“A time is coming when men will go mad, and when they see someone who is not mad, they will attack him, saying, 'You are mad; you are not like us.” ― St. Antony the Great
Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada declares the "unvaccinated" as public enemies. In a stunning interview from last September, Justin Trudeau is quoted:
"Extremists, who do not believe in science who are often misogynists and racists, too! A sect, a small group who are taking up space and here, we have to make a choice, as a leader, as a country. Do we tolerate these people? We want to get back to the things we like doing and these people are not going to stop us now.” Justin Trudeau
These people?
Section 319(2) of the Criminal Code of Canada:
I'm a racist, eh? Married to a woman who is from Capetown and "coloured" according to the Apartheid regime? What is she, then? This, from a putrid, little scumbag who wore Blackface?
The Archangel Gabriel told Mary that her Son was to be called Jesus. Joseph, too, was told by an angel; and at the circumcision ceremony, the foster father officially gave the name of Jesus to Mary's Son.
The name means "God saves," and it describes the mission of the divine Child as the Savior of mankind. The redeeming life of this newly named Babe will be climaxed when He is lifted on Calvary above the hosts of men when He rises from the tomb as Redeemer of the human race.
INTROIT Philip. 2:10-11
At the name of Jesus, every knee should bend of those in heaven, on earth, and under the earth, and every tongue should confess that the Lord Jesus Christ is in the glory of the Father.
Ps. 8:2. O Lord, our Lord, how glorious is Your name over all the earth!
V. Glory be . . .
COLLECT
O God, it was You who conferred the name of Jesus upon Your only-begotten Son, the Savior of the world. Grant that by venerating His holy name on earth we may enjoy His presence in heaven. Through the same Jesus Christ, Your Son, our Lord, who lives and rules with You in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever.
EPISTLE Acts 4:8-12
In those days, Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said to them: "Ye princes of the people and ancients, hear. If we this day are examined concerning the good deed done to the infirm man, by what means he hath been made whole: Be it known to you all and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God hath raised from the dead, even by him, this man standeth here before you, whole.
" This is the stone which was rejected by you the builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other. For there is no other name under heaven given to men, whereby we must be saved."
GRADUAL Ps. 105:47; Isa 63:16
Save us, O Lord our God, and gather us from among the nations that we may give thanks to Your holy name and glory in praising V. You, O Lord, are our Father, our Redeemer. From eternity is Your name.
Alleluia, alleluia! V. Ps. 144:21 My lips shall speak the praise of the Lord; let all men bless His holy name. Alleluia!
GOSPEL Luke 2:21
At that time, after eight days were accomplished, that the child should be circumcised, his name was called JESUS, which was called by the angel before he was conceived in the womb.
OFFERTORY ANTIPHON Ps. 85:12, 5
I will praise You, O Lord my God, with all my heart, and I will glorify Your name forever. For You, O Lord, are sweet and mild, abounding in kindness to all who call upon You, alleluia!
SECRET
O Most Merciful God, may Your blessing, which gives life to all creation, sanctify the sacrifice we offer in honour of the name of Your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ. The Preface for Christmas is said.
COMMUNION ANTIPHON Ps. 85:9-10
All the nations You have made shall come and worship You, O Lord, and glorify Your name. For great, You are and do wondrous deeds. You alone are God. Alleluia!
POSTCOMMUNION
O Almighty and eternal God, who created and redeemed us, graciously hear our petitions. Receive kindly and favourably this saving Sacrificial Victim, which we have offered to Your majesty in honour of the name of Your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ. Pour out Your grace upon us, that we may rejoice to see our names written in heaven under the glorious name of Jesus, who is the pledge of our eternal predestination. Through the same Jesus Christ, our Lord . . .
“Banning or suspending the Extraordinary Form can only be inspired by the devil. I am of the opinion of Benedict XVI. What was holy and sacred yesterday cannot be condemned to disappear today. What harm does the Traditional Mass cause? What harm? If they can learn to meet Christ in a Mass celebrated in silence, in respect for the sacred, they must not doubt it. Everybody wants to grow in God. Why stop him? It is not a riot. They do not deny in any way the Second Vatican Council, quite the contrary.” Robert Card. Sarah
Christmas liturgical work is now passed. The home renovation continues, shortly the painters will arrive and embed themselves in the new Master Bedroom. Fox and I will be busy preparing our Christmas dinner with some family, notwithstanding Trudeau, Ford, Tan, Fauci and the rest of these demonics.
Yet, the day cannot pass without sadness for the faithful in Chicago. You've probably already heard of the attack on the Mass by Cupich. The Canons Regular of St. John Cantius has saluted and obeyed. It is sin to obey an evil order. Cowards, all of them. We will see what happens elsewhere.
My wife and I wish all of you, a Blessed and Merry Christmas. Thank you for your kindness to me. Thank you for responding to the call for the now late friend's family, it is nearly $24,000 and the overwhelming majority has come from you, dear reader, and more than that when one includes direct transfers and cheques outside of the online portal. I was just looking for an image to put with this post when a friend, the sister-in-law of the late friend sent this picture to my wife. The animals for the nativity were chipped and broken so they were not put out, only the Holy Family. The cat took the role. God is praised.
It has been a tough year for all of us. Between the virus, the reaction to it by our episcopal hirelings and the evil, cruel and vindictive machinations by the Bishop of Rome, it is one annus horribilis. Yet, in all of it, God has been there. He has been there for me directly and my family. I have felt it, I have seen it. He has been there for you.
Our Lord will get us through this. Our job is to remain faithful with Him and the Blessed Mother.
May you be blest and enjoy the recordings of this reader of this blog, Angela Malek of Deux is a classical vocal duo based out of San Antonio,
Texas. This album has just been released on a limited basis by Centaur Records
and may be purchased at deuxofficialwebsite.com.
Next Christmas is the official release and digital copies will be available at
that time. It is a delightful recording which I am happy to have as a gift from Angela.
I will be off here for a few days unless there is some breaking news. Midnight Mass tonight to sing, tomorrow and Sunday. Monday will be a day of rest and the turkey dinner with guests, in spite of Commandant Ford and Dr. Kieran Mengele. Funny how most people we hang with are un-jabbed and we're all okay. Funny how we've had 30 different people inside our house for renovations since July and no issues. Hmmm... God is so very good.
For the first time since 1608, there will be no Holy Mass on Christmas in the Diocese of Quebec.
If this doesn't send this pompous, corpulent, episcopal hireling to a hellish judgement then perhaps it would be for a man, born in 1957, colouring his hair.
The Society of St. Pius X has, for the last number of months, been able to use the Cathedral of the Transfiguration in Markham, northwest of Toronto, for Mass. The Byzantine-Slovaks abandoned the building years ago over a dispute with the builder and landowner. Free is not good enough for some.
As the usual chapel is small and booked, I have been asked to advise that there will be room at Markham.
There will be carols at 11:30 and Sung Mass at Midnight.
Notwithstanding Rome, there are others at Midnight and Christmas Day, however, given government diktats, promotion of them is not possible due to the need to "book" a seat.
May Our Lord free us from this tyranny. Come, Lord Jesus. Come.
