Quiet shocking ,lifting the excommunication for a repentant sinner is acceptable, but he should have been removed from the priesthood,also how did they convince his victims not to press criminal charges I read in another article that one of his victims allegedly attempted suicide.

I just watched the video by Brother Bugnolo. How depressing, I have children and grandchildren. How bad is it here in Canada?
