Now you know what he meant last Monday in his homily.
We have the news now that he will visit Lund, Sweden to commemorate the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation. That event launched by Luther has led to the loss of hundreds of millions of souls. It has led to the death of millions upon millions of people. It gave rise to Illuminism, Freemasonry and the French Revolution, Communism, Nazism and the sexual and homosexualist revolutions now bearing down hard upon our Catholic families and culture, or what's left of it.
I doubt our ancestors who died at the hands of Protestants in Germany, France, England and Ireland, Scandinavia, Spain and Portugal and elsewhere in Europe and even in Mexico could ever have imagined a Pope of Rome praising Luther and commemorating that dastardly act and man. This is Freemasonry as our murdered brethren knew it.
Gaze upon the picture above. See these women masquerading in clerical garb. Heretics, feminists and homosexualists each of them. There they are with Bergoglio and Koch who thinks that Catholics who hold to the faith are not Catholic and are anti-Semitic. Read more of these heretics and their pandering to the homosexalist agenda and fawned over by the Bishop of Rome.
The duty of Jorge Bergoglio is to call these people to repentance and back home to the Catholic Church. That is his duty. If he does not do it, then he will be held to account and he must be called out for it. All indications are, that he is not going to call them back to the Church, he is going to commemorate a schism! This action on the part of Jorge Bergoglio must be condemned. It must be denounced by every Catholic with an ounce of Catholicism left. It must be denounced by bishops and cardinals.
Yesterday was Septuagesima Sunday; the Epistle reads as follows:
"Brethren, Know you not that they that run in the race, all run indeed, but one receiveth the prize? So run that you may obtain. And every one that striveth for the mastery refraineth himself from all things; and they indeed that they may receive a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible one. I therefore so run, not as at an uncertainty; I so fight, not as one beating the air: but I chastise my body, and bring it into subjection: lest perhaps when I have preached to others, I myself should become a castaway. For I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that our fathers were all under the cloud, and all passed through the sea, and all in Moses were baptized, in the cloud and in the sea: and did all eat the same spiritual food, and drank the same spiritual drink: (that they drank of the spiritual rock that followed them: and the rock was Christ.) But with most of them God was not well pleased." From the Letter of Saint Paul ¤ 1 Cor. 9. 24-27; 10. 1-5
Two relevant articles
Broadly connected, I wish to bring to your attention two timely and important articles.
The first in in the Remnant by Hilary White, the Blackwhite of Pope Francis. She has the courage to reveal Francis as an ideologue with a behaviour that permeates with 1970's South American Jesuit theology, an ever-changing notion that God and the Faith must adapt to man. She draws parallels between Orwell and Bergoglio, "War is peace, Freedom is slavery. Piety is impious. Christians are unchristian."
A guest article by Mr. William P. Fall at The Eye-Witness Blog. He articulates the concerns many of us have had over the recent statement from the Vatican regarding the Jews and our relations with them - essentially that the Old Covenant still exists and they need not come to Christ.
This is a lie. It is a lie even if the words are issued by the Pope of Rome himself.
Mr. Fall highlights the loss of the covenant with the Jews from Scripture itself and then weaves it into the reality we see before us of a Church on the verge of collapse due to the infiltration of Modernism and its various extensions of Illuminism, Freemasonry, Communism.
Daily we are presented with more examples, even now, the decision of Bergoglio to attend a celebration of Protestant heresy in Finland that has lead to the loss of hundreds of millions of souls.
All of this was predicted and it will get worse before it gets better.
The Fatima warning is coming true.
In the end, Her Immaculate Heart will triumph. We need to be faithful to then.
“What shall a Catholic do if some portion of the Church detaches itself from communion of the universal Faith? What other choice can he make if some new contagion attempts to poison, no longer a small part of the Church, but the whole Church at once? Then his great concern will be to attach himself to antiquity [Tradition] which can no longer be led astray by any lying novelty.” ~ Saint Vincent of Lerins (c. 445 A.D.)

Just more of Jorge's Modernist Zeitgeist. Your burning indignation is simply not shared by our bishops, some of whom would agree with what the Pope has done and is planning. Others won't agree but don't have the courage to go public with their opposition. They remind me of the image of the three monkeys, who cover their eyes, ears and mouths. Our leaders are into avoidance, "big time". If these bishops were living in the fourth century they would readily hop onto the Arian bandwagon. How about a blistering pastoral letter read from every pulpit, in the diocese, condemning the Pope's scandalous actions and planned commemoration of Luther's rebellion? Not going to happen is it? Oh, I almost forgot, there are some pulpits where there will be opposition expressed. Unfortunately, the courageous clerics at those pulpits, don't have faculties.
In the midst of this dark and contagious episcopal pusillanimity, your posts continue to be signs, of light and hope.
This news is really putting it up to those Cardinals & Bishops that have so far been silent about the blatant apostasy being show by PF & coterie. If they remain silent it will be seen as their holding the same view that the Reformation was a good thing instead of the heinous act it was. Instead of joining in their celebrations the Pope should be calling these Lutherans to repentance and reconciliation, but as he denies there being a Catholic God & say even the unbaptised can get to Heaven by good deeds, we are not surprised. This total lack of faith in Our Founder is abysmal & must be corrected by these Princes of the CC who have the capacity to do so.
The Traditional Catholic media must find some way in which to quickly inform the Vatican that they do not represent the full membership of the CC when they troop to Lund to grovel at the feet of deviants who, not only split the One True Catholic & Apostolic Church of Christ on earth but view abortion, SSM, divorce, sodomy as civil rights and have already appointed actively gay bishops & women bishops & priests.
To date, the 13 Cardinals who wrote to PF during the Synod on the Family have been stymied & a Petition asking for him to either uphold God's Commandments or resign has somehow been lost along the way. This does, unfortunately, make one feel that despair has taken over Christendom when that is the last thing we need. Bishop Fellay in his recent interview dwelt on the need for Hope which is not often recognised as being a virtue but is particularly applicable to the present time.
Traditional Catholic media do a great job of lay apostleship & we are indebted to them, but there is a pressing need for them to connect with each other in order to bring this evil intent of celebrating the Protestant revolt in our names to a complete halt. If necessary, relevant marches must be organised early so as to allow potential marchers enough time to make their arrangements. This is an emergency and must be tackled forcefully or we will all be held accountable. Satan is on their side but God & Our Lady is on ours. What is there to fear?
This is the beginning of the Abomination and desecration of the Holy Sacrifice on the Altar of the Apocalypse.
Vox,
Very well said. Also, great articles that you linked to. Those two and your post bring to light clearly how ridiculous these actions by Bergoglio are.
As I said on my blog, he is no longer the Pope as I have officially, and legally stated, being a member of good standing in the Catholic Church. And I encourage all faithful Catholics to seriously, within the context of the history and laws of the Church, to consider this position as well.
The Papacy is vacant.
Any actions by Bergoglio are invalid and have no standing because he has removed himself from the Papacy. Just like those who are excommunicated have essentially excommunicated themselves, Bergoglio has done the same.

which can no longer be led astray by any lying novelty
The 'Lying Novelty', a great sobriquet for Pope Jorge.
At the same audience Francis also received other Lutheran "bishop" pro gay . And both Lutheran heretics ( Samuel Salmi of Oulu and Irja Askola of Helsinki ) also committed sacrilege against the Eucharist.

«The "bishop Salmi who in 2011 said homosexuals should have "full rights" in the Lutheran church, also told the news agency that "Pope" Francis has theological enemies in the Vatican and so may be limited in how freely he can speak.»
Too bad that Traditionalists are so spread apart. It would be nice if we could organize a March for Orthodoxy, not in front of the Pope's residence, but in front of Cardinal Burke, so that if he did take any action towards creating a schism, it would be coming from the people. Signed petitions is one thing, a march with placards "Separate from Rome", is another.

Get over it Vox & Co, such over dramatized hysteria conveniently ignores JP II's visit to Sweden, Ben XVI in Presbyterian Scotland.
What kind of fool are you Anonymous 3:35 or what kind of fool do you take us for? There is no "dramatized hysteria" and your examples are simply ridiculous.
Travelling to Sweden, Scotland or England is hardly the point. Neither Pope bowed down at the tomb of Henry VIII, in fact in England, at the Vespers service with the Anglican Archlayman, did you know that Benedict XVI wore a stole worn and with the coat of arms of Leo XIII? Why do you think that was? A not so subtle message that their orders are invalid.
Assisi I, II and III were wrong, the first two an abomination. Kissing the Koran was a stupid act by a fallible man.
Neither of them would have "commemorated" the Protestant heresy and revolution unless it was to commemorate the lost souls.
Your ranting here, because your tone comes through, is pedantic, puerile and pointless. This is my blog and I encourage debate, but please; give it a rest, I and my readers are not buying the bovine excrement that you are selling.

If Jesus is not THE cause of division, then we are not Christians/Catholics. Jesus is not about Kumbaya, fake "mercy," political correctness and fake ecumenicism.
Jesus said that the world will know us only when we are ONE. Believing in the One TRUE faith. The Catholic Faith.
Therefore, if one follows that faith and the rest reject it, then there is, necessarily, unavoidably, a division. It is a CHOICE. You either chose Jesus or pleasing the world, i.e. Satan.

49 “I have come to set the earth on fire, and how I wish it were already blazing!
50 There is a baptism with which I must be baptized, and how great is my anguish until it is accomplished!
51 Do you think that I have come to establish peace on the earth? No, I tell you, but rather division.
52 From now on a household of five will be divided, three against two and two against three;
53 a father will be divided against his son and a son against his father, a mother against her daughter and a daughter against her mother, a mother-in-law against her daughter-in-law and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.”
Luke, Chapter 12

Think about it, Bergoglio. Read the Bible.
If Jesus is the cause of division between close members of the same family, how much more is He the cause of division between peoples and nations.
What "union" or "ecumenism" can happen between 2 bodies who are contrary to each other, whose teachings are not common on many issues. Among the few differences: The "ordination" of women and the "blessing" of "same-sex marriage", both done by most of the Lutherans "churches."
Unless the Vatican wants to join the trend, which is the final goal, as I always predict. The Vatican is doing it step by step, slowly, unnoticeable by the majority of the Catholics-in-name-only. Allowing perversity, heresy and atheism, all in the name of "mercy," "ecumenism," "people of God," "accompaniment, etc.
Dear Ana,
Thank you for your marvelous and uplifting post. There's so much evil in the world today that it's very easy to give up. The 13 Cardinals need to know that the faithful support them. We all need to support each other by prayer and work (ora et labors).
I hope the SSPX established a mission/chapel near you in Spain. That will be the beginning of the second Reconquista.
In Christ the King,
Margaret
I believe even the Arch-Heretic Luther would have had the Lutherans the Pope affiliates himself with burned at the stake. They sodomite supporters, ordainers of women, freaks of the most sordid order. Yet Pope Francis treks to Lund to honor them.
No wonder why I have so much trouble reaching my Protestant family with the truth of Catholic teaching. If the Pope won't teach it, who will? The Bishops? Which Bishop has honorably and respectfully resisted this Pope to his face?
Vox,
I read both articles that you posted, and I believe (as true Catholics do) that the Old Covenant ended when Our Lord died on the Cross and the veil of the Temple was torn in two.
However, my dilemma is: What is the correct interpretation of the verse from Romans where St. Paul writes in re to the Jews that the gifts and the calling of God are without repentance? Since God is immutable, He cannot "change his mind".
I'm just confused about how to explain this to others.
Any ideas?
Maybe he should go to the Vatican archives and actually READ what his predecessors wrote about Lutheranism and what Martin Luther wrote in particular. (Actually, that might not work unless Pope Benedict translates it into Spanish for him...PF might not know German. Didn't think of that. Mea culpa.)
Sorry, Vox.
The doors of Catholic Churches have always been open to anyone who wanted to enter, but these days people want to enter on their terms they must advertise ,their sexual preferences ,they want to enter brandishing their lifestyle choices ,in other words their not there to worship God ,their there to make a statement ,an act of defiance ,and the clergy are facilitating them.
