Sullivan cover-up.  There is a little more info which I will add later regarding Sullivan’s years in Montreal and activities as a priest during those years.  It won’t take long to to put that together, but I did want to get this much posted now

Sodom in Sudbury; lives lost, faith lost, souls lost even still

Just after Easter, I sat with some friends at dinner. One expressed the sadness that their father would not darken the door of a Church and was in fact, hostile. She is practicing her faith and mostly in the traditional liturgy. She said that her father grew up in Sudbury and he often made derogatory remarks about a priest or priests that led her to believe that something malicious happened. He would never want to talk about it. 

I've sent this report on. He would be the right age.

What Mr. Carmichael of the Sudbury Star does not state is that John E. Sullivan was a homosexual! 

This pervert was a Priest of the Diocese of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario and was ordained on the 25 May 1958. He was first charged in 1989 ane eventually faced 32-charges related to allegations of sex abuse of nine boys age 9 to 12 between the years 1958 and 1979 (one source says 15).  Sullivan pleased guilty! He was sentenced to two years and six months. There have also been lawsuits launched by three brothers alleging abuse by Sulllivan when he served as priest at Canadian Forces Base Falconbridge, Ontario. Further criminal charges were laid June 2012, and two more charges in Fall of 2012. Sullivan just went to face justice on Easter Sunday, the same day as Mother Angelica. For her, it was a "blessing" according to Pope Benedict XVI; what was it for Sullivan a traveller, gardiner and host of many friends.

The victim of a now-dead priest he calls a "serial molester" had harsh words for the Catholic Church after settling his lawsuit in Sudbury on Monday.

The victim, identified only as P.J.J., issued the statement following an out-of-court settlement with the Roman Catholic Episcopal Corporation of the Diocese of Sault Ste. Marie.

"This five-year ordeal has cemented my thoughts that this church from the top down is not truly interested in action "¦ only hollow words of apology to placate the masses," he wrote in a statement released by Beckett Litigation Lawyers of London, Ont.


"If they were truly repentant I would call for them to immediately defrock the pervert collars (I cannot bring myself to ever use the term priest or father), and then offer all the support required to assist the victims. This would also mean to stop defending the convicted collars in litigation immediately. 

Timothy Dolan - The Joker of New York continues on his gay way.

NEW YORK (ChurchMilitant.com) - New York's Cdl. Timothy Dolan is celebrating greater inclusion at this year's St. Patrick's Day Parade, which has lifted its ban on homosexuals and allowed two gay activist groups to march officially under their own banners.

Mayor Bill de Blasio, who dropped his boycott of the parade and marched through the streets of New York City Thursday, praised the event for welcoming homosexuals.

"I think it sends a moral signal," he told the press. "This says that New York City is whole again, that the people of New York City are unified, and that we're learning to overcome division."

Cardinal Dolan and de Blasio warmly embraced, Dolan telling a reporter from the local CBS affiliate that he was "thrilled" that "decades of division" had been overcome.

"There's a great spirit ... a wonderful sense of unity and friendship," Cdl. Dolan remarked. "I'd say 'Alleluia' but I can't because it's Lent."

Tear it open; tear it down. Whatever is necessary to out these sodomite priests and their protectors!

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (AP) — Three ex-leaders of a Franciscan religious order were charged Tuesday with allowing a friar who was a known sexual predator to take on jobs, including a position as a high school athletic trainer, that enabled him to molest more than 100 children.

Giles Schinelli, 73; Robert D'Aversa, 69; and Anthony M. Criscitelli, 61, were successively the provincial ministers of a religious order of the Roman Catholic Church in western Pennsylvania from 1986 to 2010. In that role, each assigned and supervised the order's members.

Each was charged with conspiracy and child endangerment. Prosecutors said the three have been given until Friday to surrender.

Schinelli is now a pastoral administrator at the San Pedro Center, a Catholic retreat in Winter Park, Florida. D'Aversa is pastor of St. Patrick Catholic Community in Mount Dora, Florida. Anthony Criscitelli is pastor of St. Bridget Parish Community in Minneapolis.

Jurors issue report that details cover-up taking place over decades

ALTOONA — A statewide investigating grand jury has determined that hundreds of children were sexually abused over a period of at least 40 years by priests or religious leaders assigned to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown, Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane's office announced today.

The widespread abuse involved at least 50 priests or religious leaders. Evidence and testimony reviewed by the grand jury also revealed a troubling history of superiors within the Diocese taking action to conceal the child abuse as part of an effort to protect the institution's image. The grand jury, in a 147-page report made public today, stressed this conduct endangered thousands of children and allowed proven child predators to abuse additional victims. "
The heinous crimes these children endured are absolutely unconscionable," said Kane, who addressed the media this morning at a news conference at the Blair County Convention Center. "These predators desecrated a sacred trust and preyed upon their victims in the very places where they should have felt most safe. "
Just as troubling is the cover-up perpetrated by clergy leaders that allowed this abuse to continue for decades," Kane added. "They failed in our society's most important task of protecting our children."

Father Ronald Victor says Church "needs more examples of gay holiness"

DETROIT (ChurchMilitant.com) - A priest in the Detroit archdiocese is calling gay marriage "sacred and sacramental," and insists the Church "needs more examples of gay holiness."

Father Ronald Victor, pastor of St. Isidore Catholic Church in Macomb, Michigan, made the remarks while attending the wedding of his gay nephew Bryan Victor earlier this summer. As reported Tuesday by the Detroit Free Press, he said of the couple, "They are two very holy guys. I do see their union as being sacred and sacramental, in the sense that it reflects God's love. ... While it's not necessarily life-giving in a biological way, it's life-giving in other ways."

A longtime priest in the Detroit archdiocese, Fr. Victor has been involved in controversy before. In July, he testified on behalf of a fellow priest convicted of possession of child porn and accused of sex abuse. The priest, Fr. Timothy Murray, no longer in active ministry, was discovered in possession of 685 videos of child porn on seven computers in his home in 2012. He was sentenced to 16 years. The sentencing judge said the crimes were "stomach-churning."

Amours (“Loves”) is a study of St Thomas Aquinas’ definition of love and aims to show that the “Angelic Doctor” recognized the “natural” character of homosexuality. In the wake of the Synod on the family, Oliva pleads for new ways of welcoming divorced and remarried and homosexual couples into the Church and of recognizing their unions in civil law.

His editor, the “editions du Cerf” publishing house, is the historic Dominican editor in France, founded at the request of Pope Pius XI in 1929. It still functions under religious supervision.

Fr. Oliva's subjectivist distortion – one might even say prostitution – of St Thomas’ teachings cannot be set aside as the very marginal ravings of an isolated individual. Fr Oliva is a prominent representative of the religious Order of Preachers – and teachers. 

“The highest of friendships: this is how St Thomas Aquinas calls the unique, faithful and gratuitous love between two spouses who give themselves to each other in consecrated union, as a sacramental sign of the love of Christ for the Church, His spouse. Should couples who are divorced and remarried, who live out their union in a responsible manner, be banned from this friendship? Could it be that homosexual persons, who live as a couple with responsibility, be banned?” reads the text accompanying the book on the Cerf’s web-shop.

It goes on: “Does a theological assessment of the ‘naturality’ of the homosexual inclination, which St Thomas recognizes, not open the doors to new ways of welcoming same-sex couples within the Church? The anthropology of ‘naturality’ then demands that civil rights be accorded to such couples in national legislations.”
