This writer has never professed to be an expert on prophecy, Catholic mystics or apparitions. In fact, I find much of it to be near idolatrous. Take for example the idea of "refuges." Is this not Darbyist Rapture heresy? When the "born-again" are not taken up to the sky by magic and are left here with the rest of us to endure the Tribulation, what will remain of their faith? When the magic private revelation and Medjugorge angels do not appear to lead us to some rural paradise, what remains of the faith of those not lead, but who supposedly lived, at least in their minds, a proper Catholic life? To many, private revelation has become idolatry. We are to observe and note the seasons but not follow every Gnostic which comes along.
So it is with Fatima. Since today's prayer actually mentions Russia, will the Fatimites say it was done properly? If nothing suddenly miraculous happens and the situation worsens will they say, it was not done properly and start all over again? Some argue it won't "take" because Bergoglio is not the Pope.
Not being so gifted to receive messages directly or having had an angel appear unto me, sorry if I just don't buy any of this anymore. I will remain just a simple Catholic accepting that I am not gifted with being a Gnostic. As for me and my house, we will just carry on going to Mass and the Sacraments, trying to pray more and being faithful. I'll leave idolatry up to those special Gnostics and their own version of mass formation psychosis.

Given the stranglehold of the culture of death over the Western World, I have no problem with the seeking of a supernatural solution stemming from an approved apparition. I appreciate Vox's coverage, especially over the covid period, in highlighting the many ways that the Triumph of her Immaculate Heart is critically needed over the array of distressing issues thoroughly chronicled. You could not have reported it any better. I pray many, many more will take up your advice to rediscover the sacraments and grow in understanding of dignified worship.

Well said. Sensible and reasonable. There are plenty of self proclaimed prophets. I suspect that many of them have mental disorders or else are actual con-men or con-women committing fraud. There are plenty of different and contradictory interpretations of 'approved' private revelations as well, which results in confusion and needless division. Best to keep it simple as you are doing. The Catholic Faith is not supposed to be like the pagan practices of old, where the gods must be appeased in just the right way or bad things will happen. Your comparison to Gnosticism with special knowledge is apprapos. For those with faith, no special signs are needed. God bless.

Well you can't just disregard Fatima and its content, messages and warnings. Here's the difference, most if not all apparitions are "private" and kinda never seen or heard by anyone except the seers etc.
But with Fatima, God made it a public matter. There were over 70,000 persons there who witnessed the Sun move around, and spin with different colors emanating and people feared it was going to crash into them..
Now thats amazing!!!!
What more can we ask for? Fatima = Repent and Stop Offending God..

The Consecration of Russia. It has to be done EXACTLY, EXACTLY as Blessed Mary instructed... , to the letter as instructed. OBEDIENCE TO GOD cannot be smoozed into something longer or shorter... Disobedience to God doesn't work...

Now that the Consecration has been done... By a wicked Pope but done nonetheless get ready for the purification... Yes it's going to get ugly but at least things are finally going to turn around.
It is time to give credit where credit is due. Jorge Bergoglio, of all people, and Francis, of all popes, has actually pulled off a proper consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. The weeks and months ahead will confirm this of course, or not. But considering that this amazing event actually happened is cause for rejoicing and good hope.
I read somewhere recently that Gorbachev said the fall of the Soviet Union was in fact due to Chernobyl.
That was interesting to ponder in relation to the 1984 consecration. Is it at all possible that the fallout from that disaster, which could have basically destroyed Europe, was mitigated by that act of love from St JP II? And who suffered the most from that disaster; both the Russian and Ukrainian people. Maybe the physical disaster was mitigated, but the spiritual disaster lived on, as can be seen by current events.
Personally, I was pretty happy when the Holy Father announced his intentions, because if God is outside of time then this act, finally completed as Our Lady requested, will hopefully lead to an outpouring of grace.
Charity is indeed running cold these days....May Our Lady intercede for us that we find more room for Love in our hearts.

I too struggle with all these mystics and the fact that there was this rush ' to concescrate Russia' like a miracle they will stop harming Ukraine, I do not believe in the daily announcements that we are being told. Our Lady appeared when there was danger, like Kibeho Rwanda - she said IF you do not remove the hate in your hears their will be blood and that happened.
I'm confused, with all these prophecies , visions..end of the the times rhetoric, I just pray the Rosary, I belong to a cenacle, I pray the Litanies, I speak to God, I stay and cling to Him, and ask Him...if he is moving us, its through this covid nonsense.Jesus asked if there will be any faithful when He returns. Well we proved that there is very little...since all the faithful stare at you with fear if you don't wear a mask or are not vaccinated..
Is God not speaking to us NOW, showing up and telling us that we are listening to man! we have been enslaved...we are not allowed to participate in society, only through a means we don't like...Slavery is here because God gives us a choice..God is showing us, that we have removed Him....and we are paying the price.. What Russia is doing...we will never know since truth is hidden from us from the media...and all the manipulation...to be honest the consecration was a little spooky with all the masks in there, it seemed so strange and a lack of faith in God..to show your face!
Who knows is there going to be a war..why worry? all people have done for the past two years is worry and fight , shame , and lockdown innocent people.. its been a frightful two years and it might continue due to man's inability to get on their knees and ask God for forgiveness and bring him back into Government, Church, Schools and family..
