“A time is coming when men will go mad, and when they see someone who is not mad, they will attack him, saying, 'You are mad; you are not like us.” ― St. Antony the Great
VOX, if allowed I would like to post information on how we can help our brave and persecuted Coptic brothers and sisters. There is a beautiful Coptic Church in Guelph Ontario, which was actually blessed by their Pope Tawadros a few years ago and which accepts donations for the Coptic community back in Egypt, I myself have reached out to them in the past and I visited their community and church two years go when the martyrdom of the Coptic workers occurred in Lybia. They are a most beautiful people and quite staunch in their faith and reverence for God ( for example their priest and deacons do not wear shoes in the sanctuary only white socks, their vessels are meticulously cleaned after communion and inspected by one of the deacons before being removed from the altar, all women are head covered.) You can a send a cheque to: St. Philopater Coptic Orthodox Church, 40 Wilbert St Guelph, ON N1K 0A3
There is also a Church in Toronto, but am not aware if they take donations.
