"Today Our attention is directed to one of the most common of them (abuses), one of the most difficult to eradicate, and the existence of which is sometimes to be deplored in places where everything else is deserving of the highest praise; the beauty and sumptuousness of the temple, the splendor and the accurate performance of the ceremonies, the attendance of the clergy, the gravity and piety of the officiating ministers. Such is the abuse affecting sacred chant and music."- St. Pius X, Pope

The fact that he uses the word "haters" to label those in disagreement shows a lot about the man. He adopts a pejorative often used by the relativistic pagan society to disparage those who hold absolutist moral positions.
Ecce homo qui est faba. (Cue Mr. Bean intro theme)
"He's not a simple bean, he's a noble fagus!"
There is just NOTHING that can be added to that........C.L.A.S.S.I.C.!
I laughed so hard I still can't breathe.
Massimo Faggioli might mean the the greatest faggot.
I'll think of him then as Italy's biggest son of a beech.
Heads up Vox. Today Bergoglio delivered a sermon on persecuted christians by the Church...one of the three mentioned was Antonio Rosmini whose propositions were condemned by Leo X111....however Rosmini was "rehabilitated by Cardinal Ratzinger's CDF. James Larson at Christian Order wrote about Rosminis "rehabilitation" in 2004....google Christian Order Rosminis rehabilitation. They are going to try to circumvent transubstantiation one of Rosmini's main heresies....transubstantiation is a block to the new ecumenical eucharist and Francis has just dropped the clue that rewriting the Catholic sense of the eucharist is on their agenda.
Indeed - this is they are looking for a kind of Lutheran Mass - Bergoglio thinks this is 'Vatican 2' - he does not seem to understand that the church is a multi-ritual body - if we include the uniates, Anglican use, neo-cat liturgy and syro-malabar and more, we can say there are well over 20 rites recognized by the church where transubstantiation takes place - why not just accept a multi-rite landscape instead of trying to blaspheme and be sacrilegious for the sake of unity.
