The former Cardinal Theodore E. McCarrick ordained me to the
priesthood 25 years ago today. I served
as his personal secretary in the Archdiocese of Newark (September 1994 – June
1995) and also assisted him in a secretarial capacity during his many visits to
Rome in my 19 years of ministry there.After long consideration, I have made the
decision to place in the public domain some of the correspondence and other
information related to McCarrick that I possess in my many years of service to
him. I have spent time in prayer and discernment about the moral basis for
revealing these. My decision follows attempts since September 2018 to share and
discuss these with the Holy See and other Church leaders.
Realizing full well that the debate about McCarrick has become
highly politicized, I wish only to present facts that will help the Church to
know the truth. From the outset of this report, I pledge my unswerving
affection, loyalty and support for Pope Francis and his Magisterium in his
tireless ministry as the Successor of Peter, as I manifested also to Pope
Benedict XVI, grateful for their paternal solicitude and efforts to address the
scourge of abuse. Indeed, my actions in releasing this report at this time are
encouraged by the Holy Father’s motu proprio “Vos Estis Lux Mundi” (“You are
the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.” Mt 5:14), based
on the overriding principle that it is imperative to place in the public
domain, at the right time and prudently, information that has yet to come to light
and impacts directly on allegations of criminal activity, the restrictions
imposed on my now laicized former Archbishop, and who knew what and when.
It is my firm hope that this information will help the
Church as she further endeavors to create a culture of transparency. This
report, which may form the first of others, is a contribution to the wish of
Pope Francis and the Holy See “to follow the path of truth wherever it may
lead” in terms of the ongoing McCarrick investigation (Pope Francis, Philadelphia,
USA, September 27, 2015; Press Statement
of the Holy See, October 6, 2018). It aims to help the US Bishops in their
promise last August to “pursue the many questions surrounding Archbishop
McCarrick’s conduct … we are determined to find the truth in this matter”
(Statement of Cardinal Daniel DiNardo, President, USCCB, August 1, 2018). What
Archbishop Wilton Gregory expressed for his local Church, upon his appointment
to the Archdiocese of Washington, I wish to do for the Universal Church: “The
only way that I can serve this Archdiocese is by telling the truth” (Press
Conference, April 4, 2019).
Beyond his horrendous evil of homosexual predation for
decades, Church Militant has learned exclusively that McCarrick may also have
been clandestinely trained by Soviet Communists here in Europe during his
younger years, making him effectively a Communist plant in the heart of the
Church.
Through a back channel, Church Militant has obtained
information from former Communist personnel who were instrumental in setting up
a secret network of indoctrination and training centers throughout Europe in
the aftermath of World War II, and their information directly implicates the
involvement of Theodore McCarrick.
As expected, Theodore Edgar McCarrick, a pervert, a rapist, a homosexual - a sodomite, has been reduced to the lay state and is known as "Mister" if he even deserves that. It is a move by Bergoglio on the eve of the already discredited Vatican conference to take place on abuse, a conference which will not deal with the sodomites in the priesthood, that is too little, too late. The text from the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith is as follows:
On 11 January 2019, the Congresso of the Congregation for
the Doctrine of the Faith, at the conclusion of a penal process, issued a
decree finding Theodore Edgar McCarrick, archbishop emeritus of Washington,
D.C., guilty of the following delicts while a cleric: solicitation in the
Sacrament of Confession, and sins against the Sixth Commandment with minors and
with adults, with the aggravating factor of the abuse of power. The Congresso
imposed on him the penalty of dismissal from the clerical state. On 13 February
2019, the Ordinary Session (Feria IV) of the Congregation for the Doctrine of
the Faith considered the recourse he presented against this decision. Having
examined the arguments in the recourse, the Ordinary Session confirmed the
decree of the Congresso. This decision was notified to Theodore McCarrick on 15
February 2019. The Holy Father has recognized the definitive nature of this
decision made in accord with law, rendering it a res iudicata (i.e., admitting
of no further recourse).
Wise readers will know that this means little. Until every bishop and cardinal who knew and covered up is held accountable it remains too little, too late. Until there are actual criminal charges and financial consequences, it remains a joke. A joke. And this Peronist monster that sits on the Seat of Peter is laughing at you.
As for the conference, whilst the problem is manifested most violently in the abuse of children and youths, the fundamental problem is sodomites in the Priesthood and Episcopacy, Cardinaliate and maybe even the papacy itself. Every sodomite priest must be outed and removed from the clerical state. What if they are chaste? It does not matter, they are compromised if it is known that they have "same-sex attraction." They can be blackmailed, manipulated. They must be removed. If that means we lose 30% or 50% or more of our priests, then so be it. Drive further to Mass. Don't think for a minute that this Argentinian Marxist thug named Jorge Mario Bergoglio takes this matter seriously. He does not, he is laughing at you. For whatever it is worth, I believe Bergoglio is Pope because Canon Law was, as far as we can know, followed. The priests of the diocese of Rome, the Cardinals and people of God accept and recognise him as Pope, ergo, he is Pope.
I believe that there are serious questions arising from the resignation of Joseph Ratzinger. I believe he was pushed and that he was not forthcoming about this. I find the Barnhardt and VeriCatholici arguments compelling, I cannot be certain that they are correct. I do believe that Pope Benedict XVI by various actions has given us sufficient reason to doubt the validity.
As one who first featured the video of Mr. McCarrick's talk at Villanova and his own lobbying of the Cardinals after the instruction to do so by a "powerful" Roman, there is reason to believe the election was manipulated, this; and the three ballot day. If this is true, then it could have rendered the Conclave, invalid.
My own personal experience upon the election of Bergoglio, the urge to vomit and chills and yet, I had never heard of Jorge Mario Bergoglio, was a sign to me that something was terribly wrong.
Bergoglio is the Pope according to what we know and can know based upon what we see. Does he have have, did he ever have the grace of office? If he had it, has he lost it by his obvious apostasy and heresy? These are legitimate questions and the people who ask them should not be mocked.
Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò has issued a public letter calling on Theodore McCarrick, the homosexual predator to repent for the sake of his soul and the Church. I highly doubt that McCarrick will repent publicly, which is what is required. These men have no fear of God and no faith. While we can hope they are saved, it is more likely that they will be damned. They will deserve it.

As has been reported as a news by the Congregation for the
Doctrine of the Faith, the accusations against you for crimes against minors
and abuses against seminarians are going to be examined and judged very soon
with an administrative procedure.
No matter what decision the supreme authority of the Church
takes in your case, what really matters and what has saddened those who love
you and pray for you is the fact that throughout these months you haven’t given
any sign of repentance. I am among those who are praying for your conversion,
that you may repent and ask pardon of your victims and the Church.
Time is running out, but you can confess and repent of your
sins, crimes and sacrileges, and do so publicly, since they have themselves
become public. Your eternal salvation is at stake.
But something else of great importance is also at stake.
You, paradoxically, have at your disposal an immense offer of great hope for
you from the Lord Jesus; you are in a position to do great good for the Church.
In fact, you are now in a position to do something that has become more
important for the Church than all of the good things you did for her throughout
your entire life. A public repentance on your part would bring a significant
measure of healing to a gravely wounded and suffering Church. Are you willing
to offer her that gift? Christ died for us all when we were still sinners (Rom.
5: 8). He only asks that we respond by repenting and doing the good that we are
given to do. The good that you are in a position to do now is to offer the
Church your sincere and public repentance.Will you give the Church that gift?
I implore you, repent publicly of your sins, so as to make
the Church rejoice and present yourself before the tribunal of Our Lord
cleansed by His blood. Please, do not make His sacrifice on the cross void for
you. Christ, Our Good Lord, continues to love you. Put your entire trust in His
Sacred Heart. And pray to Mary, as I and many others are doing, asking her to
intercede for the salvation of your soul.

Theodore Cardinal McCarrick, former Archbishop of Washington during a talk at Villanova University gave the following recollection of a conversation with an "influential" Roman during the period before the Conclave which elected Jorge Bergoglio as Bishop of Rome.

In the Times article; "He Preyed on Men Who Wanted to Be Priests, Then He Became a Cardinal," the times reveals one of the seminarians who this pervert McCarrick went after.
As a young man studying to be a priest in the 1980s, Robert
Ciolek was flattered when his brilliant, charismatic bishop in Metuchen, N.J.,
Theodore E. McCarrick, told him he was a shining star, cut out to study in Rome
and rise high in the church. Bishop McCarrick began inviting him on overnight trips,
sometimes alone and sometimes with other young men training to be priests.
There, the bishop would often assign Mr. Ciolek to share his room, which had
only one bed. The two men would sometimes say night prayers together, before
Bishop McCarrick would make a request — “come over here and rub my shoulders a
little”— that extended into unwanted touching in bed.

Theodore Cardinal McCarrick, a former priest of the Archdiocese of New York and Archbishop Emeritus of Washington D.C., has been confirmed to be a sexual predator.
In a statement released by New York Cardinal Timothy Dolan, in whose diocese, James Martin, S.J., continues his advancing of the homosexualist cause, stated that McCarrick a former priest of New York, "is no longer to exercise publicly his priestly ministry." A review board found certain allegations of predatory sexual abuse, “credible and substantiated.” At the direction of Jorge Bergoglio, who was put on the Seat of Peter by much lobbying by McCarrick after being approached by “a powerful and influential Roman,” the Vatican Secretary of State, Cardinal Pietro Parolin, has instructed Cardinal McCarrick that he is no longer to exercise publicly his priestly ministry.”
The Diocese of Metuchen, where McCarrick served as bishop in the 1980’s has no record of McCarrick having abused minors, however, there had been multiple incidents with adults. The diocese has issued a statement by Bishop Checchio stating that "In the past, there have been allegations that he engaged in sexual behaviour with adults. This Diocese and the Archdiocese of Newark received three allegations of sexual misconduct with adults decades ago; two of these allegations resulted in settlements."
Cardinal Archbishop Joseph Tobin, the Archbishop of Newark, known to be actively sympathetic to the homosexualist cause, acknowledged that there had been allegations of incidents with adults in the other dioceses.
McCarrick himself has stated, "While I have absolutely no recollection of this reported abuse, and believe in my innocence, I am sorry for the pain the person who brought the charges has gone through, as well as for the scandal such charges cause our people.” In the lead up to the conclave that elected Jorge Bergoglio, McCarrick engaged in lobbying for the election of Bergoglio which when combined with what is already known about the election of the Argentine, invalidated the election and resulted in the automatic excommunication of McCarrick and Bergoglio. It was five years ago this very morning. I, like most of you in the eastern time zone, was getting dressed for work, it was the 6AM news. Pope Benedict XVI had renounced the papacy and called for a Conclave to elect a new pope. I was dumbfounded and left in near shock. The next few weeks were filled with uncertainty and fear, but hopeful that with a College that elected him and added to by him, we would emerge with the right man. Could it be Schola? Perhaps even Burke? Naive was I and anesthetized by the illusion and the hopes so falsely raised during that Pontificate. Yet, one thing will stand out and for that, we must be truly thankful, - Summorum Pontificum. This is the one act that has given us the weapon to battle. Bergoglio will not take it, he would not dare. A few weeks later, a man walked out on the loggia. I knew something was wrong. It was my view that the Conclave was too fast, it gave me the feeling that it was not sincere, that somehow, they did not listen to the Holy Spirit. As he came out and I watched him, with that cold stare, the silence, the "good evening," I felt the urge to vomit; it lasted for hours. My wife felt the same and I have come to know of hundreds of others with similar reactions. Jorge Mario Bergoglio? Who was he? I did not know who he was, but I knew, it was not good. What I do know is that Joseph Ratzinger abandoned his children to the wolves. Perhaps we did not pray enough that he would not "flee" for fear of them, but our father abandoned his children and left us to a cruel and vindictive step-father. I loved Joseph Ratzinger, I miss him terribly. Today, I can only look at him with sadness and pity. There are too many unanswered questions about Ratzinger's renouncement and Bergoglio's election. Numerous times I have posted the comments by the Freemasons in Italy and Argentina praising his election. Numerous times I have posted the address by Cardinal "Uncle Teddy" McCarrick about his own conspiracy to elect Bergoglio and how he was lobbied by a powerful and influential Roman.
18:20 Just before we went into the general conversations when everybody can talk, a very interesting and influential Italian gentleman came to ask if he could come and see me, so I said “sure.”

Someone knows something. Somewhere, there is a key to this mystery and it will not be hidden forever.
The campaign slogan “Make America Great Again,” resonated with millions of common Americans and your tenacity in pushing back against many of the most harmful recent trends has been most inspiring. We all look forward to seeing a continued reversal of the collectivist trends of recent decades.
Reversing recent collectivist trends will, by necessity, require a reversal of many of the actions taken by the previous administration. Among those actions, we believe that there is one that remains cloaked in secrecy. Specifically, we have reason to believe that a Vatican “regime change” was engineered by the Obama administration.
We were alarmed to discover that, during the third year of the first term of the Obama administration your previous opponent, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and other government officials with whom she associated proposed a Catholic “revolution” in which the final demise of what was left of the Catholic Church in America would be realized.[1] Approximately a year after this e-mail discussion, which was never intended to be made public, we find that Pope Benedict XVI abdicated under highly unusual circumstances and was replaced by a pope whose apparent mission is to provide a spiritual component to the radical ideological agenda of the international left. During the 2016 presidential campaign, we were astonished to witness Pope Francis actively campaigning against your proposed policies concerning the securing of our borders, and even going so far as to suggest that you are not a Christian [4]. We appreciated your prompt and pointed response to this disgraceful accusation [5].
We remain puzzled by the behaviour of this ideologically charged Pope, whose mission seems to be one of advancing secular agendas of the left rather than guiding the Catholic Church in Her sacred mission. It is simply not the proper role of a Pope to be involved in politics to the point that he is considered to be the leader of the international left.
While we share your stated goal for America, we believe that the path to “greatness” is for America to be “good” again, to paraphrase de Tocqueville. We understand that good character cannot be forced on people, but the opportunity to live our lives as good Catholics has been made increasingly difficult by what appears to be a collision between a hostile United States government and a pope who seems to hold as much ill will towards followers of perennial Catholic teachings as he seems to hold toward yourself.
With all of this in mind, and wishing the best for our country as well as for Catholics worldwide, we believe it to be the responsibility of loyal and informed United States Catholics to petition you to authorize an investigation into the following questions:
- To what end was the National Security Agency monitoring the conclave that elected Pope Francis? [6]
- What other covert operations were carried out by US government operatives concerning the resignation of Pope Benedict or the conclave that elected Pope Francis?
- Did US government operatives have contact with the “Cardinal Danneels Mafia”? [7]
- International monetary transactions with the Vatican were suspended during the last few days prior to the resignation of Pope Benedict. Were any U.S. Government agencies involved in this? [8]
- Why were international monetary transactions resumed on February 12, 2013, the day after Benedict XVI announced his resignation? Was this pure coincidence? [9]
- What actions, if any, were actually taken by John Podesta, Hillary Clinton, and others tied to the Obama administration who were involved in the discussion proposing the fomenting of a “Catholic Spring”?
- What was the purpose and nature of the secret meeting between Vice President Joseph Biden and Pope Benedict XVI at the Vatican on or about June 3, 2011?
- What roles were played by George Soros and other international financiers who may be currently residing in United States territory? [10]
We believe that the very existence of these unanswered questions provides sufficient evidence to warrant this request for an investigation.
Should such an investigation reveal that the U.S. government interfered inappropriately into the affairs of the Catholic Church, we further request the release of the results so that Catholics may request appropriate action from those elements of our hierarchy who remain loyal to the teachings of the Catholic Church.
Please understand that we are not requesting an investigation into the Catholic Church; we are simply asking for an investigation into recent activities of the U.S. Government, of which you are now the chief executive.
