The Fraud of Pope Francis' and Vatican's concern for victims of sexual crimes of priests

While most, the overwhelming majority of sexual rape and abuse by priests has been committed by sodomites against young teens between 13 and 17 years of age, it has also happened to young women. 

Marie Collins, of Ireland, is one of those and was appointed to a commission by Pope Francis. She has now realised the futility of the work and without directly criticising Pope Francis, reading between the lines, it is quite obvious that it is his doing, or lack thereof that has lead to this.

The Bishop of Rome as "full, immediate and universal jurisdiction" over the Church. If a curial office is not carrying out his supposed instruction, as it seems in this case, then it is within his power and duty to force it to.

Clearly, Bishop of Rome Bergoglio has failed in his committment as we have recently seen; all in the name of false mercy.

RESIGNATION FROM THE PONTIFICAL COMMISSION FOR THE PROTECTION OF MINORS

I sent my letter of resignation (copied to Cardinal O’Malley), from the Pontifical Commission for the Protection of Minors, to Pope Francis on the 9th February 2017 to have effect from 1st March 2017.

Since the beginning of the Commission in March 2014 I have been impressed with the dedication of my colleagues and the genuine wish by Pope Francis for assistance in dealing with the issue of clerical sexual abuse.  I believe the setting up of the Commission, the bringing in of outside expertise to advise him on what was necessary to make minors safer, was a sincere move.

However, despite the Holy Father approving all the recommendations made to him by the Commission, there have been constant setbacks. This has been directly due to the resistance by some members of the Vatican Curia to the work of the Commission.  The lack of co-operation, particularly by the dicastery most closely involved in dealing with cases of abuse, has been shameful. 

This is a condemnation of Pope Francis. He has the power to instruct the dicastery to do its job. The Vatican is infested with sodomites and perverts and the Pope is responsible or it and for not dealing with it. Francis talks a lot and says nothing unless he is throwing insults. This is his baby now and he will wear the fact that the perverts, under his "mercy" will get away with their crimes. Well, they will on this side of eternity. Vox

Late last year a simple recommendation, approved by Pope Francis, went to this dicastery in regard to a small change of procedure in the context of care for victims/survivors. In January I learned the change was refused.   At the same time a request for co-operation on a fundamental issue of Commission work in regard to safeguarding was also refused.  While I hope the Commission will succeed in overcoming this resistance, for me it is the last straw.

Cardinal Sean O’Malley has invited me to continue to be part of training projects including those for the Curia and new bishops and I am happy to accept.  This will be the area on which I will now concentrate.

I wish my colleagues on the Pontifical Commission for the Protection of Minors the very best for the future.

More Bergoglian hypocrisy.  Vatican Radio reports that the Pope has written a preface to a book written by a victim of sexual abuse by a pervert priest, a homosexual.

The facts are nearly all cases of pervert attacks by priests have been on post-pubescent boys between 11 and 17, not little children and not girls, thus proving that the problem is one of admitting to and covering up of sodomites -- homosexuals into the priesthood. Now sodomite should ever be ordained, those that are now priests, should be under strict observation or removed from active ministry. (Yes, this means you dear friend, and you friend, and the other one).

As with Father Matthew Despard in the Diocese of Motherwell, it seems that a priest, who defends the flock from the infiltration of sodomites into the priesthood, is bound to become targeted by his bishop.

Fr. John Gallagher is a priest of the Diocese of Palm Beach, Florida.

In January, 2015, Fr. Gallagher caught a visiting priest from India showing homosexual pornography to a 14 year old boy. Fr. Gallagher rightly went straight to the police. 

However, in doing so, this good priest felt the wrath of the local Bishop, Gerald Barbarito. It seems the bishop was not at all happy that Fr. Gallagher had had this vile sodomite arrested. Apparently, the Diocese had preferred to spirit the sodomite out of the country, back to India. Barbarito responded to Fr Gallagher's righteous actions to go straight to the police by releasing his underlings - clerical and lay -in the Diocese to smear the Irish born priest.

Pope Francis and Church authorities did not intervene to sanction Nicola Corradi, a priest accused of sexually abusing deaf children in Italy and then in Argentina, according to advocates for clerical sex abuse victims. The 82-year old priest and four others were arrested this week by Argentine police.

 BUENOS AIRES, Argentina - Advocates for clerical sex abuse victims expressed outrage Thursday that a priest accused of sexually abusing deaf children in Italy wasn’t sanctioned by the Vatican and allegedly went on to abuse children in Pope Francis’s native Argentina.

Argentine police arrested the priest, 82-year old Nicola Corradi, this week. Corradi, priest Horacio Corbacho, 55, and three other men are accused of abusing at least eight children at a school for youths with hearing disabilities in northwestern Mendoza province.

BishopAccountability.org, an online resource about clerical abuse, reported that Italian survivor groups told the Vatican in 2008 and 2014 about Corradi and others accused of molesting children at a school for the deaf in Verona.

“Words fail. It is appalling and heartbreaking that Corradi was not stopped by Pope Francis or by other Church authorities. Corradi’s presence at the school in Mendoza was no secret,” said Anne Barrett Doyle, co-director of BishopAccountability.

“Thanks to the Church’s inaction, Corradi appears to have been able to replicate exactly the grotesque situation he enjoyed in Verona - a ring of child molesters in charge of utterly defenseless children who could neither hear nor speak. If the allegations are true, the Pope must accept responsibility for the unimaginable suffering of these new victims.”

The government of Mendoza province temporarily suspended classes at Antonio Provolo Institute, the school for children with hearing impairment. It also banned faculty and staff from having any contact with students.

The abuse allegations surfaced after a complaint by provincial lawmaker Daniela Garcia, who spoke to a witness through an interpreter.

“It was the first way so that other witnesses and victims could then come forward and denounce what was happening,” Garcia said Wednesday.

Authorities are taking testimony from students as well as parents who suspect their children were subjected by the accused to oral sex, fondling and sexual intercourse over the past decade, said Fabricio Sidoti, the investigating prosecutor.

The Mendoza archbishop’s office has expressed solidarity with the victims and said it is cooperating with authorities.

Carlos Lombardi, an attorney who specializes in canon law, has blamed church officials in Mendoza province.

Lombardi, who also advises a group of survivors of clerical sex abuse, told local TV this week that he suspects Mendoza Archbishop, Carlos Maria Franzini, and his predecessor, Jose Maria Arancibia, knew that Corradi had been accused of sexually abusing children in Italy. He also argued they must have been aware of the abuse that Corradi is accused of committing in Argentina.

Six of state's eight Catholic dioceses under investigation

HARRISBURG — Four more Catholic dioceses — Erie, Greensburg, Pittsburgh and Scranton — have been swept into a grand jury investigation of clergy sex abuse and cover-up allegations in communities stretching from the Delaware River to the Monongahela.

On Friday, officials in all four dioceses confirmed they received subpoenas from the Pennsylvania attorney general's office. Their confirmations come a day after the Harrisburg Diocese told the newspaper that it, too, had gotten a subpoena.

The Allentown Diocese also is part of the grand jury probe, according to a state lawmaker who testified before the grand jury in Pittsburgh. Allentown diocesan officials have declined to comment on the probe.

State prosecutors have been taking testimony in Pittsburgh for months in a wide-ranging investigation that started with a scathing March report detailing allegations of abuse by about 50 priests and other religious leaders in the Altoona-Johnstown Diocese and a cover-up by church officials.

She promptly forced the radical sex education curriculum on the children and parents of Ontario. This curriculum was designed by a man named Benjamin Levin. a pervert who is now in prison for creating and distributing child pornography. Levin, pictured seated at the left above at Toronto's "PRIDE" parade attending with now Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the lesbian Premier Wynne. He was the Assistant Deputy Minister of Education for the Province of Ontario and previously, Manitoba. He was highly regarded amongst the educrats throughout Canada and, even in the United States. Once Catholic Quebec, has begun something similar for five year olds.

Sullivan cover-up.  There is a little more info which I will add later regarding Sullivan’s years in Montreal and activities as a priest during those years.  It won’t take long to to put that together, but I did want to get this much posted now

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (AP) — Three ex-leaders of a Franciscan religious order were charged Tuesday with allowing a friar who was a known sexual predator to take on jobs, including a position as a high school athletic trainer, that enabled him to molest more than 100 children.

Giles Schinelli, 73; Robert D'Aversa, 69; and Anthony M. Criscitelli, 61, were successively the provincial ministers of a religious order of the Roman Catholic Church in western Pennsylvania from 1986 to 2010. In that role, each assigned and supervised the order's members.

Each was charged with conspiracy and child endangerment. Prosecutors said the three have been given until Friday to surrender.

Schinelli is now a pastoral administrator at the San Pedro Center, a Catholic retreat in Winter Park, Florida. D'Aversa is pastor of St. Patrick Catholic Community in Mount Dora, Florida. Anthony Criscitelli is pastor of St. Bridget Parish Community in Minneapolis.

Michael Coren and the name which dare not speak its name but won't shut its mouth!

It seems a little odd that a day after the quickly failing Toronto Star featured an article by Thomas Cardinal Collins on doctor assisted suicide or legalised physician murder, it should feature a column by Michael Coren attacking the Catholic Church. Well, maybe it is not so odd at all, the Star hates the Church.

In a column today in the Toronto Star, Coren states the following:

While most priests would never harm a child, and many are fine men, the culture of enforced celibacy and, forgive me, sexual immaturity, is profoundly damaging. Many experts estimate that perhaps half of all clergy break their vows of celibacy and while their partners may be adults, it creates the need for dishonesty and hiding. The abuser uses this dark insularity to his advantage.

When we mingle this with clericalism, a reverence towards the ordained that prevents criticism, a vehemently all-male and anti-democratic authority structure and a powerful self-defence mechanism it leads to all kinds of problems. Remember, abuse is not only sexual.

I will agree with Coren on one thing,"abuse is not only sexual."  

On "clericalism," I detest it and anyone who reads this blog knows that. The worst clericalists are amongst the current crop of media priests and they don't need to be named here, we all know who they are. Coren and I would share the disdain for it and them. It was a false clericalism that allowed the predators that Coren describes and the bishops who covered it up to do the damage which they did and on this, we would also agree. A few blog posts below is the latest from a Grand Jury investigation in Altoona.

On the remainder, Coren; perhaps due to his new found funds and to stay in the good graces of TVO, The Toronto Star, CFRB and the CBC takes up the old canard to bash the Church, yet fails to mention the actual elephant in the room.

The crimes to which Coren refers were committed by homosexual men. It is not a matter of celibacy, it is a matter of sexual perversion. This is not to say that every man with same-sex attraction is a rapist or an abuser, but every man who has done these evil and dastardly deeds has same-sex attraction. 

These were men who had no business in the priesthood. They came into the priesthood because it put them in close proximity to those whom they could bugger. They engaged in disgusting and vile acts upon Innocent boys mainly between 12 and 17. They were not interested in girls or little pre-pubescent children. They wanted perverted sex with boys and they were HOMOSEXUALS. They were protected for a variety of reasons, all of them wrong. Sometimes, they were protected by bishop who were themselves, sodomites.

Homosexual men should never and must never be admitted to the Catholic priesthood. 

That is what Mr.Coren cannot bring himself to publicly state, but believe me, he knows it and I know that he knows it.

The John Jay report shows the following facts for the United States; the results would be similar in Canada:

The John Jay Report stated that 4% of Catholic Priests were accused of child abuse.
(Although only only 5.7% of these were convicted, as  an undisclosed number of other cases may have been settled out of court I shall keep to the higher figure of 4%) 

Abuse of boys - Of the 4% of Catholic priests who abused children, 81% abused boys. So 3.24% ( ie 4% x 81%) of Catholic priests abused boys. But 16% of US Catholic priests were homosexual. So it appears that 20% of homosexual Catholic priests abused boys.

Abuse of girls - Of the 4% of Catholic priests who abused children, 19% abused girls. So 0.76% (ie 4% x 19%) of Catholic priests abused girls. But 84% of US Catholic priests were heterosexual.

Some abuse was against girls, the overwhelming majority was committed by men against boys. All of it was evil.

Coren was my friend and brother Knight. I had coffee in his living room and we shared many a phone conversation. He knows full well what the problem was and is.

ALTOONA — A statewide investigating grand jury has determined that hundreds of children were sexually abused over a period of at least 40 years by priests or religious leaders assigned to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown, Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane's office announced today.

The widespread abuse involved at least 50 priests or religious leaders. Evidence and testimony reviewed by the grand jury also revealed a troubling history of superiors within the Diocese taking action to conceal the child abuse as part of an effort to protect the institution's image. The grand jury, in a 147-page report made public today, stressed this conduct endangered thousands of children and allowed proven child predators to abuse additional victims. "
The heinous crimes these children endured are absolutely unconscionable," said Kane, who addressed the media this morning at a news conference at the Blair County Convention Center. "These predators desecrated a sacred trust and preyed upon their victims in the very places where they should have felt most safe. "
Just as troubling is the cover-up perpetrated by clergy leaders that allowed this abuse to continue for decades," Kane added. "They failed in our society's most important task of protecting our children."
