"Catholic tradition is not an Indian reservation. The rehabilitation of the Church's liturgical tradition is the exclusive business neither of the Society of Saint Pius X, nor of the "traddies", nor of French Catholics; it is that of Catholicism as a whole."
“A time is coming when men will go mad, and when they see someone who is not mad, they will attack him, saying, 'You are mad; you are not like us.” ― St. Antony the Great

By "rehabilitation" do they mean the reform of the reform, or the promotion of the wider use of the traditional Roman Rite?
Well, I can't speak for them, but I think it is both. The reality is that the Ordinary Form of the Roman Rite is the regular manner of celebrating the Holy Mass. It cannot nor should it be done away with. The last thing that anyone in favour of a restoration of Tradition should desire is the chaos that was clear and evident, and is still, because of the abrupt discontinuity of the last forty plus years.
No, I think the title of the blog gives it away, "Liturgical Peace."
If you look back at a previous letter there, they address the Reform of the Reform so I think, it is both, promote the greater use of the Extraordinary to positively influence the Ordinary and this is in keeping with the Holy Father's desire so eloquently stated in the Letter accompanying SUMMORUM PONTIFICUM.
