It seems to me that this business of the Holy Spirit electing a new Pope is nothing but 'ideal' and a rule that they feel they can dance around. It's one of those 'rules' in name only. Quite obviously, this seems to be the case, because they all KNEW that Bergoglio was being very highly promoted by a certain group, and went into the conclave like business as usual. There was NO ONE that seemed to object to his election. They all know (and KNEW at the time) how the game is played. They tell the faithful something very different (the HOLY SPIRIT influences the election) and then they proceed to do it their way and quite the opposite of what they declare. It seems to be just the way the 'game is played' in Rome. Bergoglio's election is in all likelihood not the first that has been 'campaigned' for. I think we are maybe just now having our eyes opened to the goings on in Rome. Once recognized by the clergy of Rome irrespective of the circumstance of election, the man is pope. Francis is pope as he is the pope we deserve. Do we really think that God would waste His time granting us another Pius X? Besides, even if such a pope were elected he would be unable to do anything. The Church, the hierarchy is very, very different than over a century ago. We should thank God for Francis as we are being scourged for failing Christ. Christ is in absolute control of His Church. All that is happening is by His permission. The rules laid down by JPII were also ignored which goes against magisterial teaching. I don't understand how the Dubia Cardinals & the other silent ones could have stood by & let this treasonable offence happen, but they did. It also seems that the formal correction will not now take place which may have started an endeavour to clean out the Vatican.

While these old enablers haven't too much time left on this earth, problems may arise from the appointments made by PF during his tenure. They can, of course, be overturned, as indeed can be his opinions, as none of them were made ex cathedra, but it will take a courageous & saintly man to do this & bring the CC back to Tradition which has stood the test of time through the ages.

Judging from all the predictions made concerning these present times it appears that we just must put our heads down & await Divine intervention & pray diligently that this won't be long in coming.Ana Milanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13614286775064340959noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20981956.post-85548493313252035982017-09-04T10:32:19.588-04:002017-09-04T10:32:19.588-04:00Blame, indeed.
