It seems that at the weekly papal audience, Pope Leo XIV has made some comments about sacred music.
How marvellous.
Does anyone remember this?
Why do our Bishops of Rome, from St. Pius X to Pope Leo XIV, continue on this track and remain ignored by the overwhelming majority of liturgically ignorant bishops and priests throughout the Latin Rite?
In the case of the "Metropolitan" Archdiocese of Toronto and the glorious St. Michael's Cathedral, has anyone noticed the banal dumbing down of the liturgy and music program?
