I have followed the Cardinal's request - below is my letter

Dear Christine,

The letter below was written by a professional marketing expert hired and paid for from the cathedraticum of the faithful. I do not agree with the genteel language, though I support the theme. As much as it is a disgrace on your part and that of Premier Ford, the lateness of our Catholic Archbishop to this matter is scandalous and repugnant. But, I suppose it is better late than never. I have written you numerous times and have spoken with your staff. While your staff are to be commended for their understanding that is only as far as any praise can go.

Yesterday, I drove down Allanhurst Road in Etobicoke to find a crew of dozens and dozens on a movie crew. Yet, every Saturday we see people arrested at Dundas Square for executing their God-given and constitutionally protected rights to gather and protest the diktats of government overlords. We see pastors and people fined and threatened with imprisonment. When did we become China! Has it's virus infected our brains as well as our bodies?

The Cardinal, to his shame, has ceased the public offering of Holy Mass because he could not grasp how to cope with the ten person limit. This is his doing, not Ford's. However, the person limit itself is non-sensical. Thirty-percent is a bare minimum. This action on your part and that of the Government which I voted for is a disgraceful infringement on religious rights. It is repugnant and you are responsible for it.

Shame on you and your colleagues, except for Roman Baber and Belinda  Karahalios who had the courage of conscience and their convictions. Doug Ford has proved himself to be a dictator and has succeeded in silencing you as my Member of the Provincial Parliament and that is a disgrace which will be remembered on election day.

I am grateful for your service, especially over the past year. I am writing today as someone who finds comfort in my faith and recognizes the essential work undertaken by places of worship throughout the province.

That’s why it’s so hard to understand the restrictions currently in place for religious organizations. In grey (lockdown) areas, only 10 people can be inside a church, temple, mosque or synagogue. Yet retailers can open up at 25% capacity. This inequity must be addressed immediately. 

I have seen first-hand the impact that my local faith community has provided to those in need, offering spiritual, mental and physical support. Many of those they serve do not have access to technology and need to gather in person. This has been done in a safe and responsible manner for many months. A strict limit of 10 people in a facility that can accommodate hundreds or even thousands does not make sense. 

Please advocate for places of worship and address this inequity as soon as possible with your colleagues. Any future restrictions should be based on capacity and the current restrictions must be amended as soon as possible. 

Thank you for sharing these concerns directly with your colleagues and Premier Ford. I await your reply regarding this extremely important issue.

 

Archdiocesan Toronto Catholics in Simcoe County - After only one week, there is No Mass For You! Is York Region next?

After only one week, it appears that the Chief Medical Officer of Health in Simcoe County, part of the Archdiocese Toronto, has developed irritable bowel syndrome and has ordered General Secretary Ford of the Ontario Politburo to deploy what His Excellency, Mister MacCarthy calls in his latest memo to all clergy and parish staff, the "emergency brake." Thus, after only one week, in Simcoe County, there is now:

Of course, Comrade Ford has actually not banned the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in public, he has insanely and simply and arbitrarily with no basis in science, reduced religious services and ritual to a maximum of ten. This means that with a little work and creativity, Mass could go on, publicly, to a maximum of ten. However, never to be outdone by political fascists, our episcopal fascists have once again, doubled down and shut down entirely, the public celebration of Holy Mass. After only one week!

There is no other phrase to describe this action on the part of His Eminence Mr. Neil MacCarthy, Thomas Collins as spiritual abuse!

The Cardinal, in a letter earlier this week, seemed to threaten that he might, in a rare moment of courage, just perhaps, possibly could just might actually, consider and actually may beg, plead or ask, Comrade Ford and the Ontario Politburo to relent. He then had the temerity to ask the good people of the Archdiocese of Toronto to engage in a letter or telephone campaign to implore, beg, cajole, beseech and otherwise grovel to our politburo masters if we could "please, Sir, may I have some more," Mass when it was he, himself, that shut it down.

The Cardinal, who cancels priests and then waxes on in homilies online about being cancelled and begs the laity to back him up and write to demand answers when he refuses to respond to the laity and their emails, letters and phone calls, has quite the nerve.

There is a word that our Lord Jesus Christ used for this.

"But woe to you scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites; because you shut the kingdom of heaven against men, for you yourselves do not enter in; and those that are going in, you suffer not to enter." Matthew 21:13

The effect of this on the people of Simcoe will be profound. The future economic survival of our parishes to say nothing about the loss of faith is now at greater risk.

It is the legacy of Cowardinal Thomas Collins.

Nor, has there been since the Monday after the Last Sunday After Pentecost or the Solemnity of Christ the King, if you prefer. Yes, it has been that long. Advent, Christmastide, in a few days Candlemas. All gone. It joins Lent, Holy Week, the Triduum, Eastertide and all the great spring feasts from 2020. Will we have Easter in church this year? What am I bid?

All gone. Gone for a virus invented in a lab in Wuhan and used to beat the world into cowardice and submission. A virus with a 99.7% survival rate depending upon your age where government and church has failed to protect the most vulnerable and persecuted and prosecuted the rest. Church? Yes. When have you heard Thomas Cardinal Collins or his ilk speak out against the fact that some nursing homes in this Archdiocese have 100% of patients with the CCP virus and the inaction of government to protect the vulnerable? Please, find me the statement. This, is what happens when you take government money to pay your staff, including priests!

The Ford government reduced the number for religious rituals to ten. The Cardinal then outdid him and went to 0! He has now backtracked a little and offers now a Sunday service of Holy Communion. Other bishops in Ontario, St. Catharines, Pembroke and Peterborough, have managed to continue on. 

Ten. Why?

It is the Minyan, the congregational quorum of adult men (post Bar Mitzvah) for there to be sufficient sanctity for the recitation of certain public prayers in a synagogue.

Doug Ford reduced from 30% church and religious attendance to ten to satisfy the Jewish need for a congregation. We, as Catholics, can't even muster the courage to match them.

There are two evangelical churches whose elders and members are being persecuted and prosecuted in Ontario. One in Aylmer and another in Waterloo. These people have more courage than our Cardinal who had the power nearly a year ago to tell the Ontario government that churches would not be closing. He had the bully pulpit.

We were given a child to do a man's job.

Clearly, he was never Bar Mitzvahed.

At least, pray this today.

Commemoration of SAINT JOHN BOSCO

John Bosco (1815-88) grew up on a Piedmont farm in Italy. While still a student-priest at Turin, he began his mission for the abandoned boy apprentices of the early industrial era, who roamed uncared for on the streets of the city. Priests and Brothers gathered about John Bosco as his work developed, and formed the Salesian Order, named in honor of St. Francis of Sales. He also founded a community of Sisters to aid needy girls. Today, the missioners of John Bosco carry on his ideals of gentleness and charity among poor children in Asia, Africa, and South America, as well as in Europe and North America.

Doug Ford and the Ontario medical community are lying to you. A crime against humanity?

This is the data from the webpage COVID-19 (coronavirus) in Ontario as of 10:30 A.M. on Sunday, January 24, 2021. This is not my data. There were 1,436 persons hospitalized in Ontario. This is down from 1,501 the previous day. Those 65 people either got better and were discharged or died or a combination of both.

On average, there are just over 3 people with the China Virus in Ontario's hospitals.

Where is the crisis?

For this, for three people per hospital, we are killing our economy, isolating people, distressing people causing a great rise in suicides, abuse and substance abuse and bankruptcies which repeat the cycle. 

The numbers above prove the comments from people whom I know in health care. There is no overcrowding crisis. There is nobody going without an ICU bed who needs one. 

I have no doubt that people are ill and dying. I have a friend, a doctor with it and he is in the last few days of quarantine and is recovering at home without treatment. A friend's father, noted below, has passed. He was an octogenarian who went into a Toronto hospital for a stroke and caught China Virus there, and died from it. The dead in long-term care are not being transported to hospitals. They are not in those numbers. They are being left to die in the nursing home.

Douglas Ford, an alleged "Conservative" Ontario Premier, is an abject failure. He has lied to the people of Ontario. He has engaged in a cover-up with a corrupt medical community.

Cardinal Collins and the bishops of Ontario have been duped into closing our churches.

The time has come to end this fraud.

Today is the Feast of the Epiphany, it was not last Sunday but regardless, there is still, according to the diktats of Toronto's Cardinal Thomas Collins

 

And it is an utter disgrace. That this man, this so-called Shepherd of the Catholic faithful in the Metropolitan See of Toronto, has since before Advent cancelled the public celebration of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. That is quite the legacy in what will no doubt be his last year as Archbishop of Toronto. This man has denied you the Holy Mass. This man has denied God His due right to public worship. This man has denied you the sacraments because many of his presbyterate have chosen to cower in their rectories out of more fear for a bad flu than of God and Hell itself. This man's people determined that it is "just not worth it" to have Mass when the church must be limited to ten by provincial diktat of an imbecilic unchurched lout. This man, this Cardinal, has failed utterly in his duty before God and His flock to defend the Church, to uphold the rights of the God and the rights of the faithful. He has put mammon from the government ahead of you and your desire to worship God.

Yet, there others, other priests, many other priests who will never be identified by this writer here or anywhere else who are ministering to the faithful who do not refuse to offer the Holy Sacrifice. These priests who are loved by God and by his people. These priests who are risking everything for the faithful. To these priests, to these men of Christ, to these humble servants who have a higher obedience, to Jesus Christ Himself rather than sinful men who have put in their lot with the corrupt state, to these priests, and you know who you are because you are reading this, we salute you. we thank you. we love you. May God bless each and every one of you and protect you from the diktats of a corrupted church and state.

If you cannot get to Mass on a rock, or in a basement chapel or on a dining room, or in the forest or a barn (and don't think for a moment that I am exaggerating) may I suggest you pray at least Matins, Lauds and Vespers for today from the Divine Office tab which you find above. It will take you to today's date and my recommendation is according to Divino Afflatu.

Trinity Bible Chapel in Waterloo, Ontario shows Cardinal Thomas Collins how to lead, how to pastor, how to love Christ and how to stand up to tyranny!

In Waterloo, Ontario in the Diocese of Hamilton whose bishop, Douglas Crosbie, OMI has followed lead of Toronto's Thomas Cardinal Collins to cease public religious services, police have charged the elders of Trinity Bible Chapel for holding religious services against the diktats of the Ontario politburo headed by Premier Douglas Ford. 

Jacob Reaume has issued a press release which should be an embarrassment to Thomas Collins who has lots of money and lots of lawyers to fight the unjust provincial diktats. He even lacks the courage to follow them to the letter because his presbyterate won't obey him.

Read Pastor Reaume's letter. Tell me that this is not more Catholic, more God-fearing, more Christ-loving than anything coming out of the Chancery in Toronto or most of our parish priests. This man speaks as Thomas Collins should speak. This man builds up as Thomas Collins should build up but does not.

PRESS RELEASE – ALL ELDERS OF TRINITY BIBLE CHAPEL CHARGED

PASTORS AND ELDERS CHARGED FOR HOLDING CHURCH SERVICES

Yesterday evening, all six of the elders of Trinity Bible Chapel were charged under Section 10.1 of the Reopening Ontario Act (ROA) for holding church services on Sunday, December 27. We are peaceful family men seeking to pastorally care for our families and our church in sincere obedience to God. We are not criminals. Officers from the Waterloo Region Police Service (WRPS) showed up at each of our homes last night at roughly 8pm and gave us each a summons to court. While other pastors in Ontario have faced similar charges under the ROA for holding church services, to our knowledge this is the first time that each and every member of an entire elders board has been charged for gathering a church to worship. Although we know of officers within the WRPS who personally disagree with these charges, it appears the WRPS is trying to make an example of us. For years we have taught our children to respect police, and now our children and grandchildren are witness to their fathers and grandfathers receiving charges from police for worshipping Christ with our church. It is a dark day for Waterloo Region and Ontario.

Since we decided to re-open the church in June, implementing various COVID protocols in our services, we have not had a single outbreak traced back to our church. We thank God for that.  Instead, we have heard a plethora of stories from many of our congregants about how they were negatively affected spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and financially during the first lockdown. On December 3, we informed our governing authorities that we cannot shut down the church again in an open letter entitled, “Here we Stand: The Church Must Meet.”[1] Not one of our officials replied with an attempt to work with us.  Our church community has become a vital refuge for hundreds of people during these times of despair. Our government is destroying our society to prevent the spread of a virus with a fraction of a fractional death rate.[2] This is evil. Nowhere does the Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantee freedom from risk or virus, but it does protect the freedom of conscience, religion, belief, and assembly.[3] These are unlawful laws, a violation of God given rights, a contravention of Section 176 of the Criminal Code, and an infringement of the Charter.

We have ancestors who fought in wars to protect us from state abuses of this nature, and many of our families fled police states that eerily resemble what we are being subjected to at the present. Our high school teachers, parents, and grandparents warned us against governments that act this way.

While we seek to honour and pray for our governing officials, we are also grieved over the apparent hypocrisy and arbitrary applications of law. Several politicians have been caught violating their own laws by visiting cottages, hosting gatherings, or jaunting to warmer climates. Our very own Chief of Police, Brian Larkin, publicly endorsed much larger public gatherings in June. While Ontarians were restricted to outdoor gatherings of 5 or less persons, the Chief of Police offered the “full support” to a protest in which the “crowd may have been between 12,000 and 20,000 strong.”[4] Chief Larkin explained to participants, even as they contravened lockdown orders, that police “will ensure you have the support needed to practice your democratic right and have your voice heard.”[5]  The arbitrary rule of law is dangerous even as it is contrary to our inherited values.

Our Saviour shed His blood to purchase the church, and therefore, deeming the church “unessential” is tantamount to deeming the blood of Christ unessential, which is a public act of blasphemy.  One day our elected officials, bureaucrats, and police will stand before the court of God’s justice for these acts.  We earnestly pray that the Holy Spirit would draw them to his Son, Jesus Christ, who offers free grace and forgiveness to all who would repent and put their faith in him.

Jesus Christ is the King of kings and the Lord of lords, and therefore we must honour and obey him above all earthly governments. We emphasize that our hope in Christ’s goodness is firmly anchored.  Our Saviour is just, equitable, and loving towards his people.  He has every hair on our heads numbered, and his eyes see all things. He will lead us through the valley of the shadow of death, and we will fear no evil.  He has taught us to love our enemies, pray for those who persecute us, and to count our sufferings as pure joy.  We embrace his will in humility by submitting to his heavy hand trusting that in the proper time he will exalt us because he cares.

An Octave Day of Christmas Open Letter to Thomas Cardinal Collins - what will be your legacy?

Dear Cardinal Collins,

On January 16, 2022 you will turn 75. On that date you will tender your resignations to the Pope, whomever he may be at the time. Rumor has been for a while now that it will be immediately accepted, assuming Francis is still Pope. Does he still hold his rageful anger against you and the others for your signature on that letter when you had courage and were part of the thirteen. We were so proud of you then. Of course, it didn't last long considering you went on to praise the heretical document, Amoris Laetitia. 

Leaving other details aside for now, the failure to clean house upon your arrival, leaving heretical priests who deny the Holy Eucharist in their parish offering invalid Masses and abusing the faithful (anyone want to guess where?) and banishing faithful priests to early retirement (yes, Eminence, we know) You've left homosexual priests in active parish ministry, and you banished a traditional religious order because they followed a higher law on how to administer Holy Communion (FSSP), and so much more. So much more that this writer knows personally.

This brings us to where we have been since the beginning of Advent and where we are now on the first day of the new secular Year of Our Lord, 2021. There is a Mass for you, Eminence, but no mass for me or my wife or for any of us. No Mass for us. 

While Douglas Ford may be an ignoramus a simpleton and an unchurched lout, you, are to be our shepherd. You, are to be our spiritual father. As you have said yourself, you are the pope in the diocese. You know better and yet, what do we see? A double-down on the Premier's insane decision and the cessation of the public offering of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

Without a doubt, you know you have erred. How do I know this? Because you have replaced the Holy Mass with an Anglican-style Service of Holy Communion. You are trying to back-track without anyone noticing. What you don't know is that you are in a hole and you need to lay down the shovel and stop digging. Your idea of assembly theology that could once not comprehend the idea of separating the Holy Mass from Holy Communion has done exactly that. 

I know Catholics, myself and my wife included, who have not had Holy Communion in nine months because we will not take It in the hand. I have seen Latin Mass communities since June increase in size even though Holy Communion is not distributed. Now, the Mass been ripped away from us again. Not by Ford, but by you and many of your brother bishops. (Pembroke and St. Catharines being the exception) Yet, now, you allow Holy Communion without the Mass. Ironically, you have actually partly taken some of my advice. What was that?  Separate Holy Communion for the people from Mass - suspend it except by appointment during the week thus allowing more Masses on Sunday to cope with the Premier's ridiculous diktat, a diktat that you are now unable to stop because you accepted it for too long. 

As the post below this one eludes, what is the real reason? I will tell you what I have discerned through your actions and my own research.

You now know, no doubt because of the pressure of this writer and others, that you were wrong. You are trying to reverse it with a substitute. You have built into it the option to ignore you because you know that most of your presbyterate do not want even this. Andy MacBeth in his own bulletin online proves it. Therefore, how could you ever reverse yourself on Mass for up to ten persons? Heck, most won't even open the church for private prayer. They instead cower in their rectories just like MacBeth. No Mass. No Holy Communion. No private prayer. How many more Andy MacBeth's are there?

I will tell you what you need to do, Your Eminence. I will do the job for you that those around you will not do. Not your Auxiliary Bishops, not your circle of priests whom you rely on, not your lawyers or accountants or communications experts. I, a simple and sinful layman will tell you what you need to do.

Immediately issue a Memorandum, just like the one below. 

1.    All priests MUST open the churches for set hours. Adoration daily and reparation for an end to this virus and the demonic uses of it be evil men.

2.    All priests will develop a reasonable lottery to select the people to attend Mass and develop a rotation.

3.    Homily is limited to three minutes and Holy Communion is suspended at Mass using this as a teaching moment that we go to Mass to worship God, give Him thanksgiving, seek forgiveness for our sins and ask for our needs. Not one of these four reasons for Holy Mass is to receive Holy Communion. You've already proven that Mass and communion can be divorced from one another. Holy Communion is by appointment during the week to individuals or family units, on the tongue if requested because the priest can thoroughly wash his hands with soap and water, and wear a mask, as he should even when giving into the hand.

4.    A priest will offer three Masses during the week and five Masses on Sunday. Parishes with two priests or more, follow accordingly.

5.    Any priest who refuses is called in to your office personally and asked to explain. Any refusal to follow your direction will be met with immediate suspension and an order to vacate the rectory. Any fear that you would need to close churches for the reduction of priests is moot. You've closed them anyway. (After all, you've sacked or forced into early retirement good priests for lesser reasons or none at all, no?)

6.     Immediately contact Pastor Peter Youngren and join his legal suit against the government (only the injunction, hard to get, was refused.) Provide your lawyers and money and round up the rest of the Ontario bishops to get on side. Notwithstanding the lateness of this legal move, (you should have done it in March 2020) it must be done, notwithstanding.

You know full well, as you reportedly told the Premier. that the virus is not being transmitted at Mass. You know full well that your "worship safe" guidelines have been followed and the people have, no matter how reluctantly, cooperated. You know full well that the Toronto Board of Health and the "virtuous" doctors have made unreasonable and unconstitutional demands. Your lack of leadership in this regard has caused deep sorrow amongst the faithful, the very faithful who would be your greatest supporters. The very ones that would defend our churches and our priests. 

What will be left, Eminence, of your post China Virus Church? What will be left? Your own words and those of your staff on webinars reveal the interest in money. The need for point of sale devices and pre-authorised giving. You want our money, but you give us no Mass. You have closed our churches but you expect us to open our wallets. You have, rather than rely on your faithful, taken stained money from the government to pay your employees and your priests. You have taken Cesare's gold and Cesare now controls you.

On this day of the new year, this Feast of the Circumcision, this Octave Day of Christmas, I can give you no peace, you are undeserving of it. You have stripped peace from me, my wife, my friends, the readers of this blog and faithful Catholics in the Archdiocese of Toronto and across Ontario. You have denied us the Holy Mass, for that, you can have no peace.

As with Ebenezer Scrooge, you can expunge what will be a legacy of failure and banality of lost opportunity and of collapsing parishes that your successor will need to address. A legacy of no Triduum, no Masses for last Easter, no time after Pentecost, no Advent not Christmas and I have no doubt, no Easter 2021. This, Eminence is your legacy. A Shakespearian tragedy and a mockery of the priestly heroes of the Tudor persecution whom you so often quote. A legacy of failure when it could have been a legacy of courage and of leadership. A lot of alleged "charity" but too little "clarity." Too little to none of speaking truth to power.

Will you change it? Will you repent of this? Will you act like a Shepherd and not a hireling? Speaking truth to power is not easy. It is not always liked. It is, however, always necessary and today, I have done that.

What a legacy. 

 

A Merry Christmas rant and wish

This has been quite the year and this Christmas letter is going to be a rant, so be ready. 

My last Christmas activities were greatly curtailed or wiped out completely, including much of the singing and many Masses because of an illness that was no doubt in my mind, the China Virus. It began on or around the 19th of December, on the 23rd I had great trouble with my lungs and was put on azithromycin. On the 24th a fever of 102 which ranged for six days no lower than 100 kept me home from Midnight Mass. The breathing only slightly improved over the week but by the 31st I was in hospital with pericarditis and myocarditis brought on, according to the cardiologist by a "virus which you may have or had, we don't know, we can't find or identify it. A virus which migrated from your lungs to attack your heart." Don't believe our lying politicians and scientists. The China Virus was in Canada in at least November as it was in the United States and Europe. Probably earlier in Italy and certainly in Wuhan itself. The system came crashing down there in early December, remember the doctor who later passed on that was arrested? For that to happen in Wuhan, it must have been building for months, maybe as early as September. The blood test from the ABC Study which I was part of was inconclusive, "unlikely." Then again, the sample was taken in late July 2020, seven months after the infection. They will test again. The consensus seems to be that antibodies last three months. That is very revealing as to how efficacious the vaccine may or may not be. If it was not then the China Virus then I don't know what it could have been. What I can tell you that it was not a cold, not a flu, not bronchitis, not pneumonia. It was all that and more. 

Here we are a year later. In Toronto and many of the surrounding regions, Mass is verboten and will be until at least the end of January in most of Ontario, except for the Diocese of St. Catharines. Not by the Premier and his  ridiculous limit of ten but by our Cardinal who one upped him and made it zero. No Mass for you and Merry Christmas from Cowardinal Thomas "The Grinch" Collins. It seems that all we have left is mocking. They listen not to the little people. They answer no emails, no letters, no calls. They care not about you but you can be assured, they want your money. They discussed in their various webinars pre-authorized chequing and on line donations. All the churches have point of purchase devices. They want your money but won't provide you the Mass and Sacraments. 

No one is coming to save us well no one except our Lord Jesus Christ, certainly nobody in this world, this archdiocese. We have been abandoned by all of them. They are corrupt, compromised, cowardly and in many cases incompetent. 

Cardinal Collins should have been in court over church closings in March, a time when most of us accepted certain restrictions because we did not know what we were dealing with. I regret accepting it so readily. A judge would laugh him out of court now. "Where have you been, Eminence? You come to my court now but you accepted it for nine months and you took the government money to stay solvent. Don't waste my time." 

These episcopal hirelings are wicked. I have seen much over the last dozen years or so and kept quiet about most of it. Shall we consider the invitation to the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter come to Toronto and the fake promises, granting of a parish - Canadian Martyrs and then the stripping of it away a few days later? How about punishing them because they are called to a higher authority and refused his H1N1 edict to band Holy Communion on the tongue. Did he banish them or were they so disgusted they gave up the next Lent and left? I know the truth, I was the Schola Master and they will never be back in Toronto. 

How about the personal betrayal when I was unjustly threatened by Thomas J. Rosica in a well publicized lawsuit? Do you think my Archbishop reached out to me in any way? Not once. Not directly, not indirectly. Collins would have been happy to see me twist on a vine. Yet, a bishop in an obscure part of a former Soviet satellite reached out to me and my wife directly and personally. Offered holy Mass numerous times  A then Vatican Cardinal made it known that he was praying for us. Where was my bishop? 

How about direct knowledge after complaints of active homosexual priests being left in the parish. You know the saying? "Keep it legal, keep it quiet, keep it going." The rule out of Southdown and the general order in Toronto is "keep it within the presbyterate." Like that? How about the forced early retirement and persecutions of various priests. One happening right now. Not abusers. Not embezzlers but not compromisers with the lavender crowd and the diktats of lesser men. How about his time as Rector of St. Peter's Seminary when student seminarians went to him with complaints over homosexual professors making passes at them and his response was, "you have sex on the brain." Don't think it happened? I have first hand testimony. 

Now here we are at the end of 2020 with just over one year to go until Collins turns 75 and is replaced. Quite the legacy he leaves us. 

And what of Premier Doug Ford? A man who on one hand one could have a beer with and on the other rules his caucus with an iron fist and has intimidated every one there into silence by removing any and all opposition from within. As David Warren wrote yesterday, he is a "simpleton." Indeed, a simpleton. He said in March he was putting an "iron ring" around our seniors. Ha! More like rusty chicken wire. The overwhelming majority of China Virus cases and deaths are in long-term care and other congregant living situations and amongst the working poor that cannot work from a computer, do not have a job from which they can work at home. Testing is still taking four days. This is preposterous. He has failed to protect our seniors, he has not quarantined the vulnerable and their caregivers. Personal health support workers still travel between homes and are still functioning in the community. All these should be in our empty hotels on school buses to the nursing homes and then rotated on a cycle. Tested daily. The working poor who have no sick days, no union and cannot, not work and won't go for testing because they can't not work, must be tested with immediate results, ordered into quarantine with full pay from the employer subsidized by the government. with direct help from our churches - where is the Cardinal on this where with the preferential option for the poor? He speaks of "collateral damage" - it is all around us, what has he done? What has Ford done about it? Where is the action for these people to protect them and our communities? Nothing. No thinking outside the box. Just shut down the dress shop on Main Street but let Walmart sell its China made garbage. Let Home Depot sell a refrigerator or stove but not The Hudson's Bay or Leon's. Let Costco sell a big screen television but not Bad Boy. My American readers understand this, the same is happening there. 

Protect the vulnerable, the working poor and let us go to Mass and get on with life. Wear a mask where necessary, (no mask comments will be approved so don't make them, got it?) take your Vitamin D, wash your hands, be reasonable with how close you are to others. These things make sense this time of year whether for cold, flu or the China Virus. 

From Bergoglio to Collins to Ford, Fauci, Tam, - all of them are in the pockets of globalists who are trying to destroy our middle class, our wealth, our power. We must speak truth to this power with no apologies. Forget being polite or as Cowardinal Collins likes to say, "charity with clarity." Enough of this false charity. Enough of these frauds. 

Now, here I am a second Christmas and all its trimmings wiped out due to this virus that came to us from the communist regime in China. Created in a laboratory, accidentally or intentionally released but certainly intentionally used to destroy our societies. We are to believe that yesterday, Canada had 6,845 cases but China had 18? China with 1.4 billion people and Canada with 38 million covid stats world - Bing. If we believe China has only 18 cases, well, we deserve what we get. 

As I wrap up this little rant remember this. Jorge Bergoglio has not offered the Holy Sacrifice on the high altar at St. Peter's since he enthroned that "damned bowl" representative of the demonic pagan earth goddess. All of this that has beset us has come since the worship in the garden and in the basilica of pagan idols. God has been blasphemed. We saw it ourselves. He no longer considers himself the Vicar of Christ and he has spent the last year throwing himself fully into the arms of Sachs and the rest of these globalist monsters. Do not think that all of this is not linked? There are no coincidences. 

My friends, I thank you for your time coming to this blog. I thank you for tolerating my sometimes over the top commentary, it is all I have, all we have at this point. Unless there is something urgent, the next few days I will only post some of my favourite music. I've had enough and need a break. My wife says, I had enough three weeks ago. 

There is no one coming to save us. No one except the baby born in Bethlehem, laid in a manger, as were baby lambs to protect them, a manger from which they would eat and from which we are fed. 

God grant you a holy Christmas.

Bishop Gerard Bergie of the Diocese of St. Catharines has tonight issued a protocol to all priests regarding the Ontario Provincial Government of Doug Ford's actions to lock down the Diocese and all of Ontario due to the China Virus and beginning on December 26. 

While we can debate whether ten persons versus thirty percent is necessary, the fact is, Doug Ford has not shut down churches. Doug Ford has not cancelled public worship. Cardinal Thomas Collins of Toronto has and others bishops in Ontario have wrongly followed his lead and poor betrayal of Christ and the faithful. 

Others except for Bishop Bergie who has left it to the Pastor to decide and how to open safely for ten people (including the priest, cantor or server, etcetera) and proceed with Mass following all other government diktats. Cardinal Sarah of the Congregation of Divine Worship has already authorized priests to offer up to four Masses per day during this crisis.

Since late November, this writer has been on a daily basis has put public pressure on Cardinal Collins to rescind his ridiculous decision to cancel public Mass. Now, Bishop Bergie has shown the way. If Cardinal Collins will not follow the pleading of this poor sinner, if he will not hear the sorrow of your own heart and longing to be at Mass no matter how hard, then let him at least follow the example of his brother Bishop.

Doug Ford steps back from the brink of the abyss - barely! But Cardinal Collins will still say, "No Mass For You!"

Doug Ford looked into the abyss and stepped back from the brink. His original intention was to put Ontario in another China Virus lockdown on Christmas Eve at 12:01 A.M. now delayed until St. Stephen's Day on December 26th. Answering a question from the media to explain why not the original which proved the leak correct as he did not deny it, Ford stated that business needed a few more days to prepare and to reduce inventory and food in restaurants. Really? One day would have done this? No, not the reason. The reason is that most of the province outside of Toronto, Peel, Hamilton and Windsor are not in a serious outbreak, in Ottawa with a million people, only a handful of cases. One hand! He had blowback. Not that he reads this writer, though I do send these to him, his Minister of Health, my local Member of the Provincial Parliament and staff contacts, he heard it clear from the areas beyond greater Toronto. The Mayor of Ottawa railed at him. Remember, he would have, in the bulk of Ontario, shut down Holy Mass and Christian religious services completely (or maybe not so, more on this later) as well as business. From Ottawa and east, Pembroke, Kingston and the north shore of Lake Ontario east of Toronto, much of south western Ontario except for Windsor and the edge of Lake Huron to Barrie, Sudbury, Parry Sound, North Bay, Sault Ste. Maria and more, no religious services of any kind and more. Why? These are ridings held by the Progressive Conservative Party and his base. He got the message and backed down proving he is not consulting with his caucus, the representatives of the people but to unelected bureaucrats and doctor experts who only say what "they put in front of (them)."

So, shall we praise Caesar? No, not at all. He is wrong on the lockdowns for multiple reasons and he has failed to do those things which would have addressed the real problems which I will give in an upcoming post. Yet for now, as distasteful as it is, as much as I am angry at Ford, I must admit that I know what Brian Lilley knows. The alternatives are about as bad as you can imagine. A radical socialist party known as the NDP, a corrupt and devastated moderately less socialist Liberal party and a socialist radical Green. We are in a vice with four jaws squeezing us - bad, worse, worser and worst. 

So, let us be thankful that we have Doug Ford and not one of the others or we'd all be under a curfew. The media was lapping that idea up yesterday. Let's work to bring him back from the edge. The thing is, he is a likeable guy, its one of the reasons he won. He's the guy you'd like to have over for a beer. His problem is that because of that, he is no intellectual and he is being duped. He likes to portray himself as an ordinary guy and while he is wealthy in his own right (or his father's) he is pretty much that. But he has been compromised and possibly blackmailed or he is just not smart enough to consult others and to think this through. He is afraid of people dying from China Virus but not the deaths from the consequences of lockdowns. But then, which of our political leaders anywhere has not been? They've all signed on for this, even conservatives, which is really distressing. They drank the Kool-Aid long ago, many of them are compromised and potentially blackmailed by those who are seeking a massive push to eliminate the nation-state and impose a new world order of fascism.

To a tee, I can't think of many who have done it right. Maybe Taiwan, Maybe those in South Korea. But these are different societies, different cultures. Europe is a disaster especially England, France and Italy. In the provinces and states of Canada and the United States, there is a variant but my American friends, we have done much better on this than you there and you have respected freedoms more than we. This is perhaps because we are more pliant, we didn't en masse reject masks, we didn't have an election and its rallies and we didn't destroy our cities with riots. We are also thankful we did not have the monster Cuomo who deliberately murdered seniors due to his policies. Ford didn't do it deliberately only through ineptitude, at least we can say that. 

One more thing because we cannot, not mention and that is Cardinal Collins and the Ontario bishops. As noted directly below, Doug Ford has not banned religious services. He has reduced province wide to ten for the set time period. Every bishop, I expect, will now shut down whatever Masses are left after Christmas Day. Wrong. As hard as it to organise, proceed with the ten, effectively eight with the priest and server. Carry on. Suspend Holy Communion except by appointment, music only at one Sunday Mass, limit homily to five minutes and command every priest to offer five Masses daily. But they won't. There will be No Mass For You. As for going to court, it really is too late. Cardinal Collins and all the Bishops of Ontario have failed us. The time to go to court was in March. As reported a few days ago, Cardinal Collins asked the Premier to relent on the ten and return to the thirty-percent occupancy in grey zones. The Premier responded in the negative. 

Too little, too late, Your Eminence. Mediocrity in every way will be your legacy.

Ontario Premier Doug Ford was investigated by a once responsible media for his family's history of drug-dealing. The Globe and Mail stands behind their May 2013 story. They have not retracted it nor has he sued them for defamation. You can't sue for defamation if it's true As an aside, Lin Wood knows this especially and Chief Justice Roberts knows too.

What other secrets does the Premier have? Is he a sexual deviant? Was he on the Lolita Express to the island of Jeffery Epstein, who didn't kill himself. (Nota Bene: it is not now nor has it ever been nor will it ever be this writer's intention to commit suicide!) Who is blackmailing him, who has the goods on Dougie Ford? Or has he just been promised a seat at the table of the new world order to go along with this disgraceful action to wipe out independent business and the middle class? Has the lust for power - libido dominandi, totally taken him over, a total takeover by Satan himself? As a priest said to me last evening, "Lust is the only sin that cannot be satisfied. Gluttony can be satisfied, until you are hungry again, but lust is continuous, it does not stop." Lust for sex. Lust for money. Lust for power. Which is it Doug because you have been already judged and found wanting.

Someone must know something because it is obvious to me that no Conservative can be this stupid. He must be being blackmailed by those who want this communist shutdown and the elimination of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and the inability of people to receive the sacraments notwithstanding Cowardinal Collins' requests. I know for a fact that some priests, pudgy, lazy, immuno-compromised, assembly theology heretics are not providing the sacraments and are cowering out of fear they will get the China Virus. Stinking cowards, all of them.

DOUG FORD IS KILLING OFF OUR SENIORS AND CARDINAL COLLINS IS COMPLICIT

Doug Ford is killing off, murdering the senior citizens and the infirm in Ontario, his own stats prove it and Thomas  Cardinal Collins who has failed for nine months to stand up to him and denounce him, is complicit. As Ford will announce at 1:00 P.M. today, all of Ontario will go into a politburo diktat at 12:01 on December 24. No Mas or Communion Service For You!

For those of us in Ontario, we will remember Doug Ford talking daily about putting an "iron ring" around our long-term care. His iron ring was really rusty chicken wire. The overwhelming deaths in the spring and cases deaths now are amongst seniors in long-term care. The data below proves it. But the rest of us need to be imprisoned for it.

Doug Ford is a liar and a coward. A stupid man. He is taking direction from a power mad Chief of Staff and medical "experts" who do not have faith in God or the Ontario people. They did this, they did not implement the necessary policies to protect the vulnerable and they are making the rest of us pay for it. 

I spoke to a priest last evening, three actually. He just did a small funeral Saturday for a 91 year old parishioner who passed from the China Virus. The staff would not let her family in for months. So who gave her the virus? 

These people, Doug Ford, his Chief of Staff Jamie Wallace, the Minister of Health, Christine Elliot and Dr. David Williams failed in their obligations and are now blaming us. Cardinal Collins is complicit. He failed to stand up to them in March and again in the last month. A coward who will be spat out and join the rest of them in their destiny for the betrayal of our weak and infirm and the literal imprisonment of the rest of us.

Now, consider this article from Maike Hickson which describes the desolation of the High Altar at St. Peter's Basilica since the blasphemous worship of the Amazonian demon goddess by Bergoglio himself and placed on this same altar with no Mass there since. This was the same as enthroning the blasphemous naked image with the red protruding belly. Msgr. Marini, the Master of Ceremonies betrayed God, he should have dropped it rather than follow Bergoglio's instruction and placing it on the altar where, even in the Novus Ordo, no altar decoration is permitted. (Candles and a crucifix can be placed on the altar, in the EF, only on the gradine/shelf.) Make no mistake, No Mass in Toronto today unjustly determined by Collins has a cause.

In the 2020 Yearbook, he declines to be called “Vicar of Christ.” The coronacrisis breaks out, which is then being used by government authorities to close down churches and restrict Mass attendance, along with the Pope's collaboration and approval. Then the Pope stops altogether celebrating Mass on that very same Papal Altar on which he had earlier placed the Pachamama bowl. His Christmas Vigil Mass is not even a midnight Mass, but will take place at 7.30 p.m., due to the existing curfew rules in Italy (even though the Vatican is its own city-state and the Pope is its head). The result of these papal acts are that now in many places in the whole world the Christmas Midnight Mass, commemorating the birth of the Christ-Child, has been cancelled. One may ask whether there is a connection between all of these events: that is to say, from the Pachamama bowl on the Papal Altar to the cancellation of the Christmas Midnight Masses in many parts of the world."

No Mass for you on Christmas, but you can stand in line for the Holy Eucharist as if you were lining up to see Santa

Cardinal Collins has issued an update and letter of instruction to all priests in the Archdiocese of Toronto pertaining to Christmas and the situation with the diktats of Premier Douglas Ford. The Cardinal indicates that over this past week he has "reached out directly to Premier Ford with a request to open all of our parishes at 30% capacity for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day." He told the Premier that not one case of the China Virus "has been directly traced back to the church as the origin of transmission." The request was denied by Premier Ford.

I suppose that is something and he should be commended.

Collins acknowledges that lawsuits by businesses and other places of worship, Pastor Peter Youngren's actions as reported previously on this blog, being the prime case. It will be interesting later today when the decision of the court on the Youngren suit is issued. I am not optimistic given the history of our judges in these matters but one never knows. The equality rights provisions of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms of the Constitution of Canada would seem to be pretty clear that if a couple of hundred can be at Costco, ten in a church is not reasonable or equitable. If Youngren is successful will the Cardinal reopen the churches to 30% capacity and public Mass as the courts might rule or will he bow to the diktats of the Premier and the "virtuous" public health officials to remain in their good books.

The Cardinal recognizes "the essential nature of the Eucharist, the source and summit of our spiritual strength as Christians, and the importance of Christmas." He continues that he wants "to provide an opportunity for the faithful who wish to do so, to spend time, even if briefly, at their local parish and, where possible, to receive Holy Communion," yet there will be no public Mass on Christmas, at least not for you. "Of course, all priests are offering Mass for the people every day, which is a basic dimension of the priestly office," says Collins, in a what is nothing more than a gross example of clericalism. The priest has his Mass but there is "no Mass for you!"

The "Four Ends of Mass" are adoration, thanksgiving, atonement and petition. Nowhere in this age old definition of the Holy Sacrifice is receiving Holy Communion mentioned. It is attending Mass that is our duty to God and our need. Holy Communion, as the Cardinal explains, can always be given outside the Holy Mass, today, tomorrow on  Christmas Eve or the Day. Is this not happening? Are people not requesting or are priests denying Holy Communion? 

So rather than give God his due, the Cardinal is telling us that even a layman can clericalise and lead the Holy Communion Service and get you in and out in "7 or 8 minutes." Just about the same time it takes to pick up a Big Mac and fries at McDonald's.

This is nothing more than a complete and utter abandonment of duty as an Apostle of Jesus Christ, a cowardly betrayal of the faithful and an example of the worst kind of assembly theology and clericalist arrogance. It as if they don't believe that the Mass has any worshipful or efficacious value outside of receiving Holy Communion.
