Catholic Teacher Patricia Jannuzzi reinstated!

Patricia Jannuzzi, the Catholic Teacher fired for stating her views on the homosexualist agenda has been reinstated by Immaculata High School.

Congratulations to Mrs. Jannuzzi!

Bishop Bootkoski, the Monsignor Pastor and the School Administration committed a grievous act against Mrs. Jannuzzi. They were wrong and they can't wiggle out of it no matter how they try in this letter.  Had Mrs. Jannuzzi's family not gone public with the injustice these cowardly so-called Catholic leaders would have not backed down and she would have been unemployed in August. She was able to raise the funds for a lawyer no doubt and John and Mary Catholic were able to voice their condemnation of the deceitful manner with which she was treated. Freedom of Conscience Defense Fund trial attorney Charles LiMandri provided extensive legal advice to Patricia Jannuzzi, and assisted her local counsel David Oakley, in achieving a mutually satisfactory resolution of this matter.

Monsignor blames the medial and presumably, bloggers for being "hurtful." The letter also mentions "theology" numerous times insisting that the matter was not "theological."

As I found out in my own recent situation with a clerical bully, we must stick together when these clericalists attempt to silence us and the new gestapo, or gaystapo, comes at us.

Thanks be to God for this victory and for justice.

Why does he keep repeating the word theology, theology.
The issue is doctrine.
What theology is he referring to?

The bishop and the school principal are still not affirming Catholic teaching in public.

Bishop Paul B.Bootkoski will not endorse Church teaching on sodomy and also Vatican Council II ?

You're absolutely right about the faithful sticking together to fight injustice. We should also never let their threats to sue intimidate us. I was threatened years ago by an official with the March of Dimes for exposing their links to eugenic abortion. I told them, "Go ahead, it will be great publicity. Mothers March sues mom of five for exposing their duplicity."

I'm so thankful for this outcome!

Excellent news! This, along with the Rosica Affair, has helped to restore my faith in the principles of old-school Catholic Action. I tip my hat to you, sir, for your tireless dedication to issues such as this. A blessed Easter Octave to you and yours!

So glad to hear the good news!

The faithful, be they people or priests, must insist on justice and use all just means to defend the Faith!

The outcome is good but the "tone" of the letter is not so good. It bothers me that they keep repeating that this was a personnel "issue" and not a theological "issue." Of course, the liberals don't use the word "problem" because of the negative connotation. This was very much a theological problem and thus we know where the school and diocese stand on the theological issue of homosexuality. They are not in line with the Church. It also is problematic that they instruct teachers and parents what to tell the students/children about what happened.

Neither Bishop Paul Bootskowski or the Principal and Director of the school are saying that homosexuality is a mortal sin, it is not natural and the school and diocese oppose it as Catholics.
Instead they consider it not charitable to affirm this and have criticized the teacher for doing this.

Also the bishop will not say that Vatican Council II affirms the rigorist interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. They would also call this a 'theology'.

So the students at the school would not be told that all Buddhists, Hindus, Jews and Muslims are on the way to Hell unless they convert into the Church; they do not have 'faith and baptism'(Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II).

Nor would they tell the students that there are no known exceptins to Ad Gentes 7 and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus on April 13, 2015.We cannot meet a non Catholic saved without 'faith and baptism'.
