Of Bergoglian earmuffs and socks

Image result for pope in ear muffsFrom the great liturgical mind of Jorge Bergoglio from the latest interview by this man thrust upon the Seat of Peter by evil men.
"On the contrary, traditionalist ideology has a faith like this [the pope makes a gesture of putting on earmuffs]. “The benediction should be done like this. In Mass, fingers should be like this, with gloves, like before …” What Vatican II has done with the liturgy has been something truly grand, because it has opened worship of God to the people. Now the people participate."
Ideology?

If anyone has an ideology it is the modernists and liberals who hate Christ, hate the tradition of the Church and even resent the few crumbs that Ratzinger sprinkled to comfort a few.

What a stupid, ignorant, boorish man.

Rather than ear muffs over his hears perhaps he should try a sock in the mouth.

Had no idea the worship of God was not open to me all those years I prayed with the TLM. He's got serious mental problems, imho.

Sock in the mouth? Well, yes, but duck tape is stronger. And to pull it off smarts just a little. I know they have it on hand in the Vatican, but it seems it's used just for the real Catholics. And sealed at the corners with 'Gorilla Glue'.

If only!
I have a hard time with the sede argument, for obvious reasons it is a challenging one. But how can this horrible heretic and hateful man be pope. With all the mean and vile things he has said and done, the one thing that stands out to me is the fact that he does not fulfill the office by doing his primary job, passing along the faith INTACT. What else is a pope if not the man to do this?? We see he does not, in fact he carries great resentment and bitterness toward the faith and tradition and mangles it at every opportunity.
He is an apostate.
Yet, God leave him in office thus far. In sobering moments, I question why that would be. Have mercy on us O Lord! Deliver us from this evil.

Amazing to have such a p0pe that obviously hates the traditions of the very Church he leads. He's got to be a really stupid man.

And at the Consecration the celebrant should genuflect.

No protocol when serving God ,plenty when serving people.

Kathleen, I am not sure why you have a hard time with the sede opinion. Sounds like you just made a great case for it.

See, what he means here is that there was never any difference between a priest and a layperson. We can all do the same things. Consecrate the Eucharist, absolve each others sins, etc. Just like a man can be a woman, a laywoman can be a priest. The latter was apparently too much for ol' Mueller, which is why he got the boot.

The sedevacantist argument in obedience to Holy Scripture, the Infallible Magisterium of the Catholic Church, the Dogma of the Catholic Church and a Doctor of the Catholic Church:

1. “But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach a gospel to you besides that which we have preached to you, let him be anathema. As we said before, so now I say again: If any one preach to you a gospel, besides that which you have received, let him be anathema” (Gal 1:8-9).

2. “Our wrestling is not against flesh and blood; but against principalities and power, against the rulers of the world of this darkness, against the spirits of wickedness in the high places.” (Ephesians 6:12.)

3. “…a manifestly heretical Pope per se ceases to be Pope and Head, just as per se he ceases to be a Christian and member of the body of the Church. Therefore he can be judged by the Church and punished. This is the opinion of all the old Fathers, who teach that manifest heretics immediately lose all jurisdiction.”
(St. Robert Bellarmine, De Romano Pontifice, Book II, Ch. 30; in Controversies of the Christian Faith, trans. by Fr. Kenneth Baker [Keep the Faith, 2016], p. 839.

4. "If someone is not even capable of being a member of the Church on account of public heresy, then much less could he be the head of the Church! This stands to reason, for “it is absurd to imagine that he who is outside can command in the Church” (Pope Leo XIII, Encyclical Satis Cognitum, n. 15.

5. The Catholic Church is Infallible and Indefectible.

If that is not enough to convince, or convert, what more can be said?
May God help those who will not believe!

The celebration of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is not a participating Sport or Rock Festival where opponents try to outshine each other. It is supposed to be an awe-inspiring Divine worship with the Son of God coming down on His altar to give Himself again to us his miserable followers. There should be no happy clappy atmosphere or shaking hands with your immediate pew-sitters which not only distracts from the ceremony but actually causes one to turn away from the altar where He awaits distribution to repentant communicants. Shoving the tabernacle into an unseen corner, of course, was the worst 'reform' of VII as most people awaiting the beginning of Mass forget He is there & talk & laugh as if they are at home.

I pray that Cardinal Burke will issue the long-awaited formal correction this month. I'm sure it's what Our Lady wants him to do.

Just to inform you all: Cardinal Caffarra (another of the Dubia Cardinals) died suddenly this morning. Age 79. You can read about it over at the National Catholic Register. Edward Pentin reported on his death. The article says he was suffering from an illness, but doesn't say from what kind. But the first sentence said he 'died suddenly'.

I've seen a comment that hits it on the head: 'The other 2 Dubia Cardinals need to get food testers'. Pray for them! And also pray for the 2 that have now gone to their eternal reward. May they both rest in the Peace of Our Dear Precious Lord!! I don't know about anyone else here but to me........"If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck"........
