join the Order of the Holy Sepulchre, but couldn't because of its steep entrance fee. Also, Catholic University hosted me for a talk, one of a few that I have given there, just last year.
That follows an earlier cancellation of a lecture in London for Cafod (Catholic International Development Charity in England) which was scheduled for the third week in October.
Each of these cancellations was a result of anger or fear over my book "Building a Bridge," about LGBT Catholics. The book has the formal approval (the "Imprimi Potest") of my Jesuit Provincial, the Very Rev. John Cecero, SJ; and has been endorsed by Cardinal Joseph Tobin, Cardinal Kevin Farrell, Archbishop John Wester, Bishop Robert McElroy and Bishop John Stowe.
In the case of Theological College, the fears were of angry protesters disrupting their Alumni Day. In the case of the Order of the Holy Sepulchre Dinner, it was anger from some members over the topic of LGBT Catholics. In the case of Cafod lecture in London, it was not a response to any campaign but fear that my presence itself would garner negative attention, after the group had recently faced other similar problems. In none of these cases was the local ordinary--in each a cardinal--in any way advocating for the cancellation of the talk. The impetus was purely from those social media sites.
I have asked each organization to be honest about the reasons for these cancellations. That is, I told them I did not want to lie and say, "I withdrew" or "I declined" or "I was afraid to come."
So I share with you as much as I can in the interests of transparency, which we need in our church. And to show you the outsize influence of social media sites motivated by fear, hatred and homophobia.
For my part, I bear no ill will to Theological College, Catholic University, the Order of the Holy Sepulchre or Cafod. The organizers were all apologetic and in some cases more upset than I was. I know that they were under extreme pressure, and in some cases were overwhelmed by the rage that can be generated by social media: ill will based on misrepresentations, innuendos, homophobia and especially fear. Perfect love drives out fear, as 1 John says. But perfect fear also drives out love.
Also, I want to say that none of these cancellations disturbs me. I've not lost any sleep over them. (The outsize influence of social media sites that traffic in homophobia, specialize in personal attacks, and whips up hatred another matter. This is disturbing and should be disturbing to all of us. It is not coming from God.)
And there will be many other venues. In fact, after the talk in DC was cancelled, Holy Trinity Church in DC invited me to deliver a lecture a few days before the planned Theological College event was to occur, on Sept. 30. So I look forward to seeing you all in Washington.
I'm also happy to say that a revised and expanded version of "Building a Bridge," with a new introduction, more stories drawn from my encounters with LGBT people, more insights from church leaders, and more biblical meditations, will be published early next year.
Last night at the University of Scranton, after the talk to the incoming freshmen, a mother approached the book-signing table, and started to cry when she talked about her gay son and what the book had meant to her. And I told her that her tears put any opposition in perspective.
Because what is opposition next to the love of Jesus? It is nothing.
I also have the support of my Jesuit Provincial, my Jesuit brothers, and two cardinals and several bishops who endorsed my book (as well as many other cardinals, archbishops and bishops who have contacted me privately). Most of all, I want to say that Jesus is close to me in prayer.
So I am at total peace.
A final note: all of the talks that were cancelled--at Theological College, at the Order of the Holy Sepulchre Investiture Dinner, and at Cafod, were not about LGBT Catholics. They were about Jesus.

Leave the church and start your own with it's bridge building. Why are you and the like so intent on destroying the Catholic Church. Because the prince of lies owns you. Even he believes in the Catholic faith and the Catholic Church ,that is why he is trying to destroy it. So Father Martin, repent and come back for the sake of your soul. If you choose not, then build a bridge and leave us alone.

Of the hosts, Colbert — both the actor himself and the satirical send-up of a cable news host he plays on The Colbert Report — is the most well-known for talking about Catholicism. His show has an “official chaplain” in Jesuit Father James Martin...

Fr. Martin should have solely focused on the Colbert Show

Thanks for posting his dribble, frivol, nonsense. So typical to not take the time to reflect that perhaps he, himself, may be the problem. I wonder if he would "feel" the same if a Mom approached him in tears stating what he is preaching will lead souls to hell, so perhaps his book(s) should be used as tinder instead?

As much as we thank LifeSiteNews, Michael Voris & the team at Church Militant, Father John Zuhlsdorf, the great Cardinal Sarah, many true Catholic bloggers, such as you Vox and thousands of lay Catholics defending the faith against a truly demonic attack from a wolf in sheep's clothing, Fr. James Judas priest Martin, it is the lord our God who will silence him.
“For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him.”
May James Martin bend his knee and repent for his evil doings!

I love seeing one faithful Catholic defender of Truth congratulate other faithful Catholic defenders of Truth. That's the way is supposed to be.
You shine, Vox. May God bless you richly.

I believe that Martin is being dishonest. He says this about the websites in question...."the outsize influence of social media sites motivated by fear, hatred, and homophobia."

Surely Martin knows that fear, hatred, and homophobia are not the motivating factors of those who oppose the Militant Homo Agenda. Those who oppose the Militant Homo Agenda do so out of concern for souls, and there's no way that he can't understand that. Of course he knows it.

The Catholic Church teaches that homosexuality is intrinsically disordered. What he has a problem with is Church teaching. He wants his heretical view of homosexuality to be Church teaching.

If there hadn't been an infiltration of homosexual men into the priesthood in the last 70 years or so, there wouldn't have been a crisis of priests sexually abusing boys. The two issues are linked. I doubt that Martin would agree. But then he's been hoodwinked into believing that active homosexuality is a good thing, and not a sin.

OK......I'm going to ask this question (as stupid as it may sound) to see if anyone here will answer. I realize that Martin is the head of 'Communications' in the Vatican? (I do believe) But......who is his Superior? Does he report DIRECTLY to Francis or does he report to someone else? I thought Rosica was in Communications?

Fear, hatred and homophobia - says he about my motivation.

I do not have a phobia, but I hate promotion of sodomy, which is what he does.
I also fear for the souls of those who disobey God.

Nothing wrong with my motivation.

The Catholic Church is not the private property of James Martin, but the Mystical Body of Jesus Christ, and he must bow his stiff neck to the Supreme Triune Ruler of Heaven and earth instead of daring to lift his impure heel against Him. You cannot win when you fight against God. If you make an attempt, you will be crushed beneath the weight of your own monstrous pride.

Some kind of way should be found to mobilise the Catholics of Rome to manifest on Saint Peter's Square on a fixed basis. This would increase the momentum of the resistance against the agenda of Pope Francis, and it would place the cardinals and bishops on more secure ground to act. Francis, like a text-book revolutionary, has invoked 'the people' since the beginning of his pontificate to pretendedly justify his assaults on faith and morals. If the Roman people, then, will make themselves visible in the manner explained as opposing his agenda, it would greatly embarrass his subversion of the Church.

Wake up Vox! "Fr" martin, not a priest.
"Fr" zuhlsdorf, not a priest.

These two have in common an ordination in a questionable rite. Please take the time and effort to not dismiss this issue as the ranting of a lunatic. Investigate this topic for yourself. If you are serious in your quest for Truth, you will quickly see the problems with the new rites. Nuff said, I will not badger you or your readers anymore on this subject.

In all honesty, I agree with anonymous of 9:00 am this morning. I think some of the "blame" can be laid upon our blogs and those of many others, not to mention facebook/twitter alerts going out.

He says he has the support of his superiors. If this is true, we the paying faithful have the right to know who these prelates are.

Here is a quote from one of the greatest saints ever regarding homosexuality. St. Catherine relays words of Our Lord, about the vice against nature, which contaminated part of the clergy in her time. Referrng to sacred ministers, He said: “They not only fail from resisting this frailty [ of fallen human nature]…but do even worse as they commit the cursed sin agains nature. Like the blind and stupid having dimmed the light of the understanding, they do not recoginze the disease and misery in which they find themselves. For this not only causes Me nausea, but displeases even the demons themselves, whom these miserable creatures have chosen as their lords. For Me, this sin against nature is so abominable that , for it alone, five cities were submersed, by virtue of the jugdment of My Divine Justice, which could no longer bear them…It is disagreable to the demon, not because evil displeases them and they find pleasure in good, but because their nature is angelic and thus is repulsed upon seeing such an enormous sin being commited. It is true that it is the demons who
hits the sinner with the poisoned arrow of lust, but when a man carries out such a sinful act, the demons leaves.

God Exists! I am so pleased that this person's talks were cancelled! May he reflect on the message Almighty God is giving him here - he ignores it at his peril!
Sodomy is abhorrent to Almighty God - period! No more words needed - stupid books written - meaningless rationalisations!

Sunlight is the best disinfectant. Time to bring out all the Cardinals and Bishops who support or practice sodomy. Who are they! Come now, let's not be shy, name names! If it is so loving and wonderful, so approved by Christ, then why be shy? Out with it, or you! Then at least, in the future, when boys or young men are molested in the Confessional, we will have a narrow list to know who to go after. This will increase efficiency in the church.

This simpering, narcissistic whine-fest by Martin is typical. Poke a sodomite and you get an emotionally driven demonic spirit, shrieking and siccing the Communist dogs on you, as he did here. He put out a dog whistle, for the verbal barrage to begin. Whilst they cry "victim", they unleash hate and ugliness in all directions by naming names and identifying themselves as the victim. This is a nauseating behavior, and is Leftist-typical. There is nothing to admire here, and if it divides and causes problems, so be it. They are what matters, certainly not you or I.
I hope this pope is happy, as I'm sure he is. He wanted a mess, he wanted division, he wanted "lio". Here it is.
The church, is chock full of homosexuals.
The church, is chock full of destroyers.
The church, is chock full of apostates.
The church, is chock full of boy molesters.
Tell me again why we should put a check in the collection this week.
May God deliver us from these horrible men soon.

If one person deserves the title of exposing James Martin SJ, it is Joseph Sciambra. Invariably it will be Sciambra who had uploaded a video, who had blown the whistle. I understand there is a strong tendency to troll out of human weakness. However, defending the Catholic Faith requires also justice. It is only justice that we thank Joseph Sciambra for everything he is doing for exposing the homosexual infiltration in the Church and society. I may add that James Martin does not mention Sciambra because he fears him. He does not fear the others. Joseph had walked the walk - rightly is he feared by homosexual activists. With the others it is a social media war. They are detached with the exception of Michael Voris who had also lived the horror of same-sex attraction and lifestyle. With Sciambra's writings it is completely different: Sciambra reveals to us the world of the demonic and how it is linked to homosexuality. He lived it, he experienced it. That is why his writings carry an incredible intensity that the others do not have. That is why his writings are feared by homosexuals. To really learn about what homosexuality is I encourage readers to visit Joseph's website, his twitter feed- and follow him!

TLM,

Fr. James Martin only serves as an advisor to the Secretariat of Communications in the Vatican. That person would be Msgr. Dario Edoardo Vigano. Rosica serves as the English Media-Attache, though I am not familiar what that exactly means. As far as I know, Rosica is currently working away at his media duties here in North America.

"....after the talk in DC was cancelled, Holy Trinity Church in DC invited me to deliver a lecture a few days before the planned Theological College event was to occur, on Sept. 30. So I look forward to seeing you all in Washington. Neh, neh, neh, neh, neh. (I added the neh, nehs.)

Turns out Holy Trinity is a Jesuit run church. An item in Sundays bulletin from the pastor wrote this about the post-911 Unity Walk he participated in. Warning: Do not read this on a full stomach.

"This past Sunday afternoon while Irma traveled across Florida, I experienced the common cause of citizenship when I accompanied a dozen Holy Trinity parishioners and several hundred people of various faiths in the annual Unity Walk. Hosted by the Interfaith Conference of Metropolitan Washington, the Unity Walk is a collaborative religious byproduct of the tragedy of 9/11 and takes place on the Sunday closest to the anniversary of this day of remembrance. How symbolic that the program began with a Zoroastrian prayer in the Washington Hebrew Congregation. The prayer preceded words from several religious leaders, including Bishop Mario Dorsonville. These speakers were then followed by a beautiful rendition of “This Land is Your Land” by a Muslim children’s choir. The walk concluded three hours later with Islamic prayers and interfaith songs of peace at The Islamic Center of Washington.

Bleh on Zoroastrian prayer! Double bleh for “This Land is Your Land” sung by a Muslim children’s choir. What idiots. Fr. Martin fits right in.
