Alfie Evans and the damnation of England

Pour out O Lord your anger upon them; let your burning fury overtake them. … Charge them with guilt upon guilt; let them have no share in your justice (Ps 69:25, 28).

Shame and terror be theirs forever. Let them be disgraced; let them perish (Ps 83:18).

To those who may be offended or call me a sinner for my "judgmental" commentary, please note the following.

Clearly you have never read the maledictory or what are also referred to as the imprecatory psalms, those psalms which invoke judgement, calamity or curses upon one's enemies or the enemies of God.

You clearly suffer from the corruption of the Second Vatican Council and the "Liturgy of the Hours" and Responsorial psalms of the Novus Ordo Missae which has either stripped the psalms completely or edited them to be benign.

Your soon to be "saint" Giovanni Montini, or Paul VI made this quite clear. Open the introduction to you Liturgy of the Hours and read his views on these, particularly how being translated to the vernacular and how they would hurt our modern sensibilities. What a puff.

From Father Z:
Can we – ought we – pray that God strike down the enemies of the Church? Holy Scripture is full of prayers offered for the defeat of the enemies of God. The unfashionable “maledictory – cursing – psalms” (5, 6, 11, 12, 35, 37, 40 52, 54, 56, 58, 69, 79, 83, 137, 139, and 143) call for judgment and disaster to fall upon the enemies of God and God’s people.  Many of these psalms were “edited” or even wholly excluded from the revised psalter used in the Liturgy of the Hours, but that’s a different crock of bagna cauda.

Prior to the publication of the Liturgy of the Hours, Pope Paul VI decreed that the imprecatory psalms be omitted. As a result, approximately 120 verses (three entire psalms (58[57], 83[82], and 109[108]) and additional verses from 19 others) were removed. The introduction to the Liturgy of the Hours cites the reason for their removal as a certain “psychological difficulty” caused by these passages. This is despite the fact that some of these psalms of imprecation are used as prayer in the New Testament (e.g., Rev 6:10) and in no sense to encourage the use of curses (General Instruction # 131). Six of the Old Testament Canticles and one of the New Testament Canticles contain verses that were eliminated for the same reason.

If anyone had "psychological difficulty" it was Giovanni Montini!

Alfie Evans lives. For how long, only the good Lord knows.

Make no mistake, the hospital and National Health System is hiding something. Worse, they fear that if Alfie does not die, and die soon, they will be discovered for the corrupt frauds that they are.

You will not be surprised that the judge that sentenced Alfie to death is not only a sodomite but a Freemason.

The situation with Alfie and Charlie Gard before him is more than tragic or sad, it is evil. The world is watching England betray its people, its history, its culture. At one time, England was the bastion of liberty and justice; now it is become a land of fascists and satanists.

Fundamentally, the problem that Alfie finds himself in and Charlie before him, is that their country betrayed its Catholic identity a half millennium ago. World history changed when Henry VII murdered Richard III and it changed again, for the worse, under his son Henry and his evil bastard son Edward and his whore bastard daughter, Elizabeth. These evil monarchs who stole the throne from not only Richard III but the just Queen, Mary, daughter of Catherine of Aragon, set England on its current path. The murderous whore Elizabeth I buried the last vestiges of England's ancient faith.

Elizabeth II, my Queen, will burn in Hell under a just God for what she has done to Alfie and Charlie. Rather than save these children and save her nation, she has chosen her lot.

Charlie Gard, murdered by Her Majesty's Hospital

Shame on Elizabeth Regina.

Shame on the Royal Family.

They celebrate the birth of another heir and stand by whilst a corrupt system murders another. England's monarchs have never repented for their betrayal of Christ, Our Lady and the English people. Until they do, England will continue on its downward slide into barbarity, dictatorship and perversion.

Islam and its future sharia is a curse set upon England for its deserved crimes.

How are we to understand that in a free and democratic nation, the parents are barred from removing their child to home to die, if that be what comes, or to take him abroad at no cost to England? How are we to understand that this little family are treated as wretched criminals.

Damn England!

God dam the Royal Family, a corrupt, heretical mob of sons of bitches and whores and bastards if there ever any and it begins with Elizabeth Regina, a cowardly pretender.

Damn my Queen!

Where is our Magna Carta?

There is a stench from England. From the rotten Queen to the rotten, silent Prime Minister and Home Secretary. To the filthy bastards at the hospital and in the constabulary. What is worse is the obvious display of cowardice on the part of the men of England. Feminised, sissy Englishmen. Shame on you that you stand by whilst your corrupt fascist government murders this baby.

They will all go to Hell.

When Charlie dies, as a baptised Catholic child, his pure soul will be instantly with God. He will be a Saint. The others, will rot in the pit of Hell.

An email from a friend.

As I sit watching the sickening situation in Liverpool develop, I’ve been praying for Alfie’s father specifically. Can anyone really be surprised that the culture of death has evolved this far? To me it is a natural progression that reflects a complete and total abandonment of not just a Catholic anthropological sense, not just a Christian one, but a wholesale abandonment of the very idea that humans are more than animals that can be dispatched at will. I’m thinking of a story I read a long time ago about Dagger John Hughes of New York. Maybe it’s apocryphal, but it serves to make a good point. As I remember it, when protestant mobs threatened to burn churches in NY, Dagger John called the men to arms to defend their faith and their church. Thousands of Irishmen surrounded old St. Pats and other parish churches, but when the prottie mob saw the men standing their ground and willing to defend their churches with their lives, they stopped the attack. What prompted all of this was a fight over the right of Catholic parents to have schools where their children were taught the faith. The God-given natural law right of parents to determine what is best for their children. These men, rallying around their bishop, were willing to die “merely” in defense of their ability to pass on the faith – they weren’t fighting for their lives, but to protect church buildings. Now in the 21st century we have parents whose right not only to decide what is best for their child, but their right to keep their child safe from harm, to give their child FOOD is being taken away. Where are the Catholic men? More importantly, where are the bishops to lead them? The few Catholics who have the courage to make a charge from the trenches will be mowed down while their generals fiddle as the family burns. What will be left of the Catholic family after the pew-sitters realize – even subconsciously – that their fathers in Christ just don’t care enough to risk their own comfort? That the vicar of Christ will prostitute the father of a child about to be murdered for a photo op, and the CBCEW equivocates and actually PRAISES the hospital doing this is just demonic. Absolutely demonic. Whomever participating in the writing of that statement must HATE Christ. This is not just about Alfie. They want priests? Where the hell do they think they will come from? They want a laity who is willing to give sacrificially to support the church? Where the hell do they think they will come from? If there are no Catholic families there will very quickly be no Catholic institution. The silence of the bishops, the lack of a call to defend the fundamental unit of our faith and our Church – from Rome on down  - is an act of ecclesiastical suicide just as much as sitting in a car with the garage door closed and the engine running. It will be a slow death and a quiet one as parishes are merged and then closed, but it will still be, inevitably,  death. I’m not a father of any stripe, and will never be, but if it were my child laying there waiting for the doctor to come down the hall with a lethal injection I’d be totally justified in sitting there with a gun and shooting anyone who came into the room to try to kill my son. I’d end up being killed by the police, but if this isn’t a case of “Greater love hath no man that to lay down his life” then I don’t know what is. Sorry for the rambling and probably faltering rant, but this has been floating around in my head since yesterday evening. I have no pulpit, no blog and no voice but I have to get this out of my head – maybe having written it down it will stop my mind racing.

The judge ruling on the case is big on LGTB rights. Obviously those rights do not extend to children or parent's. It really is disgusting that they will not release that child to the team of Italian doctors waiting to transport him to Italy.

I agree with your statements. Satan has worked his evil on England. God help Europe and the West.

This is a breach of parental rights if there ever was one. I’m not sure what it is with England and killing sick children, but their society can’t survive more than another generation or two with that attitude. Eventually, he will die, and the public will be lulled into thinking they really did know best. There will be some who will disagree, but the best they will be able to do about it will be to come up with some stupid bumper sticker. Even Pope Francis stepped in and offered to help. Interestingly, this was when Austen Ivereigh decided he didn’t have to agree with the pope on everything.

Wouldn't it have been inspiring and wonderful if Pope Francis would have flown to Britain and prayed the Rosary (if he didn't fall asleep from boredom) until the Nazis released Alphie or the good Lord took him. But then, the muslim welfare seekers would have been deprived of their gelatos that the 'humble' pope handed out to them after a press release the other day in Rome. More than anything, he might not want to draw too much attention to the death panels, failures and lack of humanity in his fellow travelers of the Big Government socialized medicine sect.

Merry Ole England, not content with screwing up the hit-job on Russia with the fake Skripal poisoning, of which both victims are now recovering from what we were told was some crazy deadly toxin where a few drops could kill 500 people in the vicinity... are now content to murder a little boy to save the face of incompetent doctors and likely bad vaccines administered to children and infants against all common sense.

And with all this - where is Mr. Humble (tm) ? You'd think he'd be ready to swoop in there for a photo op or at the very least issuing statements full of the colourful invectives he loves to level at faithful Catholics.

Why no slamming of the NHS rigidity?

Why no appeals to the God of Surprises?

Why no slandering of those Doctors of the Medical law?

Why no condemnations of Pelagian-Socialist?

Why no accompaniment onto the papal plane to Italy?

Why no "Who is Mr. Fag Freemason to judge"?

Where are all the Mercy Ministers who should all be out there putting flowers in to helmets of the London Gestapo Hospital Police?

Where are the calls for allowing Alfie his immigration rights and helthcare and ice cream cone?

These accursed sodomites are being supported in their Satanic acts by the administrative half of the dual papacy enforced upon us at the last conclave organised by the St. Gallen Mafia who flagrantly violated the rules of PJPII & pompously & seditiously got their man elected to carry out the agenda of NWO freemasonry to depopulate the earth from seven billion people to one billion in the shortest possible time. It won't be their child or family member on the death list, it is always someone else's. They have by their zillions of dollars, most likely amassed by fraud, paid off the UN, EU, Wall Street, The Vatican etc. to connive in bringing about a culture of godless totalitarianism where they will be the dictators as to who shall live & who shall die & how they will live & die. Our silent prelates, governments, rulers are all complicit in this dastardly evil & yet we have to put up with listening to certain canon lawyers & Catholic websites who are supported by so-called Catholics institutions for hiding behind the false notion that these are ordinary times that will subside when PF passes on, even though they are fully aware of the line he has appointed to follow his evil leadership. They don't want us 'bashing' our 'good prelates' even though they have reneged on the only initiative they offered & have since remained totally silent as to how to resist & reverse this Apostasy. This attitude is simply another form of corruption & not acceptable to Traditional Catholics who are now left bereft of any true leadership. Instead of combining to restore order to the Bride of Christ they are actually preventing this from happening. Sometime must happen quickly.

"When all seems lost, there will be the beginning of the triumph of the holy Church."

These demon fascist Freemasons are so darkened by EVIL that they you can smell them coming. They are corrupt in every way they can be. You can TAKE TO THE BANK that there is much more behind this story. Alder Hey is hiding something BIG!!

And may God bless you for calling out those responsible in clear terms. Evil must be opposed.

But for YOUR sake, like the post above mine, I have concern for YOU because of your calls for damnation. Please for YOUR sake consider asking for swift justices from God instead and consider talking to your priest. May God bless you.

Great post. I'm fasting today for the Church and I'll keep you and your country in my prayers. Hope you don't get into trouble with the heretic masonic British authorities. This is a government that badly needs to be overthrown, just like the Vatican - and for the same reasons - it's run by the same people.

There now seems to be a gag order in place. Alfie's father read and posted a prepared statement and states he will not be making further comments. Please keep praying for them. As despicable as a gag order is, if it means they will get to move their son, it will be worth it. Keep storming heaven with prayers for Alfie!

Before I read comments let me first say thank you to Vox and whoever wrote this excellent response to this demonic madness. I feel like I'm living in a world I no longer recognize! The death tyrants have taken over, and Brits need to know it so they can act accordingly. It is only over if they are so filled with apathy they no longer feel they can make any difference, if they sit on their asses at home and don't get up off the couch and do something! Go stand outside the hospital, go make some calls, write some letters, express your discontent and determination to CHANGE things the next time you get a chance to vote...DO something. Right now your actions are of the utmost importance, regardless of poor dad's Stockholm Syndrome, you must fight for this baby because he has been emotionally disarmed. This man is exhausted. He has nothing left. They have worked on him. Do not abandon Alfie or his parents now.
Great Britain, will be hated, with a white hot passionate hate. What they have done to this child and this family is beyond criminal, it is diabolical, Satanic. We are all getting a full look at what the "New World Order" will mean. "Death, to whomever we select, and when we select". Judge Hayden is an evil, evil person.
It would be wonderful if men would fight for something. History teaches us there are times that demand it. Women can also fight for right. When Terri Schiavo was murdered by the state I walked up and down in our nearest urban area, outside a church, carrying a sign. We can ALL do something. If enough people put pressure on, things can happen.
God has no hands but ours! Pray, and get going!
One last thing. May God bless ITALY.

This is a living witness to the falsehood of "human rights".

It is a fact that we are in a time and heading for its systematic enforcement(in the "west", formerly loosely Christian world) of the factual "ownership" of children, claimed and enforced by the state.

I believe that in our children's lifetimes, one will need to obey the social mores of the State, or one's children will be taken from them and they will be forbidden to have more children.

We are in a tremendous vacuum of what were long held, presumed, "rights" and the young people will see to it, or eliminate(at their choosing) their opposition.

The Catholic Church is a willing, knowing partner in this.

It is terribly naive to think that another future, minus direct, surgical Divine intervention is coming, peacefully.

Those days are gone!! My two cents.

Now the killers speak of the dignity of the human person. Death with dignity. Where did this all come from. Time to remind ourselves that it began in earnest with the council of Vatican 2...Dignitatis Humanae...the document that stated all religions deserve respect. The document that dethroned Christ the King and the changeless laws of the Holy Trinity...that put all religions on par. Did they somehow know that one day the religion of the day would become a state run murder inc? That that would be a "religion" that would have to be respected? One can only do their own investigation as to who was behind these decatholicizing documents and who continued to support and carry them out. The answers I have found are very disturbing.

The Traditionalist Catholics need to be organized and march on that hospital IMMEDIATELY. Use Pope Francis signs that he supports the parents moving their child. Put signs up that "Alfie lives, now he needs food". k

I agree with the only two posters who pointed out that cursing England and the Queen and the Royal Family while is understandable is seriously and gravely sinful. Remember only God is to judge people not us. It is not Christian much less Catholic to spread this kind of lack of Charity and Kindness. Please read and meditate on the Healing Power of Kindness.

If Great Britain does not like what it sees has happened to her, she can change this trajectory. What is necessary is an increased reliance on Jesus Christ, prayer, and action. Slavery is free but freedom costs. No people who roll over for tyrants will remain free. Read about Lepanto and the American Revolution, or so many other battles, for inspiration. You can go up against evil ideologies and be victorious.
Only this week do I fully realize Great Britain fought the Nazis, and ended up adopting their ideology. The Nazis did in fact win Great Britain. It is not only a flag that represents the victor of a conflict. But the last word has not been written. Do the British people have enough faith and spirit to help not only Alfie, but the many Alfie's to come. If they do not, it appears they have already voted in or imported their future.

Maybe they should tell the Judge that Alfie is gay or Muslim, or better still, transgender. That would surely raise his value score with the judiciary.

Francis projects an image of empathy for the family while the local bishop sides with the organ profiteering hospital & merciless judge...seems like these duplicitous clerical traitors are trying to play both sides.

The anguish on Alfie's father's face when he read the prepared statement is heartbreaking.

Psalm 55 for Alfie and his parents:
Listen to my prayer, O God,
do not ignore my plea;
2 hear me and answer me.
My thoughts trouble me and I am distraught
3 because of what my enemy is saying,
because of the threats of the wicked;
for they bring down suffering on me
and assail me in their anger.

4 My heart is in anguish within me;
the terrors of death have fallen on me.
5 Fear and trembling have beset me;
horror has overwhelmed me.
6 I said, “Oh, that I had the wings of a dove!
I would fly away and be at rest.
7 I would flee far away
and stay in the desert;[c]
8 I would hurry to my place of shelter,
far from the tempest and storm.”

9 Lord, confuse the wicked, confound their words,
for I see violence and strife in the city.
10 Day and night they prowl about on its walls;
malice and abuse are within it.
11 Destructive forces are at work in the city;
threats and lies never leave its streets.

12 If an enemy were insulting me,
I could endure it;
if a foe were rising against me,
I could hide.
13 But it is you, a man like myself,
my companion, my close friend,
14 with whom I once enjoyed sweet fellowship
at the house of God,
as we walked about
among the worshipers.

15 Let death take my enemies by surprise;
let them go down alive to the realm of the dead,
for evil finds lodging among them.

16 As for me, I call to God,
and the Lord saves me.
17 Evening, morning and noon
I cry out in distress,
and he hears my voice.
18 He rescues me unharmed
from the battle waged against me,
even though many oppose me.
19 God, who is enthroned from of old,
who does not change—
he will hear them and humble them,
because they have no fear of God.

20 My companion attacks his friends;
he violates his covenant.
21 His talk is smooth as butter,
yet war is in his heart;
his words are more soothing than oil,
yet they are drawn swords.

22 Cast your cares on the Lord
and he will sustain you;
he will never let
the righteous be shaken.
23 But you, God, will bring down the wicked
into the pit of decay;
the bloodthirsty and deceitful
will not live out half their days.

But as for me, I trust in you.

It's easy for you to say "damn England" when you aren't English. You refer to the psalms, but nowhere in the psalms does it say "damn Israel" because of Israel's apostasies. I think you'll find that England was a Christian country centuries before your country even existed, and that your country owes its existence partly due to England. And I think you'll find that not all the English are "God's enemies", so what are you doing asking for our damnation?

We may end up owing lost GB a great deal for demonstrating to our horror exactly how far from God's plan we have fallen, and who has been put in our seats of power. I do not know if it is too late for GB or other European nations who have brought about not only leaders who are godless but the means of their own destruction, but it is definitely too late if they are too weak or cowardly to face it squarely. With Christ, they can do it. Without Him, they will fail.
Vox, thank you for the reminder about the psalms. Seeing what has been done to this beautiful child, this brave and heroic father, this devoted mother, should be enough to summon up a curse. If we can watch as parents are not only deprived of their beloved child and beaten like dogs until they submissively give in to their masters and not rage inwardly and outwardly call up a curse, then we are just as pathetic as the evil cowards who currently hold all the cards.

Jack said...

I am not angry at you; I am pointing out your own misplaced anger. Your anger should be directed towards this international cabal of elite psychopaths pushing euthanasia and many other evils on to all nations (not only the UK), rather than towards the British people as a whole.
Yes, the British people are largely demoralised and are becoming increasingly depraved, but that is happening everywhere in the post-Christian West, and it's only surprising that the situation is not worse. With the godlessness of the West today, it is only surprising we have not descended into outright barbarism already. The fact that God is ignored by 90+% of the European population is our greatest sin, and it shouldn't be a cause for surprise that evils like this are occurring when we have lost the very foundation of our laws, morals, and civilisation. When almost the entire population ignores God on Sundays in favour of shopping, it shouldn't surprise you that they mostly don't care about the execution of their neighbour's child (however, if you asked most Brits they would be on the side of Alfie on their parents, they are mostly just too demoralised to do anything about it).

By the way, I am a Catholic Celt, and no great lover of things English.

You ask where is Magna Carta? Since Magna Carta the rule of positive law has evolved to the point where formerly absolute monarch are constitutional monarchs. Place the blame where it belongs, on democratically elected members of the British Parliament. The Queen has no political power to change the situation.

And our beloved Canada has not been a colony for long, long time.

Although the Queen may not have the power to change the situation, she can still speak out about injustices, this would have changed the situation entirely.

In defense of Vox - In cases like these, where evil is done to innocents, one is compelled to be upset. Indeed, it is our obligation to be upset, for being upset is the righteous response to seeing atrocities occur. Each of us express that sense of being upset differently. Vox has done it in the way he has done it, and has defended that position. Take it or leave it. Don't debate him on it.

For those who are decrying the damnation of England - well, I am sorry to break it to you, but she IS damned. Vox didn't do that. She did that to herself. As have Canada, America, Germany, and so on and so forth. While one must cling to supernatural hope and hope that these countries will change their courses, one cannot deny that these countries have done it to themselves by making a god out of the separation of Church and State, and inviting/celebrating/condoning divorce, homosexuality, abortion, euthanasia, and a host of other evils. Unless these countries publicly come out against all of these things, and reclaim their Catholic heritage, they are indeed damned. So don't shoot the messenger.

Perhaps the most sobering thing to remember is that all of us - with the exception of those under the age of reason - have contributed to our countries' respective damnations. We have all contributed some share to this mess, and will continue to do so. Myself included. So let's get off our high horses and do something about it, by uniting ourselves to our vocations in life and carrying them out.

Vox is dead-on right and it's called righteous anger.

Justina, you made me laugh out loud.

and John the Mad, "The Queen has no political power to change the situation"...perhaps not (and that's a big 'perhaps'); but she sure a hell has the social cred (and HAD the moral cred), and a BIG bully pulpit. If she had said "release him, and release him NOW!", it would have been a dang big deal.

Vox is right. And the people whining against him are snowflakes in need of a cry closet. Tell you what....go and read the Psalms today. Go and read the Prophets today. And then go and grow up and be a Christian, ready to fight. Go tell God the Holy Ghost that David, and Jeremiah, and Isaiah (et al) crossed the line in their words.

Vox OBVIOUSLY can't 'damn anyone to hell'....the statement is a shot across the bow...a way to say, "Wake up!....you're WELL on the path to hell." He's dead-on right. We are dealing with the demonic, the clearly satanic, and those humans fully in league with it; and to call it out as such, in clear, righteously angry tones is a work of mercy. Christ had enough of watching and knotting the cords at some point....He didn't lay them down and start dialoging.

Look up some of the scorching things Christ had to say before His 'hour had come', and then go join in with the modern-day effeminates who whine about and rail against the Crusades and Crusaders.

Well done Vox. And may God turn the granite hearts to flesh of those you've called out (with, and REQUIRING!, their own cooperation), before they tumble into hell....God knows their country already has....(with my own not so very far behind).

Among those who approved of withholding necessities of life from Alfie were many many people who committed abortions. After they killed their children, they moved on to having more sex, and - often - more abortions.

Human life they beget - often with strangers they would not recognize the next day sitting across from them on the bus - is now an unintended consequence of having fun, of having an alleged right to sex fulfilled.

Some countries plan to cover (or already do) the cost of prostitutes for the disabled as part of health care. I heard a report on it on out Canadian CBC. Asked, how having sex with prostitutes has changed his life, a disabled man responded - it is good to get laid sometimes. There was an interview with his proud sexual service provider. She spoke eloquently of all the professional training and counseling she is offering to students of the profession and clients.

I explained to a young woman something she was shocked and appalled by - that the purpose of sex is not fun, but procreation. I said that semen does not go into the mouth or butt hole. I also told her that my view is not necessarily that of a religious person, but that it is rational, based on empirical evidence.

People (including pope Bergoglio) find this view very backward, inhumane. The little sins below the belt, who are we to judge?

Don't we have important social issues to resolve? - Like global warming (I mean cooling) and overpopulation (I mean severe demographic low in the contracepting and aborting "Christian" West)???

I saw footage from an abortion clinic. A proud performer/doctor of late term abortions explained to his client that babies in the womb do not feel pain. He also said that while he never met a women who regretted a late term abortion, there are many with post partum depression.

If anyone is interested, I will provide a link.

When senator Obama voted two or three time for murder of alive babies, result of botched abortions, he explained that the will of the mother being the death of the child made this not a murder, but the right thing to do.

Now hospitals own us. It is no longer parents who are permitted to make decisions about their children. It is the will of the hospital administration that decides who lives and who dies. Others are just following orders.

Yet it is they who call us Nazis.

Yes, tragically, the Angels took little Alfie Evans and placed him gently in the arms of Our Loving Savior this morning at 2:30 AM. He was baptized and well within the age of reason, being only a baby, so there is no doubt where he now is. Pray for his parents who will need every ounce of compassion, comfort and peace from Our Lord. They will need every ounce, and no doubt find it difficult to put one foot in front of the other for a very very long time. The lawyers that are serving the family have declared: "They have killed him."

O blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God and our most gentle Queen and Mother, look down in mercy upon England thy "Dowry" and upon us all who greatly hope and trust in thee. By thee it was that Jesus our Saviour and our hope was given unto the world; and He has given thee to us that we might hope still more. Plead for us thy children, whom thou didst receive and accept at the foot of the Cross, O sorrowful Mother. Intercede for our separated brethren, that with us in the one true fold they may be united to the supreme Shepherd, the Vicar of thy Son. Pray for us all, dear Mother, that by faith fruitful in good works we may all deserve to see and praise God, together with thee, in our heavenly home.
Amen.

This is a prayer composed by Cardinal Manning in the nineteenth century for the conversion of England, one that I and many faithful English catholics pray every day and that is prayed at every benediction. We do this in the hope that the supposed words of the vision of Salette will be fulfilled; that England will return to the faith and through the links of the Commonwealth will lead a resurgence of faith in the One True Church of Christ. For that to happen, the reign of the House of Windsor must come to an end and a Catholic monarch restored. I have great hope that this will happen. I do not despise our queen, neither damn her, but pray for her as all traditional catholics do at the end of sung Latin Mass. Even the national anthem is a prayer.

As an Englishman, words fail me for the shame for what was once Merrie England. Because prior to the English Reformation England was hailed for her strong catholic faith. Then the Pol Pot of the 16th century carried out his looting rampage and ripped the faith from the people. It was deeply shocking, and the people rebelled. The Pilgrimage of Grace, being the first people-led revolt against the king, wanting their ancient faith restored to them were brutally massacred. Vox, we have our martyrs who died for the faith - Thomas More, Edmund Campion, Margaret Clitherow, Bishop John Fisher... We pray that those saints and martyrs will pray for the restoration of the faith in England and the destruction of Anglicanism as the heresy that it is.

Vox, the very fine writer David Warren's piece came out today. In it, he echoes your damnation sentiment exactly. If this situation doesn't call for it, nothing will.

I am British and live in Staffordshire. I was abused as a child and put into a children's home as a Place of Safety which was being used as a sex slave brothel for rich and powerful men. That was in 1972, and it's still going on now.I've been persecuted for whistleblowing. Everyone knows what happened to me, but noone can do anything because anyone who says anything or tries to help gets persecuted as well. It may not look like it but Britain is like a big prison at the moment, it is like George Orwells 1984. Please pray for us here in Britain, it is an awful mess here. I keep saying we don't need a revolution, we need a revival.

I rest my case that Liverpool is resting its cases. Google hospitals not telling patients when they are put on the Liverpool care pathway.
