If the cap fits wear it, At some future date the tiara will be worn again, in a way its fitting that no Vatican 2 Popes wore it, it awaits a Catholic Pope.
If a Pope can name Claudia Ciocca as head of a dicastery, I see nothing to stop that same Pope from naming an IMAM as the next Pope. Such would be a MERE MATTER OF DEVELOPMENT....
