Has the Synod finished before its even begun?

Breaking at Rorate Caeli blog is a report from Italian journalist Marco Tossati. The opening and closing paragraphs are below, Please visit Rorate to read the rest.

We are in for a rough ride.

We are not being bad Catholics by expressing our concerns and raising the alarm of what manipulations and machinations are now under way. Do not let anyone tell you that you have no right to express your concern and fight for the Church!
Can. 209
§1 Christ's faithful are bound to preserve their communion with the Church at all times, even in their external actions.
§2 They are to carry out with great diligence their responsibilities towards both the universal Church and the particular Church to which by law they belong.
Can. 210 All Christ's faithful, each according to his or her own condition, must make a wholehearted effort to lead a holy life, and to promote the growth of the Church and its continual sanctification.
Can. 211 All Christ's faithful have the obligation and the right to strive so that the divine message of salvation may more and more reach all people of all times and all places.
Can. 212 §1 Christ's faithful, conscious of their own responsibility, are bound to show christian obedience to what the sacred Pastors, who represent Christ, declare as teachers of the faith and prescribe as rulers of the Church.
§2 Christ's faithful are at liberty to make known their needs, especially their spiritual needs, and their wishes to the Pastors of the Church.
§3 They have the right, indeed at times the duty, in keeping with their knowledge, competence and position, to manifest to the sacred Pastors their views on matters which concern the good of the Church. They have the right also to make their views known to others of Christ's faithful, but in doing so they must always respect the integrity of faith and morals, show due reverence to the Pastors and take into account both the common good and the dignity of individuals.

BOMBSHELL - SECRET PARALLEL SYNOD: Papal Post-Synod Document ALREADY being drafted by Jesuit group to allow communion for divorced and other aberrations

Summary: Italian journalist Marco Tosatti reveals that A SECRET PARALLEL SYNOD has been established in Rome, a cabal composed almost exclusively by Jesuits, with the occasional Argentinian presence (easy to guess who), to draft the necessary post-synodal documents to implement whatever the Pope wants to implement. And they will implement it, no matter what, as the secret committee to draft the Annulment reforms has shown; what everyone supposed was true in fact is true: the Synodal process is a sham.
***
In this context [that is, of the procedural changes mentioned by Edward Pentin], news has arrived to us for about twelve days that around thirty people, almost all of them Jesuits, with the occasional Argentinian, are working on the themes on the Synod, in a very reserved way, under the coordinatin of Father Antonio Spadaro, the director of Civiltà Cattolica [the official journal of the Holy See], who spends a long time in Santa Marta, in consultation with the Pope.

The discretion in the works extends also to the Jesuits of the same House, the villa of Civiltà Cattolica, Villa Malta, on the Pincio [Hill], where part of the work is done. One possibility is that the "task force" works to provide the Pope the instruments for an eventual post-synodal document on the theme of the Eucharist to the remarried divorced, on cohabiting [couples], and same-sex couples.

New Archbishop of Berlin - member of "shadow synod" and fan of Kasper's proposals

From Augustinius at Rorate Caeli

The Holy See today announced the appointment of Heiner Koch, 61 years old, Bishop of Dresden-Meiβen, as the new Archbishop of Berlin. His appointment comes after his election by the Berlin Cathedral Chapter, which is required under the complex system of concordats that governs Church-State relations in Germany. Nevertheless the final ratification of such elections still lies with the Pope. Berlin is a small diocese by German standards, but due to its immense social and political importance for all of Europe, six of its seven Ordinaries from 1935 to 2014 have been raised to the Cardinalate while in office.

The Archbishop-elect heads the German hierarchy's Commission for Marriage and Family and is one of the three German delegates to the 2015 Synod along with Reinhard Cardinal Marx of Munich and Franz-Josef Bode, Bishop of Osnabruck. Despite some conservative-sounding statements made by the Archbishop-elect during the Benedict years (such as a 2012 statement on the futility of discussing matters already closed by the Magisterium) he is now without question aligned with the "progressivist" camp. All three German delegates to the 2015 Synod have publicly come out in favor of the Kasper "hypothesis" and all three attended the now-infamous "Shadow Synod" held on May 25 at the Gregorianum in Rome.

Remember this list?

May their names live in infamy forever and ever for their intent to assemble secretly to discard the clear words of Our Lord Jesus Christ in the name of Him Who Himself is Love, and to favor a certain kind of press to make their new doctrine known to the world:

BISHOPS:
Cardinal Reinhard Marx, president of the German Bishops’ Conference, Archbishop of Munich and Freising
Archbishop Georges Pontier, president of the French Bishops’ Conference, Archbishop of Marseille
Bishop Markus Büchel, president of the Swiss Bishops’ Conference, Bishop of St. Gallen
Bishop Franz-Josef Bode of Osnabrück, Germany
Bishop Heiner Koch of Dresden-Meißen/Meissen, Germany
Bishop Felix Gmür of Basel, Switzerland
Bishop Jean-Marie Lovey of Sitten/Sion, Switzerland
Bishop Bruno Ann-Marie Feillet of Reims, France
Bishop Jean-Luc Brunin of Le Havre, France

On one hand, the Pope says many things about "gender ideology" and not to have computers in children's rooms. What good does if on the other hand, he makes appointments that may undermine the teaching of the Church?

Heretical Coup planned at October Synod on the Family? The "secret" is out and our mission is clear - Viva Cristo Rey

The division is becoming much clearer between those bishops and cardinals who are faithful Catholics and those who are heretics and protestants. The crack is beginning to show in Germany where Bishop Stefan Oster is leading the younger bishops faithful to the truth compared to those of the likes of Kasper and Marx.

They have become very bold and not just them directly but the whole sodomite fascist element that has descended upon once rational nations like a fog. It is black and it is diabolical. There can be no allowance for sodomy in the minds of a faithful Catholic. This is not about being intolerant or not respectful of others. It is about what is against God and against nature. It is one of the four sins crying out to heaven for justice, the others being willful murder (not self-defense nor just war nor justifiable homicide in the defense of others, nor capital punishment after right judgement), depriving a man of his just wages and final impenitence against the Holy Spirit - the literal refusal to repent and receive the Father's mercy.

It must be said with all respect to the man and the Office; Pope Francis has allowed this and has fostered this debate and division. It is he who must confirm the faith. His ill-advised words and phrases have been used in Ireland in the current debate and they are used here in Toronto at the Jesuit parish of Our Lady of Lourdes (may she intercede). You can see how on that first page, they use the Pope's own words without the paragraphs that preceded it or the background to the situation. We can only assume, of course, that they are all living, or at least striving, for chastity.

The report that follows belorefers to "welcoming the remarried of remarried divorcees (no they are not, they are living in adultery) and homosexual persons in the Church." There is a big lie being told - that the divorced and those who are "homosexual" are not "welcome."

I was "divorced" and even though I was, I was never made to feel unwelcome in the Church. I participated in Church activities and I sang in the choir. Admittedly, I did not remarry until long after a Decree of Nullity and that is the point. I did not remarry civilly and create a public scandal by expecting the Church to adhere to my demands. If I were "living in sin" with a woman, I have no doubt that I would still have been allowed to sing in the choir, but never to present myself for Holy Communion.

At that same parish (and I will be open, the Toronto Oratory with eleven priests, a seminary, two parishes and both Forms of the Roman Rite daily), there was also a man who had been a "gay activist." That man experienced a conversion to Christ and then through a second conversion, became Catholic. He is now married to a woman and together they strive to be faithful to Christ and His freeing commandments and to help others do the same. At this Church to the best of my knowledge he was never shunned, scorned or insulted. He was a loved and respected parishioner and friend. He served Mass, assisted in the sacristy, participated in every aspect of parish life. He attended Mass almost daily, prayed his rosary, went to the Sacraments and is a better Catholic than most of us!

My point is this, these malefactors that have tried to subvert the Synod from the real problems of the family in this corrupted world are single-mindedly devoted to the profanation of the Holy Eucharist and the money that comes from those who would demand it. There can be no other reason why they would attempt to do this other than that they have lost their vocation, if they ever really had one, and along with it, their belief in supernatural faith.

Family Synod: a Very Discreet Meeting of the Reformers in Rome

Jean-Marie Guénois
Le Figaro
May 22, 2015 - 6:24 PM (Paris time), updated at 6:50 PM

On Monday [May 25], European episcopates will debate the welcoming of remarried divorcees and homosexuals in the Church.

The initiative has remained very discreet, indeed secret, but it is important. According to our information, three episcopates -- the German, the Swiss, and the French -- have gotten together in order to organize, behind closed doors, on Monday, May 25, in Rome, in the premises of the Jesuit Gregorian University, a day of studies centered on the welcoming of remarried divorcees and homosexual persons in the Church. Renowned German theologians will take the floor before a chosen audience of only fifty people. The closing conference will be delivered by Cardinal Reinhard Marx, President of the German Bishops' Conference. Along with Cardinal Walter Kasper, this influential cardinal -- a member of the C9, the Pope's close council -- works actively for a policy of opening of the Catholic Church on these dossiers.

At the Vatican, only a few personalities have received an invitation.

Raymond Cardinal Burke on suing Catholic Bloggers - "I certainly don't think that's the way we as Catholics should deal with these matters"

Adfero at the Rorate Caeli blog announced on Twitter on Saturday evening an exclusive interview with a Cardinal wherein reference would be made to lawsuits of bloggers.

The entire interview is reprinted below courtesy of Rorate Caeli blog with my emphasis in bold.

EXCLUSIVE: CARDINAL BURKE INTERVIEW WITH RORATE CAELI

Follow @RorateCaeli on Twitter

Last week, Rorate Caeli interviewed Raymond Cardinal Burke via telephone on numerous topics. Nothing was off the table for this interview and His Eminence was incredibly generous with his time. He showed himself to be brilliant and yet filled with humility. And his care and concern for traditional Catholics must be acknowledged and appreciated.

In this wide-ranging interview, His Eminence talked about issues ripped from the news such as: Vatican officials threatening to sue bloggers; more priests coming under his authority; the dismantling of the Franciscans of the Immaculate; how traditional Catholics can save their souls in this modern world -- and get their children the sacraments in the traditional rite in the face of dissenting bishops; priestly celibacy; daily confusion from Pope Francis; and much, much more.
