I am well aware when they were invented. Aspirin actually predates the War. It is a question of toxicity testing, testing for contraindications with other newer drugs etc. in vitro testing using fetal cell lines is the standard procedure - unfortunately. I wish I was wrong.
Aspirin was first used as an analgesic for Rheumatism in 1899. Your Spanish friend needs to do more homework. That is 122 years ago. Getting all of the facts correct makes what is said more believable.
