In the presence of Bishop John Boissonneau, Auxiliary Bishop of Toronto over 500 people attended a Missa Solemnis for the Feast of the Sacred Heart in the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite at St. Peter's Catholic Church on Bathurst Street in downtown Toronto.
Last week for Corpus Christi over 225.
I'd say we're making some progress.
Next: St. Mary Immaculate in Richmond Hill on the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary on August 15.
Don't forget, every Sunday at The Oratory Church of St. Vincent de Paul, St. Theresa Shrine (moving in September to St. Lawrence the Martyr and St. Patrick's in Schomberg.

At St. Peter's????! That's where a certain priest denies people communion on the tongue and kneeling... Wow! Way to go!
Congratulations Vox on another succesful TLM. You're really making headway with the society since taking over. Now, if you could score a Latin Mass say, at St Michael's Cathedral with Arch + Collins presiding or doing the Homily that would be a dream here in Toronto archdiocese!
Yes Anon. that ST. PETER's!!!
Julian, I can't take any credit for this. Surinder Mundra of St. Patrick's Gregorian Choir did it and the usual gang at the Altar (which also assisted at St. Mark's).
The next few months will include:
Our Lady of the Assumption Richmond Hill
Holy Cross (negotiating Mississauga)
All Saints (negotiating Etobicoke)
Immaculate Conception Richmond Hill
We'll get East eventually with this especially now with Father S at St. Lawrence the Martyr and Father D at St. Isaac Jogues in Pickering.
It will become patently obvious in about a year that this needs to happen at the Cathedral. It will, and I will gladly sit a pew to see that happen and to hear the choir created for this Mass do its job.
Concrete block by concrete block...
