Italian bishops do Bergoglio's bidding and bolwderdize the Novus Ordo and demand an end to Summorum Pontificum!

The Italian bishops, eight years after the English speaking world finally adopted the 2002 Roman Missal and the correct translation, have issued their incorrect translation.

Bowing to Bergoglio's dictates, the Italian bishops have changed the words of the The Lord's Prayer to "do not abandon us to temptation." It is completely wrong. As Gregory DiPippo at New Liturgical Movement writes;
The Greek verb in question “eisenenkēis” does not mean “abandon.” It is a form of a highly irregular verb [1] “eispherō – to bring in, lead-in, carry in, introduce.” No dictionary lists “abandon” or any synonym thereof as a translation. It is as if Christians have not been praying “lead us not into temptation” in countless languages for over 19 centuries, as if no one has ever bothered to consider what these words mean, and comment on them. It is impossible to believe that pastors with the cure of souls in Italy (or anywhere else) are suddenly besieged by anguished parishioners, tormented at the thought that the Eternal Father might be leading them into temptation. But even if that were the case, is it really an improvement to suggest that God cannot lead us into temptation, but can abandon us in it?

Further, they have not translated "bonae voluntatis" correctly in the Gloria.  The current Italian, “pace in terra agli uomini di buona volontà – peace on earth to men of good will” is to be replaced by “pace in terra agli uomini, amati dal Signore – peace on earth to men, loved by the Lord.”

They have refused to translate the actual Latin "pro multis" as "for many" and will continue to use "per tutti," or, for all, in direct defiance of Pope Benedict XVI.

If that is not enough, they have stated that Benedict XVI had no right to issue Summorum Pontificum, that it was illegal and that the Missal of John XXIII, an alleged Saint, was actually abrogated by another alleged Saint, Giovanni Montini.

Make no mistake that this is on the order of the dictator, Peronist on the Seat of Peter. It is a shot over the bow to the traditional orders, the ICRSS, FSSP, etcetera, and the many, many diocesan priests and communities.

If Bergoglio and his filthy minions want war, they've got it.

This is not 1965 or 1968 and I am not my mother and father.

I can't believe I'm saying this but if the Italians or any other churchmen try to revoke the TLM, they will have to pry it out of my cold dead hands. Never again will I go without the treasures of my faith because of others loss of their supernatural faith.

If bergoglio is a heretic and out of the Church, can he still be Pope? Apparently not:

The topic of a pope becoming a heretic was addressed at the First Vatican Council by Archbishop Purcell, of Cincinnati, Ohio: “The question was also raised by a Cardinal, ‘What is to be done with the Pope if he becomes a heretic?’ It was answered that there has never been such a case; the Council of Bishops could depose him for heresy, for from the moment he becomes a heretic he is not the head or even a member of the Church. The Church would not be, for a moment, obliged to listen to him when he begins to teach a doctrine the Church knows to be a false doctrine, and he would cease to be Pope, being deposed by God Himself. (The New Princeton Review, Volume 42 p. 648, also The Life and Life-work of Pope Leo XIII. By James Joseph McGovern p. 241.)

The Papal Bull Cum ex apostolatus officio of Pope Paul IV teaches that: if anyone was a heretic before the Papal election, he could not be a valid pope, even if he is elected unanimously by the Cardinals. Canon 188.4 (1917 Code of Canon Law) teachers that : if a cleric (pope, bishop, etc.) becomes a heretic, he loses his office without any declaration by operation of law. St. Robert Bellarmine, St. Antonius, St. Francis deSales, St. Alphonsus Liguori, and many other theologians all teach that a heretic cannot be a pope.

St. Alphonsus Liguori: – “If ever a Pope, as a private person, should fall into heresy, he should at once fall from the Pontificate. If, however, God were to permit a pope to become a notorious and contumacious heretic, he would by such fact cease to be pope, and the
apostolic chair would be vacant.”

For brevity, I just quoted one Saint and for the same reason here's one theologian:

“Given, therefore, the hypothesis of a pope who would become notoriously heretical, one must concede without hesitation that he would by that very fact lose the pontifical power, insofar as, having become an unbeliever, he would by his own will be cast outside the body of the Church.” (Billot — De Ecclesia, 1927.)

Well, that seems pretty clear to me. An heretic cannot become Pope, because he's not a member of the Church and if a Pope becomes an heretic, he is no longer a member of the Church, or Pope and the Chair of Peter is vacant.

So, what are we to do about an heretical Pope? Well, I did some checking up and here's what I found. (Again only a few for brevity.):

St. Cyril of Alexandria:
“It is unlawful, and a profanation, and an act the punishment of which is death, to love to associate with unholy heretics, and to unite yourself to their communion.”

St. Athanasius:
“Saint Anthony never held communion with the Meletian schismatics, knowing their wickedness and rebellion from the beginning; neither did he have friendly converse with the Manichees or any other heretics, except only to warn them to return to their duty, believing and teaching that their friendship and society was harmful and ruinous to the soul. Thus also he loathed the Arian heresy, and taught all men neither to go near them nor to partake in their bad faith.

II Lateran Council
“The accursed perversity of heretics has so increased that now they exercise their wickedness not in secret, but manifest their error publicly, and win over the weak and simple-minded to their opinion. For this reason, We resolve to cast them, their defenders, and their receivers under anathema, and We forbid under anathema that any one presume to help heretics or to do business with heretics."

St. Thomas Aquinas:
To know whom to avoid is a great means of saving our souls. Thus the Church forbids the faithful to communicate with those unbelievers who have forsaken the faith by corrupting it, such as heretics, or by renouncing it, such as apostates.”

Well, as far as I can see, a Catholic must have nothing to do with a false heretical anti-pope, or his judeo-masonic church. Get away from the novus ordo church of death.

Lifetime devoted prayerful Catholic here who now believes Church is NOT leading people to the truth. Possibly for sometime, but certainly incapable of it now.

The future looks like a continuing blandening of the Faith until it is completely irrelevant.

Quite the dilemma.

Of course there are ALWAYS those who smugly think that only those with weak faith abandon the Church. Problem is, I think it is the CHURCH (hierarchy) that has abandoned the Faith, and I no longer want to associate myself with them. They are evil sodomites, possibly satanists, and at best contemptible cowards.

If it wasn't for my wife, I don't think I'd even go to mass anymore. And this from a man who used to make a confession at LEAST monthly, and who in his boyhood road a bike across town to make it to mass after ENTIRE family, including parents, stopped going. (facing taunting from entire family, including nother)

These bastards!

If I may rant once more. Now that I'm older I consider with absolute horror how they gleefully forced VII down the throats of the faithful and denied a real richness of faith to millions born since. Now they are destroying even the beautifully logical "all fitting together" intellectual teachings of the Faith... making it all kind of ethically relative. I believe it's because none of them have the balls to even teach the truth. Am I supposed to believe the Spirit of Truth is leading these men? Nah, more like the unclean spirit..

Dan.....that could be me or possibly any one of us expressing what you have in your posts. Is it possible to keep the true faith and yet leave the institutional Church? I don't know.....I am still going to Mass because I keep telling Our Lord.....I will not leave you at the foot of the cross. But it is so hard. There is going to come a time, I believe, not long from now that we will be forced to leave and practice the faith as we can 'underground'. Our Lady of America PRAY FOR US!!! Our Lady of Fatima PRAY FOR US!! Keep your children safely tucked under your Mantel!!!

The Ecclesia Dei Communities could be forced to accept a TLM-Abrogation since they have accepted ALL the Vatican II and ALL the entire post Vatican teachings.
A possible TLM's abrogation will have absolutely on impact on the FSSPX (English: SPPX). There is absolutely no chance for the current modernist occupiers of the Holy Citadel to force the FSSPX (English: SPPX)to obey a TLM's abrogation.

What is absolutely nonsense is Ratzinger's claim in SP that the TLM and the NO are both two forms of the Roman Rite. There is only one Roman Rite. The NO is a man made protestant inspired sacrilegious abomination designed to destroy the Catholic Faith. I hope Bergolio follows through with SPs abrogation. It is time for all trad catholics to stop equating the modernists for Catholics just because they occupy the real estate.
