I think he meant all are on a road that might lead to heaven. Even if on the road to hell, through conversion, that road can turn towards heaven. That would be the charitable interpretation.
The road to eternity is narrow ('easier for a camel' etc). We need to be accompanied, shown the way. If that accompaniment is 'authentic' it will eventually lead to Heaven.
After reading his twitter page I was horrified.His errors are anti-Christ in the extreme.These are truly times of diabolical disorientation and the people who will not stand sound doctrine...who embrace willingly anyone who will confirm them in their sin. God deliver us!!!
