What does Thomas J. Rosica, CSB not get about Islam?

In a blog post, Father Thomas J. Rosica has written that a Muslim chant which shall not disgrace this blog does not mean what we think it means. You can read it there.

Has he ever read the book that Muslims follow? A book dictated by a desert illiterate who was nothing more than a wretched and blood-thirsty murderer, warlord, thief, pervert and paedophile.

Given the statement of St. Thomas Aquinas or the one by Thomas Rosica, whom do you think has a greater understanding? Is Tom Rosica contradicting Aquinas?

Let's take a look at Surah 8:39
And fight them until there is not fitnah (sedition, civil strife) and until the religion, all of it, is for Allah. And if they cease, then indeed, Allah is Seeing what they do.
Not all Muslims are terrorists, but the overwhelming majority of terrorists are Muslims. If a Muslim is a good person it is not because of their religion, it is in spite of it. It is because of Natural Law, something which our churchmen discount and deride. Muslims, objectively speaking, will spend eternity in Hell unless the merciful God chooses to save them through the Catholic Church because of their invincible ignorance and a good life based upon Natural Law. However, we cannot know this for certainty. There is no salvation outside the Catholic Church.

What does Tom Rosica think of St. Nicholas Tavelec and Companions martyrdom? What would Tom Rosica say to St. Perfectus and the Martyrs of CordobaWould he show any respect towards St. Antonio Primaldo and the Martyrs of Otranto?

Those three alone prove two things:
  1. The history of Islam is one of murder and mayhem upon Christians.
  2. Tom Rosica has his head in the sand or up somewhere else and doesn't know what he is speaking about.
  3. The Pope and the rest of the hierarchy who refuse to call out Muslims for the murderers they were and are have the blood of those in Paris and Beirut on their hands every bit as much as the perpetrators themselves.
If the above is not enough for Tom Rosica, then maybe Dr. Taylor Marshall is someone whom he should consult. Then again, we can consult the Saints. Even Phil Lawler has seen through this fallacy.

Do we as Catholics desire the salvation of Muslims? We surely must not. We do not speak to them, in all this talk of mercy, of Jesus Christ and Him Crucified.

Fundamentally, this contemporary Catholic praxis is actually a disdain and a hatred for Muslims and Jews and Buddhists and Hindus and Protestants and so on. This ecumaniacal religious dialogue is not based on love and mercy. If it were, the Church would care enough about the souls of these to preach to them that they must come to Christ.

It is also self-hatred because it is religious indifferentism, a heresy.

Logically, there can be no other conclusion.

We are at war and Femmes like Rosica will get more Christians killed. He's just taking his cues from the Head Mistress jumping up and down out on the playground, shouting, "In these cases, where there is an unjust aggression, I can only say that it is licit to stop the unjust aggressor," Francis said. "I underscore the verb 'stop.' I'm not saying 'bomb' or 'make war,' just 'stop.' And the means that can be used to stop them must be evaluated (at the UN)."

The chaos continues to pour out of the mouth of Rosica. Perhaps his name should be "Vomitica".

When I read the Koran, many years ago, I was astonished and very disappointed. "Is this all there is......is there nothing else? Page after page, of dry lifeless drivel, as dry and as lifeless as the desert sands of its origin. For me, it could have been a cure for insomnia. The author must have ingested too much silica.

Yes, most Muslims would not resort to this violence, but how many of those very Muslims are jubilant over what happened in Paris? Now, there are the useful idiots in the MSM who refuse to recognize the role that Islam plays in these terrorist acts. The CNN anchors excel at this. Oppression, violence and slaughter are in the very DNA of Islam. Wherever there is Islam, sooner or later, in varying degrees, this very dark side of Islam will make its appearance. This dark side can be what happened in Paris, or an Egyptian airliner brought down by a bomb, or churches firebombed in metro Toronto and on and on. Muslim terror, in the name of Allah, is now part of the social mosaic, of many western countries. This is the creeping, strangulating matrix that Archbishop Lefebvre understood very well.

Muhammed died in 632. One hundred years later, in 732, King Charles Martel, not too far from Paris, halted the Muslim blitzkrieg advance into Europe. What civilization owes to Charles Martel is inestimable, but, sadly forgotten, by an overwhelmingly secularized time bound culture. This is the time bound amnesia from which the likes of Rosica suffer. The French, if they ever get some clear sighted courage, should take off their “Je suis Charlie Hebdo” t-shirts and replace them with “Je Suis Charles Martel” t-shirts. Islam also marched east and raped Hindu India. But again, Muslim apologists inside and outside Islam will blame this on Arab expansionism, and, as usual, give Islam a free pass.

The Muslim countries and Italy were both allies of the Axis during WWII, explaining both "Islam" and Rosica. With that in mind, consider the modern geopolitics entailed in this never-resolved conflict:

"Not all Muslims are terrorists, but the vast majority of terrorists are muslims".

I think more fundamentally, the vast majority of muslims have murder and violence in their soul, (I am not using "terror" or "terrorist" any more because it gives these cretins the initiative).

Christians have God himself infused into their being though the Holy Eucharist and embody the supernatural virtues of their Creator, Love and Peace. Muslims are led by the devil and they are infused, to the extent they are practicing muslims, evil, hatred, lies, violence and murder. The vast majority of the muslim population does not act out their violent nature publically. But every last one of them is happy to read of their heroes' murderous feats in the newspaper over coffee and breakfast the next morning. It makes them smile.

I think THAT is what we need to focus on. Not the small percentage who are active warriors in our neighborhoods.

Do you know why people like Rosica, Francis and the rest of the Catholic Establishment's intelligencia keep harping on dialogue? It's the only weapon they have. They have sacrificed moral discernment on the altar of "mercy" (which is nothing but an excuse for passivity and moral ennui). They have sacrificed legitimate moral outrage for "love" and "forgiveness." What's worse is that these men without testicles are teaching millions of Catholic laity, who have been conditioned to offer blind deference to these idiots and who, as a consequence, don't know any better.

Not for nothing did Hosea write, "My people perish for a lack of knowledge!"

The Catholic hierarchy may be willing to compromise their Faith to accommodate all other beliefs Muslims will never compromise theirs ,many Moslems have converted to Christianity through personal encounters with Christ despite Vat 2 seems Christ is proselyting them personally .In His own time he will convert all .

Fr. Amorth, the famous exorcist is saying: 'ISIS is Satan'. Rosica with the rest of the dissidents I do believe are Satan's idiots just as ISIS is. Poor man is so blinded by darkness, he doesn't even make sense anymore.

Fr. Gobbi on Islam being a manifestation of the Antichrist:
666 indicated once, that is to say for the first time, expresses the year 666, six hundred and sixty-six. In this period of history, the Antichrist is manifested through the phenomenon of Islam, which directly denies the mystery of the Divine Trinity and the divinity of our Lord Jesus Christ. Islamism, with its military force, breaks loose everywhere, destroying all the ancient Christian communities, and invades Europe

Islam should NEVER,EVER enter our Holy Churches. Is rosica flirting with false pagan gods the same way Solomon did? Solomon paid a heavy price for this heresy.

"Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken your first love. Remember the height from which you have fallen!REPENT AND DO THE THINGS YOU DID AT FIRST. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place." (Rev 2:4-5)

"But he who stands firm to the end will be saved." (Matt 24:13)

Dear Vox,
Can you give us the link to the gorgeous music that you no longer play upon entering your website? Someone told me it was feed from YouTube but I cannot find it. God Bless you and your work. M Mulcahy

Rosica has no credibility left. His bias in favour of a self-destructing Church has been exposed so many times. Only a few idiots in the Catholic establishment-press are likely to care about what he thinks on this subject.

I'm so glad the pope made this clear! I do hope the proper authorities will get the word out to everyone in various nations:

Next time you see a bunch of guys walk into a public place carrying AK-47's and wearing what appears to be tablecloths on their heads, stay calm, and simply say "stop". You know, just, like, kinda, well, STOP them. Don't do anything mean, of course, but telepathically or something or other, just stop them. SO SIMPLE!

Excuse me but, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS has a doctorate in Koranic studies from Baghdad U. I think al-Baghdadi knows more about it than Fr. Rosica does. /sarc
Fr. Rosica should be more concerned with "Iesous Christos Nika" than with defining that other phrase.
Unbelievable!

A big "touché!" @Anonymous, 3:03 p.m. Since His priests aren't up to the job, Our Lord has to do it Himself.

It's safe to say that Rosica and other ostriches not only have their heads in the sand but up their... well, where the sun don't shine.

Vox, neither you nor anybody else might want me to say this, but I'll say it anyway because it's honest.

I don't want these Muslim bastards who engage in or support terrorism against innocents saved. I don't want these apostate bastards and neo-Ultramontanists like Rosica, Bergoglio, Mahony, Poupard, Etchegaray, Lombardi, Martino, Mark Shea, Simcha Fisher, Dwight Longenecker, Mark Shea, Tim Staples, Karl Keating, Elizabeth Scalia, Mark Shea et al saved, either. I want them all to burn in Hell! I'm tired of seeing evil triumph. I'm tired of moral and intellectual stupidity!

Wojtyla can show them the ropes once they get down there.

I am deeply saddened by the inner-turmoil and confusion that voices itself in the writing of this blog author. I am also sad for all the people who this person misleads because of his own confusion and self-deception.

Don't be too down on Father Rosica. After all, he's just following the party line emanating from the Vatican under Pope Francis.

The Vatican officials keep saying that Islam is a religion of peace, and that terrorist acts have nothing to do with Islam. If only they would condescend to learn a few facts instead of repeating their pre-conceived notions. If only they would actually read the Koran and study a little Islamic history.

(Cardinal Pell said he read the Koran. He started underlining the passages inciting violence, but then gave up because ther are so many.)
