Listen carefully to the good Bishop's words. He has words here for priests who must disobey and yet, must also fall under the authority of a bishop. I expect if the worst happens, the Society of St. Pius X will need to develop a system of affiliation. Bishop Schneider also indicates other, perhaps retired bishops. May God guide us all.

I don't know much about the intricate procedures of the church.
But I would be surprised if Francis left any avenue for Catholics to enjoy the TLM, anywhere. I 100% believe, based on the level of evil and hatred he has already shown, that he intends to have the last word on this, and close the door to Catholics who love the TLM. Think the unthinkable, excommunication if attending outside the NO, or doing whatever it takes to anathematize the entire SSPX if he has to, putting Catholics outside (he thinks) the Catholic church.
It is Francis and all the modernists who are outside the Church. Find a true Latin Mass and have nothing to do with the NO and the new V2 fake religion. Have nothing to do with any modernist. They are not Catholic and have no authority over you.
