Bishop Schneider invites world’s prelates to sign Profession of Immutable Truths

Bishop Athanasius Schneider has called upon the world's bishops to sign the Profession of Immutable Truths.

Who will stand up and be counted?

Who will confront the heretics to their faces?

Bishop Athanasius Schneider

EXCLUSIVE: Bishop Schneider invites world’s prelates to sign Profession of Immutable Truths

ROME, January 30, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) – In an exclusive interview two weeks after issuing a profession of immutable truths about sacramental marriage, Bishop Athanasius Schneider is inviting his brother bishops around the world to join in raising a common voice in defense of the sanctity and the indissolubility of marriage, in the midst of a “neo-pagan society” where divorce has become “a plague.”
In conversation with LifeSiteNews on Jan. 15, 2018, the auxiliary bishop of Astana Kazakhstan said: “God decides the time, and the time will come when the Pope and the episcopacy again will proclaim, with all clarity, unambiguity and beauty, the sanctity of marriage, and of the family, and of the Eucharist.”

Bergoglio Machine running from China Scandal

It looks as if the power of the blogs and social media to spread news and our unwillingness to back down in the face of evil has put Bergoglio and his filthy minions on the defensive.

You can be darn sure that we are not going to stop until these evil men are exposed.

May God grant us the grace to persevere in the One True Faith.

Praised be Jesus Christ now and forever. Amen.

Cardinal Zen on the Vatican plan to sell out the Church to China's communists

Image resultCardinal Zen releases below information about the situation in China, his visit to Rome and his meeting with Pope Francis.

He writes that the Pope told him that he did not want to see another Mindszenty case. (Card. Josef Mindszenty was the Archbishop of Budapest, Cardinal Primate of Hungary under Communist persecution. He suffered much in several years in prison. During the short-lived revolution of 1956, he was freed from prison by the insurgents and, before the Red Army crashed the revolution, took refuge in the American Embassy. Under the pressure of the Government he was ordered by the Holy See to leave his country and immediately a successor was named to the liking of the Communist Government).

I wrote recently that it is not what a man says but a what a man does which is important.

The Pope says, he does not want to see more "Mindszenty" cases.

Time will tell.

Dear Friends in the Media

By Cardinal Zen

Monday, 29 January, 2018
Dear Friends in the Media,
Since AsiaNews has revealed some recent facts in the Church in mainland China, of legitimate bishops being asked by the “Holy See” to resign and make place for illegitimate, even explicitly excommunicated, “bishops”, many different versions of the facts and interpretations are creating confusion among the people. Many, knowing of my recent trip to Rome, are asking me for some clarification.
Back in October, when Bishop Zhuang received the first communication from the Holy See and asked me for help, I send someone to bring his letter to the Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples, with, enclosed, a copy for the Holy Father. I don’t know if that enclosed copy reached the desk of the Holy Father. Fortunately, Archbishop Savio Hon Tai Fai was still in Rome and could meet the Pope in a fare-well visit. In that occasion, he brought the two cases of Shantou and Mindong to the knowledge of the Holy Father. The Holy Father was surprised and promised to look into the matter.
Given the words of the Holy Father to Archbishop Savio Hon, the new facts in December were all the more a shocking surprise to me. When the old distressed Bishop Zhuang asked me to bring to the Holy Father his answer to the message conveyed to him by the “Vatican Delegation” in Beijing, I simply could not say “No”. But what could I do to make sure that his letter reach the Holy Father, while not even I can be sure that my own many letters did reach him.
To make sure that our voice reached the Holy Father, I took the sudden decision of going to Rome. I left Hong Kong the night of 9th January, arriving in Rome the early morning of 10th January, just in time (actually, a bit late) to join the Wednesday Public Audience. At the end of the audience, we Cardinals and Bishops are admitted to the “bacia mano” and I had the chance to put into the hands of the Holy Father the envelop, saying that I was coming to Rome for the only purpose of bringing to him a letter of Bishop Zhuang, hoping he can find time to read it (in the envelop there was the original letter of the Bishop in Chinese with my translation into Italian and a letter of mine).
For obvious reasons, I hoped my appearance at the audience would not be too much noticed, but my late arrival in the hall made it particularly noticeable. Anyway, now everybody can see the whole proceeding from the Vatican TV (by the way, the audience was held in Paul VI Hall, not in St. Peter’s Square and I was a little late to the audience, but did not have to “wait in a queue, in a cold weather”, as some media erroneously reported).
When in Rome, I met Fr. Bernard Cervellera of AsiaNews. We exchanged our information, but I told him not to write anything. He complied. Now that someone else broke the news, I can agree to confirm it. Yes, as far as I know, things happened just as they are related in AsiaNews (the AsiaNews report “believes” that the Bishop leading the Vatican Delegation was Msgr. Celli. I do not know in what official capacity he was there, but it is most likely that he was the one there in Beijing).
In this crucial moment and given the confusion in the media, I, knowing directly the situation of Shantou and indirectly that of Mindong, feel duty-bound to share my knowledge of the facts, so that the people sincerely concerned with the good of the Church may know the truth to which they are entitled. I am well aware that in doing so I may talk about things which, technically, are qualified as “confidential”. But my conscience tells me that in this case the “right to truth” should override any such “duty of confidentiality”.
With such conviction, I am going to share with you also the following:
In the afternoon of that day, 10th January, I received a phone-call from Santa Marta telling me that the Holy Father would receive me in private audience in the evening of Friday 12thJanuary (though the report appeared only on 14th January in the Holy See bulletin). That was the last day of my 85 years of life, what a gift from Heaven! (Note that it was the vigil of the Holy Father’s departure for Chile and Peru, so the Holy Father must have been very busy).
On that evening the conversation lasted about half an hour. I was rather disorderly in my talking, but I think I succeeded to convey to the Holy Father the worries of his faithful children in China.
The most important question I put to the Holy Father (which was also in the letter) was whether he had had time “to look into the matter” (as he promised Archbishop Savio Hon). In spite of the danger of being accused of breach of confidentiality, I decide to tell you what His Holiness said: “Yes, I told them (his collaborators in the Holy See) not to create another Mindszenty case”! I was there in the presence of the Holy Father representing my suffering brothers in China. His words should be rightly understood as of consolation and encouragement more for them than for me.
I think it was most meaningful and appropriate for the Holy Father to make this historical reference to Card. Josef Mindszenty, one of the heroes of our faith. Under the pressure of the Government he was ordered by the Holy See to leave his country and immediately a successor was named to the likings of the Communist Government).
With this revelation, I hope I have satisfied the legitimate “right to know” of the media and of my brothers in China.
The important thing for us now is to pray for the Holy Father, very fittingly by singing the traditional song “Oremus”:
Oremus pro Pontifice nostro Francisco, Dominus conservet eum et vivificet eum et beatum faciat eum in terra et non tradat eum in animam inimicorum eius.
————————————-
Some explanations may still be in order.
1. Please, notice that the problem is not the resignation of the legitimate Bishops, but the request to make place for the illegitimate and even excommunicated ones. Many old underground Bishops, though the retirement age law has never been enforced in China, have insistently asked for a successor, but have never received any answer from the Holy See. Some others, who have a successor already named, may be even already in possession of the Bulla signed by the Holy Father, were ordered not to proceed with the ordination for fear of offending the Government.
2. I have talked mainly of the two cases of Shantou and Mindong. I do not have any other information except the copy of a letter written by an outstanding Catholic lady, a retired University professor well-acquainted with affairs of the Church in China, in which she warns Msgr. Celli against pushing for the legitimization of “bishop” Lei Shi Ying in Sichuan.
3. I acknowledge myself as a pessimist regarding the present situation of the Church in China, but my pessimism has a foundation in my long direct experience of the Church in China. From 1989 to 1996 I used to spend six months a year teaching in the various Seminaries of the official Catholic community. I had direct experience of the slavery and humiliation to which those our brother Bishops are subjected.
And from the recent information, there is no reason to change that pessimistic view. The Communist Government is making new harsher regulations limiting religious freedom. They are now strictly enforcing regulations which up to now were practically only on paper (from the 1st of February 2018 attendance to Mass in the underground will no longer be tolerated).
4. Some say that all the efforts to reach an agreement is to avoid the ecclesial schism. How ridiculous! The schism is there, in the Independent Church! The Popes avoided using the word “schism” because they knew that many in the official Catholic community were there not by their own free will, but under heavy pressure. The proposed “unification” would force everybody into that community. The Vatican would be giving the blessing on the new strengthened schismatic Church, taking away the bad conscience from all those who are already willing renegades and those others who would readily join them.
5. Is it not good to try to find mutual ground to bridge the decades-long divide between the Vatican and China? But can there be anything really “mutual” with a totalitarian regime? Either you surrender or you accept persecution, but remaining faithful to yourself (can you imagine an agreement between St. Joseph and King Herod?)
6. So, do I think that the Vatican is selling out the Catholic Church in China? Yes, definitely, if they go in the direction which is obvious from all what they are doing in recent years and months.
7. Some expert on the Catholic Church in China is saying that it is not logical to suppose a harsher religious policy from Xi Jinping. However, we are not talking about logical thinking, but the obvious and crude reality.
8. Am I the major obstacle in the process of reaching a deal between the Vatican and China? If that is a bad deal, I would be more than happy to be the obstacle.

Goodbye, "Humanae Vitae." Francis Liberalizes the Pill

Well Bishops?

Is this enough?

If not, what will be?

Goodbye, "Humanae Vitae." Francis Liberalizes the Pill

Chiodi
*
Goodbye, “Humanae Vitae.” Half a century later, the encyclical against artificial methods of birth control that marked the most dramatic moment of the pontificate of Paul VI, rejected by entire episcopates, contested by countless theologians, disobeyed by myriads of faithful, is now giving way to a radical reinterpretation, to a “paradigm shift” undoubtedly desired and encouraged by Pope Francis himself.
Paradox would have it that Paul VI should be the pope whom Jorge Mario Bergoglio admires and praises the most. And precisely - his own words - for the “prophetic brilliance” with which he wrote that encyclical and for his “courage in standing up against the majority, in defending moral discipline, in applying a cultural brake, in opposing neo-Malthusianism present and future.”
But the reality is that “everything depends on how ‘Humanae Vitae’ is interpreted,” as Pope Francis never fails to comment. Because “the question is not that of changing doctrine, but of digging deep and making sure that pastoral practice takes into account the situations and what persons are able to do.”

U.S. State Department interference in the election of John XXIII revealed

The RadTradThomist has a most interesting item and has gone to the trouble of typing it out.

A telegram to the State Department of the United States of America originally "Secret" and now, declassified.

It reveals the suggestion that the Deep State in the USA manipulates American Cardinals on the election of the new Pope following the death of Pius XII.

Do we think that this only happened in America?

What does it say now about the "Siri Theory?"

What does it say about Marcantonio Colonna's revelation of the CIA monitoring of the conclave of 2013 of the Obama backed Jorge Bergoglio?

From: Rome
To: Secretary of State
No: 1166, October 11, 2PM
Limited Distribution.
DURING CONVERSATION WITH EMBASSY OFFICER, VATICAN SOURCE EXPRESSED PERSONAL VIEW NEXT POPE WILL BE "ELECTED' OUTSIDE CONCLAVE BY AGREEMENT BETWEEN CARDINALS. SOURCE SAID PIUS XII ELECTED THIS MANNER AND RECALLED THAT AS CARDINALS WERE ENTERING 1939 CONCLAVE CARD FIZZARDO HAD CALLED HIM ASIDE AND ASKED HIM TO PREPARE BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH OF PACELLI. ADDED HE CONSULTED WITH MSGR. MONTINI AND BOTH DECIDED FOR OBVIOUS REASONS NOT TO GO AHEAD WITH PIZZARDO'S REQUEST.
SPECULATING ON PIUS XII'S SUCCESSOR SOURCE SAID COLLEGE MAY VERY WELL CHOOSE AN OLD CARDINAL WHOSE SHORT PONTIFICATE MAY BE DEVOTED ENTIRELY TO THE RE-ORGANIZATION OF THE ROMAN CURIA LEFT BY DECEASED POPE IN "DEPLORABLE STATE." SOURCE INDICATED ELECTION OF SIRI, RUFFINI, OTTAVIANI WOULD BE "MISFORTUNE FOR THE CHURCH'" SINCE THESE THREE CARDINALS HAVE AN UNREALISTIC APPROACH TO GREAT PROBLEMS FACING WORLD TODAY. SOURCE SAID ELECTION OF ANYONE OF THREE COULD DEPEND ON INFLUENCE OF AMERICAN CARDINAL S AND VOLUNTEERED SUGGESTION U.S. AUTHORITIES WOULD DO WELL EXERCISE DISCREETLY "THEIR OWN INFLUENCE ON CERTAIN AMERICAN CARDINALS."

In The Dictator Pope, Marcoantonio Colonna writes:

The global scene in which Francis had pictured his triumph has changed out of recognition. With the rapprochement between the United States and Russia, and with Britain leaving the European Union, Merkel and Macron are left huddled together, trying to protect the tatters of the liberal world order which seemed served up and ready to eat little more than a year ago. Of that world order Francis had cast himself as the high priest; where does he go next? The political consequences of the fiasco are various. The White House has strong cards to play against the Vatican, and one may be surprised that it has so far held back from playing them. It is known that the be CIA was monitoring the Conclave of 2013, and the thought of the use the American government might make of its knowledge is said to be causing sleepless nights in the Curia. The occasions for intervention require little finding. With the failure of the Holy See to reform its criminal financial structures, for which the evidence mounts day by day, one can readily see the international community, led by America, deciding to announce that enough is enough. The brutal dismissal in June 2017 of Libero Milone, the Vatican's Auditor General, who is not without friends in America, might prove the final provocation.

Bergoglio calls for "dare I say – at a bold cultural revolution”

The arrogance of this man. He even knows by his "dare I say" how inflammatory a statement he is about to make.

Think that's it?

Do you doubt the next requirement is for priests and bishops to sign-on and swear loyalty to the Magisterium of Francis? Since when is the teaching of the Roman Pontiff separate from the Magisterium of the Church?

If the Roman Pontiff teaches heresy, academics or expected to go along or else.

Are priests and bishops next to swear allegiance to the Magisterium of Francis?

The bully and hate mongering Catholic priests are raging because they are losing - Fathers, we're not going anywhere!

James Martin, S.J. has had a conference cancelled at a parish. It has been moved to a private venue. Below the picture below of a recent Tweet, is his comment on the matter on his Facebook page.

He refers to those who oppose his dissent from the faith being promoted in our parishes as "hate mongers and bullies."

Full disclosure: I do not hate anyone suffering from same-sex attraction. I have three friends, all who formerly engaged in same-sex behaviour and have all overcome it. One is married to a woman. The other two are celibate and chaste faithful men. I have never engaged in hate-mongering or bullying of anyone, let alone those suffering from this awful sin. I do hate homosexualism as a political movement and I hate it as a sin as I hate those sins of my own. I hate how it has transformed our culture and the political force it has become undermining our families. I hate how sodomites have infiltrated the Holy Church and undermined the faith.

Our little Jimmy, just like another rageful priest we all know clearly is the hater and the bully. It seems that these rageful men think that Catholics should just shut up and pay, pray and obey. Yet, did the Second Vatican Council which these men promote continually give to the laity the encouragement to evangelise and speak the faith or does that not apply when it opposes what the

The reality is, they are on the run. They hate bloggers, they think we are visceral and devils and cesspools of hate. Yet, it is because of what we do that they have been outed and forced to be held accountable in the public square. These men are the evil ones, they are the ones who are visceral and devils and cesspools of hate and vitriol. They are scared you know, this is why they are filled with rage. We're on them like white on rice and we are not stopping. We have them by their short hairs and we are not letting go.

It is only a matter of time. it will not end well for James Martin and the others. Not in this life, or the next, if they do not repent and do public penance and reparation for their scandal.

Dear friends: I'm sorry to say that another lecture has been cancelled, or in this case moved, thanks to pressure from a far-right website named "Tradition, Family and Property."
As in the past, I wasn't going to publicize the cancellation out of respect for the organizers, but now that it's been written about on the "Church Militant" website, in order to correct the record, for the sake of transparency and so that you might know what is going on in our church, I thought I should tell you what happened. But before I go farther, I want to say that the parish was a victim in this episode as well, and I hold no grudge against anyone on the parish staff, or in the deanery or diocese, who were all under great stress.
Many months ago, perhaps in early 2017, I was invited by the lay council of the deanery (a juridical, geographic, grouping of parishes) in the Diocese of Metuchen, NJ, to give a Lenten lecture. It was scheduled for February 15 at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, where I had previously spoken in 2014. An ad was placed this week in the Diocese of Metuchen's newspaper, "The Catholic Spirit."
A few days ago, I learned that a far-right website called "Tradition, Family and Property" had initiated an online petition to pressure the pastor (a kind and generous priest who had hosted me in 2014) to cancel the talk at his parish: "Please Urge Our Lady of Lourdes Parish to Cancel presentation by Pro-Homosexual Priest--Who Gives Scandal." It was similar to the petitions of personal vilification circulated by Church Militant, another far-right online site that traffics in hate and is similarly obsessed with homosexuality. Here is the petition: http://www.tfp.org/act/take-action-archive-page/
Shortly afterwards, I received an email from a woman on the lay council of the deanery who told me, with sadness, that the parish felt forced to move the talk elsewhere, out of fear of protests. When asked, another parish declined to welcome the talk, also out of fear of protests. The chancery suggested to Our Lady of Lourdes that the talk continue, but with a different speaker. In the end, the deanery decided to move the lecture off church grounds entirely, to a local conference center. Then they contacted me and told me of their decision.
As I said, I see the parish, the deanery and the diocese are all victims of this campaign of personal vilification and online bullying.
But we are left with an important question: What does the church do in the face of hate-mongering and online bullying?
First, caving into bullying is never the right thing to do. It only emboldens the bullies. It also gives the People of God the impression that the judgment of local pastors and lay leaders (who approved the original lecture) is superseded by the angry calls from often anonymous hate-mongers, usually from outside of the diocese.
Second, pastors need to remember that allowing lectures to continue, even controversial ones (which this one was assuredly not) may mean a handful of protesters (usually praying the rosary, with a few signs). Cancelling lectures, on the other hand, means a great deal more negative publicity for the parish and the diocese, and a hornet's nest of feelings stirred up among the majority of the faithful.
Third, bishops need to be invited to see the danger of online hate groups (which traffic in lies and innuendos) taking precedence over the traditional role of the local ordinaries and religious superiors of speakers, in terms of determining who is a person "in good standing." Traditionally, if a priest or religious is invited to speak on a topic, the local ordinary sometimes asks the speaker for a letter from his or her superior saying that the speaker is a priest or religious "in good standing." This rightly comes from the appropriate church authorities, who know the background of the person in question. But that is not what is happening any longer. Now, the conclusions of random groups of haters are superseding the authority of superiors who are not only better able to determine, but actually charged with determining, who is "in good standing." And for the record, I am indeed a "priest in good standing" in my religious order.
Fourth, we need to admit how much of these online petitions are driven by pure hatred and, more often, virulent homophobia. All one has to do is spend five seconds on these websites to see what motivates them: hate. And if the church starts allowing groups that use doctrine as a cover for hatred to replace true church authority, we will end up with a church run by hate.
Finally, we need to understand how much of this is driven by abject fear. Most times when a lecture is cancelled it is not because the organizing institution has a problem with the speaker or the topic (because if they did, they wouldn't have invited the speaker to begin with), but because they fear protests. Fear has a (sic - Ed.) insidious way of overtaking reason. As St. Paul says, perfect love drives out fear. But perfect fear drives out love. We cannot let fear win.
So it's finally time for bishops, priests and lay leaders finally to stand up to the hate-mongering of online groups with no standing whatsoever in the church, who seek to substitute their spurious authority for legitimate church authority, and who seek to run the church by fear and hatred.
Otherwise, what are we doing as a church?
I hope to see people at the newly scheduled talk, on Feb. 15, at the Razberry Banquet and Conference Center in French Town, NJ., which will still be sponsored by the deanery. It will be a larger venue than Our Lady of Lourdes. I'm very much looking forward to it: I'm also at total peace.
The subject of the Lenten reflection, by the way, will be the original subject: "Jesus Christ: Fully Human, Fully Divine."

Pope Francis: God is the "Father of all confessions."

On the second day of his capturing of the Throne of Peter, Jorge Bergoglio appeared before the assembled media in the Paul VI Audience Hall. It was the third time in hours that I wanted to vomit at his actions, that chills overcame me. The first was when he came out on the loggia, the second was when he refused to genuflect after to the Holy Sacrifice of Our Lord Jesus Christ at his first Mass as Bishop of Rome in the Sistine Chapel. That day in the Hall he refused to bless the assembled. He said as I recall, "I respect your consciences and since you are not all Catholic, I will not bless you but pray for you in my heart."

At that point, he denied the supremacy of God. He refused to bless the Catholics present and allow the Holy Ghost to fill the room with grace which may have worked conversions on those not believing or not Catholic.

Yesterday, he held an Audience with members of the Italian Red Cross. At the end, which is in the video below and easily understandable from the gutter Italian which he speaks:

"I ask the blessing of God - God the Father of us all, Father of all confessions - on you all."

This is heresy and he was caught in it, we can assume. Note the video beginning at 21:40. You will see a bishop approaching him from his left, he speaks to him, clearly imploring something. The Pope then points to the audience, puts his hands together as if to say, "I prayed for them," and then, dismisses him.

Perhaps that bishop, whoever he may be, will find the courage to rally his brothers to confront the evil that has descended upon us.

God is not the father of lies of paganism - of Hinduism, Islamism, Buddhism. God is not the father of the error of Protestantism. God is not the father of lies. This "god" of whom Bergoglio speaks is his "god of surprises," and that is not the Most Holy Trinity from who our only relief from this boil will come.

Peronist Pope

Peronism and Corruption

I had a lesson in Peronism from an Argentinian waiter recently, in Argentina he was a PPE graduate.
Peronism, he said, was the most corrupt form of politics, because you could be a Communist, or a Facist, or a Capitalist, the only thing that mattered was support for Peron, post Peron any other head of State. It is a remnant of 1920/30s Facism, where the will of the Fuhrer or Il Duce was all that mattered. Right or Wrong, Good or Bad, Custom or Tradition, Law or Morality or anything else pale into insignificance and have no validity compared to the Will of the Leader.

Fake news? Fake Pope! - But will he make every bishop and priest swear allegiance to him?

Pope Bergoglio has spoken out against "fake news" once again; this from a man who on at least two occasions in interviews years apart, called people in the media (and I guess bloggers) "sh-t eaters" -- fomenters of coprophagia."

With full disclosure, the following is in the realm of rumour, something he might describe as "fake news." Yet, it persists.

Watch and see.

" Drafts part LVIII: in about a month the schism" of Fra Cristoforo
It will arrive sooner than we thought. Terrible news comes from Santa Marta. Bergoglio, who has touched his loss of popularity in these days of his trip to Chile and Peru, seeing the further failure of his wedding gossip in "airplane" has decided to play everything for everything. And in about a month will propose the famous "oath" to his magisterium, of which we had spoken before ( https://anonimidellacroceblog.wordpress.com/2018/01/08/spifferi-parte-lvii-il-pericolo-dello- scisma-di-fra-cristoforo / ).
Schism motive. Because so many Priests will oppose.
This oath will be made before the diocesan bishops. Who will have the task of writing down who has been faithful or not. The priests who will not adapt will be suspended latae sententiae.
And here the schism will begin. Because as far as I know, not all Priests will be available to implement this oath.
Dark times are expected for the Catholic Church. We pray the Virgin Mary. And we make so much Eucharistic Adoration.
 Fra Cristoforo
