Yesterday, February 20, Pope Francis received Cardinal Roche in audience. This morning the Vatican issued the minutes of the meeting translated below by Edward Pentin:
It seems to contradict the authority of the motu proprio. Essentially, the bishop is in charge but he is really not. It also seems to enforce after 15 months, the regulations and dubia responses by Cardinal Roche.

They persecute us more and more actively... With their "pope" from Rome on the head of their torture wagon. It seems satan and all his demons are completely out of control and this is exactly what they were aiming for, the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass that stands in their way.
Tὸ κατέχον "that which withholds", or ὁ κατέχων, "the one who withholds"?
Is it not that our living God is the One who IS in the Most Holy Eucharist?
Could it not be that He, Our God Almighty himself, who is in the Most Holy Eucharist is the Katechon? (2 Thes 2, 7)
Wasn't that St. Porto di Maurizio who said:
“I believe that were it not for the Holy Mass, as of this moment the world would be in the abyss.”
Wasn't that St. Padre Pio:
“It would be easier for the world to survive without the sun than to do without Holy Mass.”
Ivan
The Holy Mass will go on in the TLM somewhere. The faithful will find it.
He will ban it. It's a matter of time. He's a cruel, evil, vindictive person. One good thing we can say, he's made himself perfectly obvious. There is no excuse for a bishop not seeing the moment for what it is, and making his decision. There is no more time, time is almost gone. No one can envy your position, but you were chosen for this time.
