Curiously, the video of Father Thomas J. Rosica's Salt + Light 2012 interview with the pervert McCarrick has gone dark. It is most likely that Pope Francis has "requested" that the "gay" McCarrick resign, His obedience in the light of credible victims of his predatory ways coming forward does not indicate that he resigned of his own accord.

evening the Holy Father received the letter in which Cardinal Theodore
McCarrick, Archbishop Emeritus of Washington (U.S.A.), presented his
resignation as a member of the College of Cardinals.Pope
Francis accepted his resignation from the cardinalate and has ordered his
suspension from the exercise of any public ministry, together with the
obligation to remain in a house yet to be indicated to him, for a life of
prayer and penance until the accusations made against him are examined in a
regular canonical trial.

Theodore Cardinal McCarrick, a former priest of the Archdiocese of New York and Archbishop Emeritus of Washington D.C., has been confirmed to be a sexual predator.
In a statement released by New York Cardinal Timothy Dolan, in whose diocese, James Martin, S.J., continues his advancing of the homosexualist cause, stated that McCarrick a former priest of New York, "is no longer to exercise publicly his priestly ministry." A review board found certain allegations of predatory sexual abuse, “credible and substantiated.” At the direction of Jorge Bergoglio, who was put on the Seat of Peter by much lobbying by McCarrick after being approached by “a powerful and influential Roman,” the Vatican Secretary of State, Cardinal Pietro Parolin, has instructed Cardinal McCarrick that he is no longer to exercise publicly his priestly ministry.”
The Diocese of Metuchen, where McCarrick served as bishop in the 1980’s has no record of McCarrick having abused minors, however, there had been multiple incidents with adults. The diocese has issued a statement by Bishop Checchio stating that "In the past, there have been allegations that he engaged in sexual behaviour with adults. This Diocese and the Archdiocese of Newark received three allegations of sexual misconduct with adults decades ago; two of these allegations resulted in settlements."
Cardinal Archbishop Joseph Tobin, the Archbishop of Newark, known to be actively sympathetic to the homosexualist cause, acknowledged that there had been allegations of incidents with adults in the other dioceses.
McCarrick himself has stated, "While I have absolutely no recollection of this reported abuse, and believe in my innocence, I am sorry for the pain the person who brought the charges has gone through, as well as for the scandal such charges cause our people.” In the lead up to the conclave that elected Jorge Bergoglio, McCarrick engaged in lobbying for the election of Bergoglio which when combined with what is already known about the election of the Argentine, invalidated the election and resulted in the automatic excommunication of McCarrick and Bergoglio. In an authorised biography of Godfried Cardinal Danneels, the pervert protecting retired Cardinal of Brussels states that he lead a "Mafiaclub" known as "St. Gallen" that plotted to elect Jorge Bergoglio as Pope in secret meetings of cardinals and bishops. The meetings were organised by the late Carlo Maria Martini former Archbishop of Milan who allegedly told then Cardinal Ratzinger, that if elected, he would need to "resign" at some point. This is not the first time that information has come out that the election of Jorge Bergoglio was engineered. In a speech delivered at Villanova University on October 11, 2013, the long-suspected active homosexual Cardinal Emeritus of Washington, D.C., Theodore McCarrick, spoke of a "very influential man" lobbying him prior to the conclave to engineer the election of Jorge Bergoglio. "He could do it you know ... five years to make the Church over again...to put us back on target." (listen at 18:20). Make over the Church to what? Back on target for what?

It is vital that this information not be hidden. The Catholic world must wake up to this and the horrendous implications of what it means. Who forced Pope Benedict XVI to resign? Was he threatened with death? Would they have killed him and hundreds or even thousands of others at the same time at a Mass? What could they have done to him that would have made him renounce the Papacy? The Catholic faithful have a right to know the truth - the truth of Papa Ratzinger's shocking departure and the truth of the who was behind it and of the election of Jorge Bergoglio. Switzerland. This is what Jürgen Mettepenningen and Karim Schelkens are
claiming. They are the authors of a newly published biography of the Belgian
Cardinal Godfried Danneels, who calls the group of cardinals and bishops a
"Mafia-club".
Danneels,
according to the authors, worked for years to prepare for the election of Pope

Hume, among others.
Belgian
newspaper "Le Vif" reports that: “On March 13, 2013 an old
acquaintance was alongside the new Pope Francis: Godfried Danneels. Officially,
he was there as dean of the Cardinal-Priests, but in reality he had worked
discreetly for years as a creator of kings ".
Danneels
has again been invited by Pope Francis to the Synod on the Family to be
held in October in Rome, but he has been criticized very much. He tried to
dissuade a victim of sexual abuse from reporting the perpetrator, a bishop (the
uncle of the victim). For this reason, at the time of the 2013 Conclave, in
Belgium there were those who demanded that he not be allowed to participate in the
papal election.
Furthermore, Daneels’ positions on
gay marriage and abortion - according to the revelation of two parliamentarians
he wrote the king of Belgium exhorting him to sign the law to allow abortion - does not seem in agreement with the Magisterium
of the Church; and with what Pope Francis has said on these issues.
